gaming Play Counterstrike: Global Offensive for free this weekend

This was posted yesterday on the Counterstrike blog. Starting from 10:00 this morning until Sunday at 13:00 Counterstrike: Global Offensive will be available for free. There's even a possibility it will go on sale after the free weekend is over, according to the article. Read the whole thing for all the details on why they're doing this. It's currently on sale for $10.

 

I just got involved in TF2 (late to the party, I know), so I'm trying to get in on CS:GO now. Thought I might even run into some of you guys.

I had my doubts on this game just like anyone else, but it's not that bad like everyone says.

Yet i prefer 1.6.

Biloh is your boyfriend?! I had him added all this time and i never knew about that!

Yeah i have seen him playing counter strike, i can't play with him though, distance gives me tons of lag, and lag in CS is the worst thing in the world.

Thanks. I love finding new people to play with. As usual I have to iron out some technical problems before I can play something new, so it could be a little while before I hit him up. That's the price I have to pay as an AMD customer. Never again will I buy an AMD card. This has become a chronic problem with them.

I was gonna buy this for my PS3 about 2 months ago. But sadly, I'm in Europe, and CS:GO pretty much isn't coming out here for PS3. It's been months since it was released everywhere else

I'd try out the PC/Mac version but I don't have a decent computer.

Since I have Counter-Strike: Source, I was part of the CS:GO beta. It's pretty much the same as the old games, with a few new gimmicks.

 

I'd still recommend trying it out, but you shouldn't buy it unless you're really a fan of the series.
