Yavolin didn't smile."Then how do except us to trust you? if you just threatened your team mate"? Yavolin looked at Celestia excepting her to send shade to a canterlot jail cell were she'll be staying till this mess with discord is over but that leaves the changeling part.

"that..." she looked at the ground as if coming with a reason, before returning her gaze. "that dosent mean anything! and your not exactly bieng harmonious yourself. i mean you did just say to lock her up as if you own the castle. WHICH YOU DONT! and you didnt expect her to fight back?"

North Arrow intervened, looking annoyed. "Yavolin, drop it. Nopony else seems to care if she's a halfling, so why bother making such a big deal of it?" 

 

Rose stood unsteadily. Then she looked at Bright Spark. "You absorbed her electrical powers? How does that work?"

A sheald went overtop of everypony and begun to sink onto them... Sending them to there rooms...

 

After it was done... Shade turned to Celestia waiting for her to say something

After Returning to his room by force Bright Spark decided he wasnt going to sleep. Sure, he wasnt a fighter. But that didnt mean he would simply back down. instead, he snuck out of his room, and into the royal gardens. In ther gardens were 6 statues that stood out. they were statues of the previous elements of harmony.

Shade looked at Celestia with guilt

 

She curled up in a ball as tears spilled out of her eyes like the rain...

Princess Celestia watched the ponies.  She stared.  She shook her head.  "Tonight, i shall guard Luna," she looked at Luna.  She turned to Shade.  "Shade...do not worry.  I shall not judge you, and neither shall Luna.  But we will have to keep a close eye on you for not having told us earlier.  You may go find an empty room and get some rest."

Princess Celestia placed her wing over Luna and lead her away, the box of elements floating away with them as Celestia used her magic to carry it away.

As shade watched Celestia walk away with Luna and the elements...

 

She walked to the window, she taped on it...

 

"Quite convincing if I do say so myself, and totally fun! What do you think discord?"

 

She spoke to discord threw the glass

 

"But your missing your chance to get the elements"

Yavolin got out of his room and made his way to the sisters he was displeased that Celestia let her go."Celestia shade is a changling and hid that  fact from us how can we do our jobs when a team mate is lying about who they are . For all we know she could be working with Discord".

Princess Celestia looked a bit ashamed.  "Of course, Yavolin.  But we cannot lock her away and expect her to help us if she is an element.  And we also have little proof towards her doing anything wrong.  But we will have to be keeping a very close eye on her."

Discord just grinned at her.  "Sometimes, perhaps patience is the key.  I don't have much of it though.  But, I'll deal with it.  I'll be acting tonight," Discord smiled.

Yavolin seemed angry."Have you forgotten last time? Changeling aren't to be trusted or does the almighty need to be reminded that it was a changeling who kidnapped Candace and it was a changeling who made your student a fool in front of her friends, you may trust shade but she'll never have my trust".

Princess Celestia pursed her lips together.  "Not every pony is the same...like calling all the ponies of Canterlot stuck up.  Its...very," Princess Celestia paused, choosing her word carefully.  "Stereotypical..."

Princess Luna stared at the door which had Shade behind it.  What's she still doing in there?

Yavolin looked in  to her eyes."Are you willing to tell that to your people Celestia? are you willing to tell twilight that who risked her life for your sake? Changelings are evil and they will always will be shade may deny her changeling blood but that still makes her a changeling".

Princess Celestia sighed.  "I cannot lock her away for doing nothing!" she said in exasperation. 

Princess Luna shot Princess Celestia a warning glance.  Celestia raised an eyebrow at her, lowered her voice and brought her tone back to formality.  "You should be getting your rest, Yavolin.  There will be a guard watching over Shade's door tonight."

"Patience is something I lack aswell... But il be waiting for your act... I must head out now, any strange activity coming from me may give away more about me, later! May chaos rain!"

 

Shade said then turned away...

 

She immediately dropped her head and tears rolled out of her eyes

 

And started to walk past Celestia and Luna towards her room

Meanwhile (Because I can) in Metal's Room...

 

"...I still can't believe that these ponies are elements! Its just so far-fected!", said Metal, at least happy to find somepony to share his thoughts with. He'd thought it be someone else, but as long as he doesn't have to bottle up his feelings...

 

"Well, we don't really know what elements we are.", Lightning said, frowning. She had in her hand the necklace bearing Pinkie's cutie mark. She held it tightly between her hooves. "Its not like we won't figure it out though...besides," she added, holding up the necklace." There is nothing to prove that I actually AM the element of laughter. Ponies just might think I am."

 

Metal had no comeback at her point, as he had no idea what element he could possibly be. He paced the room. Lightning smirked however, as she knew by his looks that she had won.

Discord gave a small snort at her tears and melted back into the shadows.

Princess Celestia watched Shade as she passed by.  "Shade, I will have to arrange for a royal guard to stand at your door.  I am sorry for the inconvenience."

Princess Luna walked with the guard pony towards the bedrooms.  The guard pony held the box of elements with his magic.  Princess Luna looked around at the doors.

"This one, Princess," the guard said, nodding towards a door.

"Oh.  Thank you," Princess Luna blushed.

She knocked on the door of the room Metal Head and Lightning Dancer were in.

Angel Feather curled up on the bed and pulled the covers up over her head.  If I'm lucky, maybe tomorrow it will all have been a dream.  That is, if I can fall asleep first...

Mystical looked around the room.  She went over to a closet and looked inside.  She went around the room, checking things out.

Both Metal & Lightning were confused about why somepony would be knocking on the door this late; it was at least an hour before mid-night, so it seems. Both eyed each other, but Lightning took charge and opened the door. "Yes Princess Luna?", she asked, taking a second before hand before as to look back at Metal, giving him a look that said 'What gives?'.

Princess Luna reached out with her non-existing magic to take the box of elements from the guard pony before realizing she no longer had a horn...

"Uhm," Luna looked at the guard pony and tried to grab at the box with her hoof.  After not succeeding, she turned back to them, blushing in embarrassment.  "We'll be needing to take care of that element for you.  As long as you hold it, you are in extreme danger."

"Oh, alright.", she said. She hoofed her the necklace solemnly, but It wasn't a very huge loss to her, she had other pieces that help her remember Pinkie.

 

Metal somewhat understood why she sounded so sad, all throughout the day, she had been laughing, playing around, so she must've cared about that Pinkie pony a lot. Assuming that was Pinkie's element, she must have been happy having it.

Luna let her place it onto the bottom of her hoof.  Luna carefully rose her hoof towards the box.  The royal guard moved the box towards it slightly.  Luna moved her hoof to drop the element in but it fell to the floor.

"Oh, for Celestia's sake!" Luna growled. 

The royal guard quickly used his magic to place the element into the box.  He closed it quickly.  Luna pursed her lips and flushed pink.  She nodded at Lightning.  "Thank you.  In the morning a royal guard shall lead you to the dining room where you will have your breakfast.  Goodnight."

Luna walked away almost moodily.  "Stupid Discord," she muttered under her breathe.

Lightning Dancer thought she heard somepony muttering, but it might've been Luna, as she has no horn at the moment.

 

Metal broke the eerie silence that covered the room after Luna left,"Why are there nine of us anyway? Wouldn't there be 6 elements, like in the tales?"

 

"Some things just happen. Pfft, there might even be more undiscovered elements! Whats your name anyway?", Lightning replied.

 

"Metalhead. Yours?"

 

"Lightning Dancer."

 

"Well then. Nice to meet you Lightning.", Metal said, and they shook hooves.

Yavolin sighed and went to find Luna he wanted to see how she was doing he didn't care if shade was a changing it was that he wanted Luna to be safe, maybe he was to judgmental , but she could betray him but that didn't mean he shouldn't give her the chance.
