Seriously, Digletts and Weedles seem to look so similar, I'm amazed more people don't mix the two up. Granted, there are some differences, like one is a caterpillar, and the other is a mole, but still.

 

Also I'm trying to make this resemble Ken Sugimori's old style with watercolors and what not. I don't think it came out well, but eh. Practice makes perfect. But nobody is perfect.

 

Except Chuck Norris. He is perfect.

Haven't thought about that before, they actually DO look pretty similar

 

Also, dem eyes <3 Especially Weedle's, looks pretty king.

LOL. Great art. Love the expressions on their faces. I remember when I was a child, I always used Weedle as my Pokemon and totally kicked ass

It doesn't help that I can't unsee their noses as open mouths with the little "shine" on it resembling a tooth.

Anyways... I like the style, and the expressions! Reminds me of the sort of "pastel" art that some of the old cards had.
