Skybolt 9 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 These are my first MLP drawings. I know that they are not the best. I found two pictures of Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash as fillys and decided to draw them.
Virulence 254 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 Those are great! I like to compare my very first drawings to my most recent. But those look ponytastic! Keep up the drawing there (: Signature by: http://mlpforums.com/user/17005-littlerawr/ My OC's: http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/virulence-r4617 http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/euphony-r4536
Candy Apples 18 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 Wow, those are really good. Much better than my first attempt. The only thing I think would make it a teeny tiny bit better is their chests/necks seem a bit out of proportion. Other than that, very good. SørenWolf 227 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 Those are your first?!?!?!? Anyway they are really good. while they look a lot like the canon drawings (a good thing) they also have your own personal style to them (Also a good thing). keep up the good work! Why is it called Common Sense if it is not that common? Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/SystematixDancer?feature=mhee Sig by Lost
Solar☼Flare 31 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 Really good for your first MLP drawings! I wish I still had my first drawings so I could compare them to now. Keep up the work and you'll be flawless in no time I'm an artist and I began drawing in December 2012. I post artwork every so often.
Zygen 6,066 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 These are pretty good for your first drawings! Way better then the first ones I ever drawn(and honestly proably better then what I draw not, not that I'm impressive but yeah .) The only thing I have to say is pinkies body is a bit large, and maybe even rainbow dash's needs to be adjusted a bit, I'm not sure about the head, maybe the same treatment its hard for me to tell. But great work! If you keep practicing you'll be wonderful in no time! Thanks to Gone Airbourne for the awesome sig! Dusty Soul 2,612 December 15, 2012 Share December 15, 2012 Really good work on them. Pinkie seems a little plump though, and Rainbows head is a little small, but for a first, these are pretty darn awesome. Bladewing 17 December 17, 2012 Share December 17, 2012 Those are pretty darn good for first drawings, nice work You've got the shape right for the most part, it's just the form that's a little off. For the hind legs, make the flank a little rounder and start the knee joint (sorry if I don't know correct anatomical terms :S) just below the chest. The ears need to be a tad bigger as well. Anyways, good work for your first try
TailsIsNotAlone 3,695 December 19, 2012 Share December 19, 2012 See? You came to the right place for feedback, Skybolt. ^^ These drawings are really good for your first try, especially the Rainbow Dash one. I especially like how you did her eyes, hair and mouth--they're very much like the show. Just a few tips for future reference: -Make the ponies' legs proportional, i.e. all the same size. -Filly Dash's wings are a little too far back. If you look at pictures from the show, her wings sprout from just behind her forelegs. -Pinkie Pie's eyes don't look quite right (that part's never easy) and her back hooves are a little too big. Keep it up! You've made a good start with these. "Human beings fascinate me Being just the way they are..."
