i have decided to get an oc, and here it is

can someone plese give him a cutie mark that feels like its a cutie mark? hes good with computers, and has believed to have found a way to create a new energy to power things. But kno-one believes him or thinks hes crazy. yeah so his special talent is electrical stuff...

Regardless, I'd be happy to try my hoof at it. I think I have a pretty good idea in mind.
