"As far as I can see, we are good to go." Her eyes fell upon Gizmo's face, and her heart leaped - clearly he had come close to being shot, and in the head no less. She quickly walked up to him and worked her magic, singing softly to seal the wound. "You could have said something," she whispered.

Gizmo grinned. "There were others who needed you more. These are just minor scrapes." His wound sealed and stopped bleeding so he wiped the blood out of his eye. He looked again atvthe two unconscious enemies tied up and pointed at them. "But what about those two? Should we set them free, kill them, question them, or what?"

(Umm... Garth?? You mean Gizmo right? lol )

 

Strong Hooves waited until Melody finished tending to Gizmo's wounds, then, as gently as he could, he picked up the unconcious unicorn and made sure all of his belongings were securely fastened. He then turned to the unconcious ponies whom Gizmo tied up, "I say leave them, they just tried to kill us" he then looked to the group, "so are we ready to go?"...

"Kill? Out of the question. Enough blood has been shed today. But free?..." She bit her lip. "I don't think we can safely release them. Besides, they might have some sort of advice or information we could use. I think we should wait for this one to awake." She pointed a hoof at Sigh, suddenly noticing that his cutie mark was a burning match. *How does one get a cutiemark like that?* she wondered.

 

(good point on the Garth thing - I'm having enough problems from typing my characters alternate name and 'vault' already. It seems I have things mixing up from RP to RP )

Strong Hooves found that he agreed with Melody... to an extent... perhaps they did have information, but they couldnt just sit there and wait, thats just asking for more trouble."Well, Im not waiting in the open for him to wake up" He said,"I say we go find shelter, we are prone to another attack if we just lollygag out here".

Gizmo nodded. He too wanted information. "While we wait, we might as well wake one of them up." He pulled his wrench out and tapped it to the closer one. He released a shock of electricity into him to shock him back to consciousness.

 

(I'd say you're the prisoner, Evil.)

(didn't even know shocking ponies back to consciousness was possible. Want me to control the poor prisoners, or you Evilshy? I didn't make them, so I don't know any history these ponies may have. Then again, you may have no plans for them either.

 

Also - your call whenever you wish to wake your ass up. I'm fine with whenever, up until Gizmo woke the poor bugger up, we had run out of stuff to do.)

Melody quickly jumped in, knowing that Strong Hooves or Gizmo would take the opportunity to aggressively interrogate the poor pony with little remorse. She sprinkled a bit of relaxing magic onto her words as she spoke.

 

"Don't worry. Just some precautions - you did try to enslave and kill us after all. We just want information, then maybe we can release you."

"Very good questions", Said Lunar, "Another good question is 'Why have I not blown your head off?'" Lunar knew he did not want to kill another pony, but he needed to intimidate them. Lunar pointed a gun to the pony's head. "Why did you try to attack and enslave us?"

now the battle was over, jettson sat down and took in all that had happened, he just brained a pony, he looked at his bloodied wrench, he said to him self "well, i wanted action, and i got it"

Melody turned and tore the gun out of Lunar's grasp, giving him a glare.

 

"Don't be an ass hole. Nopony else is dieing today, do you understand?"

Lunar, again, was embarrassed in front of everypony. "I'm sorry, Melody. Won't happen again..." Lunar said with a sigh. Why am I so dumb? Lunar thought to himself. I never do anything right!

Strong Hooves stepped forward, his face held no expression, he leaned down to the pony prisoner's level, and spoke in a very surprisingly calm tone, "Hello, as you have realized, you are bound down with no means of escape, we mean you no harm, we are only wanting information. This can go rather easily as long as you cooperate, as the unicorn lady said, no pony is going to die again today... Now, do we have your cooperation?"...

 

(I decided to throw in a curveball on what Melody thought Strong Hooves would do while interrogating, lol)

Sigh woke up woozily, just in time to hear strong hooves.

 

"What do you mean? Of course ponies are dying today." he fell off Strong's back, tried to get, and failed. He lay in the dirt, chuckling. "Ponies always die. All day every day, ponies dying. You just have to try your hardest not to be one of them." he looked at the two ponies that had been captured. "like them. They tried to kill us, but they couldn't, so now we'll kill them. That's how it works here." he said all of this with a slight smile, as if he was informing somepony about the nice day he was having.

 

The prisoner who was awake scrambled back as fast as he could with his legs bound, fear plainly in his eyes. "Keep that unicorn away from me! He's insane! He's going to kill us!"

Gizmo wrapped a chain of screws around SIgh and kept him away from them. "Come now. We don't need to kill everyone we meet. The diplomatic ones of you, get something off him so we can keep going already."

Strong Hooves looked at the unicorn who had just woken up as he rambled about what he had said moments ago, he immediately didnt like this pony, he seemed... off, his smile, the way he spoke so casually, everything was... strange. He was glad when Gizmo chained him. He whispered to Melody who was next to him, "Does he seem a little coockoo to you?".

Lunar heard Strong Hooves, and realized Lunar thought almost the exact opposite. Lunar liked this new pony. He seemed wise. What's so bad about this guy? Lunar thought It's sad, but it's most likely the truth. This place is a wasteland!

 

 

(I was thinking there needed to be at least one pony that liked Sigh)

Sigh laughed again. "of course we don't need to kill every pony we meet. That would be stupid. But if they try to kill you first, why not return the favor? It's not as if being nice to them will change them. Mark my words, if you release them, they'll come back later and try to kill you, probably with friends."

 

Both ponies were awake now. One seemed to be doing the talking, the other just nodded every few seconds.

 

"You just want information? That's okay, just keep that insane murderer away from us!"

 

Sigh threw a small pebble at him, and he winced as it bounced of his face. "Insane murderer? Me? I may be a murderer, but I am quite sane. In fact, I'm probably the only sane one here. You stable ponies, thinking you can live in the wasteland without killing, and you stable watchers, trying to take advantage of how naive Stablers are. No offense to you, of course." he added to the stable dwellers. "Honestly, I can tell you a hell of a lot more than they can, and I don't lie to make myself look better. You're better off killing these two."

Melody was first surprised by Sigh's awakening, then shocked by his words. She glared at him where he lay on the ground, promising herself to silence him the next moment he spoke another threatening word. She turned to the other two and softened her expression for their sakes. She poured even more magic onto her words as she began to speak.

 

"My name is Silent Melody. Don't worry - he wont harm you. We just wish to know where we are and what's going on."

"I may be a murder, but i am quite sane" Was all Strong Hooves needed to hear for his decision to be made, he did NOT like this pony one bit, he started to decide that it would be better just to leave these three and face the wasteland on their own. "Gizmo, you may want to make sure that those chains you made are secure, I'm not sure I trust this pony". He then turned his attention toward Melody then continued to talk soothingly to the tied up ponies, he felt strangely restless, and realized that he was getting impatient, How much longer are we just gonna stay in the open like this?!?!... Gizmo waved his hoof at the comment. "Don't worry. If he tries to move further, I'll just turn them around so they start to enter his body."
