searching Fallout Role play

I'm not sure if i'm going to have this as advanced or not so keep that in mind please!

Also this is a human role play!

Story:

The water has just been purified, by a kid from vault 101! News soon got around, and i lot of vaults have started to come out to see this water. But the purified water, is not getting to people as fast as they heard. Making someone people come out to see nothing has changed. Also most vault still frown on people leaving! Will your character choose to leave with the rest?

Infomation:
I though of this role play, the idea its 'normal' Vault life until the news comes. I want the 'normal' vault life last for a week or two (in real time) then we hear the news. Then a small group of the vault people, want out and they have to work against the overseer and his guards (which will have people play! .) Once out we find out the water had not got to us yet. We have to try and survive until it gets here!

Rules:
1) Please try and use a spell checker. I'm not to bothered about grammar unless it hard to read so basic use of ', . "" ' will be needed.
2) If we get a lot of people I will make a 'you can only post until 2 people in front of you have posted!'
3)Don't kill a character unless asked or hurt a character.
4) You will have to keep count of your radiation level
i.e: Eating a snack like: Irradiated Instamash to live (As you will have to eat and drink to live in this game!) you will get +10
If you fall in the water it will go up +1 every word you type until you get out.

Note: As this is a 'real life' role play. I want love, horror, drama! (So that means you could start your own family or what have you. If you do want to get pregnant or what have you and have the baby. Fall in the water and say it sped up its growth or something! When it comes out your like 'OMG ITS FINE;)
