A black tendril of energy went from Meta's mask to Yavolin. The darkness would bind to his eyes, effectively blinding him for about an hour. He knocked Yavolin off of him, got up, and turned to look at the fumbling pony. "I, too, am sorry. But I cannot allow you to take my life, or that of anyone here..."

Meta Knight then stumbled. He looked down...

and saw Yavolin's blade stinking out of his chest.

He pulled it out, examined the wound, and then turned to Ace. "Well... at least... ungh... heal... and restore... him..." He staggered to the infirmary...

Star keeper had witnessed the sheer power that came from emotion, the energy produced was enough to collapse the dimension on top of him. If he could exert the full capability of that energy he could weaponise it. But every outcome resulted in one inescapable fact; it might kill him.

 

Star Keeper had used what technology at his disposal to wire himself to a small conductor. Wires were connected to his cranium and to his chest. At a point you could have mistaken him for a robot. On his back was a small dish like machine, the conductor. This would be crucial to his plans in the end, but could he bring himself to do the deed, to send an entire city to ashed and dust? Would he sacrifice innocent lives just to save Equestria?

Meta dropped from the ceiling, pinning down all four legs. Yavolin was immobilized. "Enough." He removed his spell that blinded Yavolin, cast a spell that healed both Yavolin and Ace, and then glared at Yavolin. "Why, you foal? Why are you murdering and killing and kidnapping?"

 

Sailor Blue looked at Ashwing. "That potion will take effect anytime now, and then it will sting like... well... you'll see. But it'll heal your hooves right up."

Yavolin didn't say anything he stayed quiet becuse he had nothing more to say he decided in the dark of the night he'll run off to make amends for his betrayal for rainbow dash , he couldn't face her with a guilty mind and plus she'll know from Draco. He couldn't live with him self any more.

Star Keeper activated it, linking onto the imputed life signs. Suddenly a bubble of magical energy formed around him, levitating him off the ground. In the blink of an eye he was gone, and the bubble was gone. There was nothing left t show he was there other than a scorch mark.

 

It phazzed back into reality, appearing in a flash of light. He fell to the ground in a new location, but he didn't have time to observe his surroundings. Looking up he saw two familiar faces and one less familiar; Yavolin and Ace, but Yavolin in rage. He got himself back up off the ground letting out a yell at the other three.

 

"What was the bucking idea when you left me behind?!?!"

"Ace... can you talk to him? I'm not the best at communication..." Meta Knight allowed him to stay silent... then a flash of light revealed a third pony. "Again? How many times do I have to defend my home against infidels?" He leveled Galaxia at Star Keeper. "Who are you, pony? And why do you invade my home?"

Yavolin looked at ace but didn't say a thing. He hanged his head in silents he whispered to him self."I am, so sorry rainbow dash i am so sorry". Yavolin knew what will happen if Rainbow dash fond out about this so his only hope was to vanish without a trace.

Star Keeper was the least to say, a bit confused at the situation. He was getting strange looks in return, then again he bet none of them thought he would be back. Why did they just leave him there with Bluenote (who had now also fled)?

Meta Knight was silent. Then, he let Yavolin up, healed his wounds, and whispered in his ear...

"Do not worry... if you are truly sorry, you will find sanctuary in this ship. Trust me... she will hear not of this."

He turned back to Star Keeper. "You are on the Halberd, my home. And what are you doing here?"

Yavolin got up and went inside the ship. He couldn't bring himself to look at rainbow dash because of his guilt not only he is a traitor he almost commented murder, He continue to observe silents that's what rainbow dash would of wanted out of him, actions speak louder then his words.

Star keeper brushed himself off, glaring at the new pony. "My name is Star Keeper, a historian and recorder. Along with many that are here I was kidnapped by the Changelings, and was by me that we survived. Now, you need to take s to Canterlot before we run out of time. I myself would be unable to get in alone, but now we have a ship that can take them from above. Just get me close so I can use this." He indicated to the device on his back.

He looked at Star. "I'm sorry... but we aren't going to Canterlot yet." He looked at the machine on Star's back, eyes widening. "And we certainly aren't going to Canterlot with a machine that will harness the powers of emotions. Are you crazy? Only one of those have been successful, and you would destroy the city with that thing!" he cried.

Star Keeper gave a blunt gaze in return, then spoke up. "No you are starting to get it. Canterlot is beyond saving. Don't think that because of this it doesn't pain me, but this is our only option if we want to stop the Changeling advance. I'm sorry, but scarifies will need to be made to claim victory." There was no emotion in his voice, only empty words of a pony who planned to take the lives of an entire city to save the many.

Star Keeper was taken back by this. But he knew what he had to do. "Do I look thrilled to be doing this? This was my last resort. Have any of you got any better ideas?" Star Keeper indicated to the others, seeing if any if them had another plan. He didn't expect anypony to actually aid to the situation.

Yavolin replied."We have the mane six.if you wait we make sure everything is set right"! Yavolin didn't know if this will work or not , but he just kept rainbow dash in his mind he only cared to save rainbow dash's home. He didn't care for Equestria or Celestia , but if it makes rainbow dash happy then he was happy.

Ace cringed at the sound as he got up on shaky hooves his hoof still hurt even if the wound was healed "Thanks Meta" Ace said once he got over what happened "Yavolin is right we have the elements here we just need to cure them" Ace looked at eveyone that was here. "we just need to cure them."
