gaming I'm thinking of writing game reviews here.

Basically, the title says it all. Would you guys read reviews if I made them? They're mostly gonna be retro games. Occasionally I will write reviews about modern games. Here's a list of some of the game I'll review
Mega Man series. (Or the ones I have)
Goldeneye(N64)
Time Splitters 1&2
Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Zelda: OoT

So, I may write reviews for games on here. Also, should they be blog posts or regular threads?

Blog posts would be better - easier to keep track of individual reviews, and when you have many reviews the early reviews won't be lost under a mountain of posts.

 

Also, I'm interested in this and will be awaiting your work.

Personaly, i wouldn't really read them, i'm not that big of a gamer. (Never played zelda, nor mario). Though i'm sure there are many other people that would take a peak at them. Good luck!

I would potentially read them. I'm a smalltime, casual reviewer myself and I have done a couple of reviews here so far. One of them was in a topic though so I still need to upload that into my MLPforums blog. Not sure how many actually read mine but I generally get at least 40 views and barely anyone even knows me. I also announce my updates on the status updates part of the forum for those who MIGHT see it that way. A bit of self-promotion without going against the Terms of Service (I don't think)

 

So far on this site I've reviewed:

 

Lunar: Dragon Song

Sega Superstars Tennis

Baten Kaitos (I think, this one is another one of my reviews but I don't remember if I uploaded it here)

 

My next review, when I get around to it, will be a double-feature for Headhunter and Headhunter: Redemption when I get around to finishing the latter.

 

I would probably read yours though. It's always good to read other people's reviews as a reviewer yourself. It can give you insight as to how to review in a sensible way. You can get ideas just from reading other people's reviews whether they are professional or amateur/user reviews.
