ooc Pokemon roleplay

Team rocket has done it. They actually managed to capture a legendary pokemon.

The fire bird HO-OH is now within Giovannis possesion, however team plasma has also captured a legendary. Reshiram the fire dragon. The two gangs have been arguing quite a bit and now they are prepared for war. The clash of these two could possibly destroy the world. However there is hope.

The Champions of the regions have assembled to recreate their journey. Posing as ordinary trainers it is up to them to stop the war.

Anyway im not sure about the whole people being pokemon thing. If that was part of it then God modding could become a BIG issue. Also since trainers start out at the bottom how would one get a pokemon that could talk? Assuming the person playing it did want their character to talk. I guess it would be okay but I would have to watch out for god-modders and plot-holes. Other than that I dont see why not! Go for it.

Hmmm....Well it's a nice idea but why characters from the manga? If you want to have a manga based RP then fine but it sounds like you want a normal Pokemon RP with it's own story and everything. So why not use OCs? Or at least have it based more on the games than on the manga, and even then having a RP of a specific game [Like Red or Gold] would be boring because we know what happens.

Yeah I should have clarifyed that a bit more. Any character, OC, Manga, Anime, Is perfectly fine. As for the storyline I want it to be original y'know? Like a mixture of the games, with our own original events and characters.

I remember I was going to make a pokemon rp with a complicated battle system and even a prize system but suddenly I didn't have enough time for it and just kind of left it to possibly be rebooted when I get the time to plan it though.

Ok we have a decent amont of people to join the Rp and no idea. What if certain Pokemon are being bargend off like items and along the way the trainers stop the traders from selling pokeom! Just an idea

Anyway Im taking a few tips from my good friend Greenwind because he is awesome and gave me ideas.

There is going to be a war, brewing between the criminal gangs! Team rocket, and team plasma (I know there are the others but I like these two best and we cant have six gangs running around that would confuzzle me.) Are both battling over some legendary pokemon.

Team rocket has captured the legendary bird HO-OH and Team plasma has taken Reshiram. They are having this fight over a few other legendaries that are Randomly standing still insdie caves Roaming around and such. It is up to us trainers to try to stop the fighting, instead of starting at the very bottom I thought it would be cool if we're all masters of one of the regions like say @Franksta, Is the master of Hoenn and @@Midnightive, the master of johto. Its up to us masters to save the legendaries before the two gangs use their legendaries to battle which could possibly destroy the world...

I like it too! Okay so all the masters will be starting fresh. That means we all get one pokemon to start with who was with us when we became the masters first! I also found this cool site only where you can make a Pokemon trainer :3 Im gonna be putting this on Searching soon or do you guys think it should go straight to OOC because we already got a few people?

I like this "a fresh beginning" idea, but at the first sign of world threatening trouble wouldn't all the masters just go grab their strongest pokemon? or is that suppose to happen? it would make the whole fresh beginning idea a little pointless...

 

or maybe the uhh bad guys take them? or cut off availability to them at least, i dunno :L

 

also I'll take the position of Hoenn Champion because the way Solar said it just kinda rang to me :0

and I guess I spoke to soon when I said "pony trainers"? huh, oh well I'll still draw everyone's oc as ponies just because I can

Well yeah you'd bring of your strongest pokemon, but you know when Ash starts fresh. He still keeps pikachu with him., and some how pikachu always sends up weak >.> <.<
