Meta hurried down the road, looking. The section of the city that he was in seemed to have lots and ponies- ponies unable to escape before the changelings locked down the city. Satisfied, he started back...

Ashwing hurried to the room to get out the stuff he had ¨hmm, if im right i can make 4 arrows out of this but thats not gonna be enough¨ Ashwing hurried to make the arrows before meta came back so that he could do it without notice ¨okay i got the sleeping powder and the rest should be okay i guess¨ he put the stuff in the quiver and hid it going back to looking out the window he had.

Shade was walking on the side of the road trying to get away unseen by any changeling... How ever... It didn't matter since she is a halfling... But still unwanted by the changeling... So she tried to stay out of sight from the changelings... She walked into stores and building looking for food and supplies... However, she had no luck... She was starting to get hungry. After some time went by she was getting weak from starvation, she continued to walk when she tripped and fell onto the ground. Appon yelling "ouch" some changelings surrounded her... Shade was looking at the changelings that were surouding her and could almost heir them saying "well well well, looks like we've found a halfling... Now what should we do with you?"

 

(how's that for an entery? Il give more backstory on what happened to her as soon as somepony interacts with her, note that shade is a halfling, half changeling, and is rejected by every changeling... She try's too keep her changeling side a secret and always looks like a Pegasus )

Draco walked  through the streets slowly then he heard something. He had to get away from his friends sorrow plagued his heart. He flew into the air with the Lunar blade on his back as he kept to the shadows. He had followed this patrol for awhile now. He had watched them corner a mare. Draco's eyes narrowed at the changelings. "Behind you" Draco said as he unsheathed the blade from his back.

Shade watched as the changelings were being fought off... She would have gotten up and ran but she was too weak to do so... She was so Hungery that she couldnt move... Her vision blurred and went black, she closed her eyes as she begun to Faint.

 

"thank you" she said before fainting

Draco walked towards the mare slowly as he brought out an apple. He gentlely fed herthrough a kiss. Whe he made sure she had enough in her stomach her started a small fire to keep her warm. He began to sing a slight haunting song.

Meta Knight, on his way back, spotted a light from in an alley... he looked on, in the shadows, to see Draco looking out for- and singing to- a...

 

What is a halfling... never mind, I'll ask it later.

 

He stepped into the firelight. "Hello, Draco... how are you doing tonight...?" he said.

Shade felt the warmth of the fire, she slowly opened her eyes and saw two ponies at a fire, one was singing and the other was looking at her...

 

She slowly started to sit up, she puts her hoove on her head

 

"oh, what happened?" she asked as she streached her wings

"Hello... young one." He sighed. "My name is Meta Knight, and this is one of my friends, Draco. I believe that he rescued you from changelings...?" Before he could say a word, he gestured to his left. "Before you accuse me of psychic powers, you didn't exactly clean up very well, eh?"

Shade got a little confused

 

"Well, I was getting hungery, and triped... Next thing I know the changelings swarmed around me, I can't remember anything after that"

 

* psychic powers? What? I don't get it, at least there are other ponies here, maybe they have some food because*

(OOC: I know right? I was almost literally banging my head against the screen for a while thinking!)

"No, not yet..... This part of town seems pretty empty. How about you? Did you find anything?" Purplepower whispered, trying to be ask quiet as she could. "Oh, and sorry about sneaking up on you like that... I end up doing that a lot." Purplepower whispered as they neared the building where the others were.

"Sadly no I wasn't that lucky either maybe tommorow we can try another part of town and don't worry about it, it was actully kind of funny." Ace said chuckling as they neared the hideout. Ace looked to the side as he thought he saw light but didn't really think anything about it.

Draco pulled out another apple. He placed it into her whooves "Here eat," he said as he tended the fire "A corurier pony never leaves home without some food to keep him going," Draco said as he looked to the night sky. "A halfling huh?" Draco asked the mare with a curious tone.

Meta nodded. "I can tell... she's there, but... not all the way." He turned to Shade. "Don't worry... your secret is safe with us." He started to pace. "So... Draco... have you found anything? If not, we could use you back at base." He started mumbling, in the changeling accent...

 

"Colors I've none,

Light or dark, red white or blue...

Cold is my touch.

Draco chuckled "Lady I help anypony I can," Draco said then his ears perked up when he heard the cry of a little filly. He stood up quickly and looked around. Draco pondered to himself 'hmm where is that crying coming from' it pulled at his heart strings he wanted to find the filly and quickly.

"If you knew what I was, you would understand almost immediately." His ears perked up at the scream. "Draco... stay here." He took out his sword and, holding it with his mouth, quickly climbed up. He looked around...

And he saw a black and white filly being dragged away from her parents by two changeling guards. He growled,and started to follow them.

 

He mentally communicated with Shade, Tell Draco I am OK and pursuing, and I want him to take you back to base.

Draco put's shade onto his back. He walked towards where the base would be. He had to trust his changeling friend to save that filly. "Miss I'll be carrying you ok?" Draco asked but it was more along the lines of a finality. The night coated his fur as he began to sneak through the streets.

Ashwing noticed that Draco had been running in the streets across the base to and from ¨and what is he up to now¨ he quickly landed and arrow with a message to infront of Draco to singalize him where the base was ¨hope he understands or ill just have to be alone here until the others come¨.

"Yeah I think we should it could be a survivor....or a changling patro but were never no until we find out." Ace said sneaking toward the mysterious it wasn't until he saw who it was. "It's draco! And it looks like he's got someone on his back." Ace whispered to Purple

Draco noticed the arro with the message " The base is there huh," Drco muttered out as he snuck to the base slowly. He made sure that Shade was still on his back. When she was he walked into the base slowly when he found it "Alright I'm here now what?" Draco said aloud as he looked around.

Ashwing walked to the door of the base and made Draco come there ¨its nice or not nice to see you and i see you have a visitor with you hehe¨ Ashwing jokinly said ¨if you want anything ask me im basically the only here right now anyways¨ Ashwing walked into his room again.

She was still dizzy and hungry, when she looked up...

"where are we?" she asked looking around,

 

Shade coughed and her stomach groweld, green fire surrounded her and changed her into her changeling forum.

 

"ugh, I don't even have the energy to look like myself"
