"Were, finally out... And this is what came to greet us?" he said out loud. He then remembered about the pistols he grabbed, he reached into his saddlebag and pulled them out, handing them to each pony. He scowled as he realized he was one short, "Uhh, sorry to say this, but it seems one of you has to stick with somepony that has a weapon, we don't know what to expect out here, so it be best to be prepared"... I'm seeing things.... When Lunar saw that Strong Hooves was short of a gun, he was about to say no. But then, he realized that 2 of the ponies already didn't need one. I can sell it Lunar thought. He then looked in the direction where Lunar was looking, and could've sworn he saw a group of ponies rushing to them, he took a battle ready stance as he called out, "Watch out guys, we got company"... He lined up one of the screws with a pony and watched it fly right into his chest, releasing a shock that stunned him and made him fall. "This'll work. Get going guys. Don't want to die on your first hour, do you?" Gizmo never expected a friendly atmosphere up here so he wasn't too shocked. After a few moments of inspecting it, realizing what she had just been handed, she stuffed it deep into her bag and looked where everypony else was looking... which meant looking into the distance... which was... 'big.' her brain was temporarily stopped as she contemplated just how big what she was seeing as compared to the vault she knew. After a few moments of looking down at the ground to regain her senses, she looked back up. "No. I don't want anypony threatening these ponies with guns or anything else. Strong Hooves 289 January 16, 2012 Share January 16, 2012 (edited) Strong Hooves readied his pistol, he moved to the front of the group, reason being he had the most combat knowledge of anypony else, the other reason, and he didn't quite understand why, he felt almost protective of this relatively new group of ponies he had been acquainted with merely an hour before... Strong Hooves 289 January 16, 2012 Share January 16, 2012 (edited) Strong Hooves didn't have time to think, Gizmo had already downed one of the ponies and now the rest were attacking, with a mighty shout, he charged forward, kicking on SATS an firing, two more ponies fell and a third was charging at him, he spun and with a mighty buck, hit the pony square in the chest, a sickening crack could be heard...
