gaming WoT - Pony Crew Dillema

Playing WoT, mostly ussr arty, and theres one thing bugging me:

 

My current tier 6 arty (su14) has 6 crewmembers, so i replaced the crew in game files with names and pictures of mane 6. The tier 7 arty also has 6 crewmembers, no problems there...

 

However - tier 8 (object 261) has only 5 crewmembers - commander, gunner, driver and 2 loaders.

Meaning when i get to 261, one of the mane 6 has to go, and i just cant make up my mind...

 

Twilight has great organizing skills and is a natural leader, so id put her as commander.

Pinkie has experience with her party cannon, so she'd be gunner.

RD kinda fits in as a driver.

Applejack is preety strong and loves hard work, so she'd be one loader.

 

So now im stuck with Fluttershy and Rarity, and just one loader spot left.

 

Please help me guys, this doesnt let me sleep...

Well, if you can picture the evil side of Fluttershy when she gets angry, I think that might give the idea for next gunner. lol
