Every now and then, I come across OCs and ponysonas that I find interesting while floating around the forum. Now, I gotta admit I'm a really slow learner when it comes to art, it's not something that comes to me naturally (I think I've said this somewhere before ), whatever that I've able to accomplish so far has been through sheer practice in whatever free time I have. Well my OC and the stuff from my headcanon (AJ in a tank, anyone?   ) is fun and all but it takes me quite a bit of time to think of the scenes I draw, and even that gets boring after a while. So one night (well, last Monday night actually) an idea struck me: what if I could draw other people's OCs and practice at the same time? Then I won't have to spend time thinking of what to draw, I just need to refer! 
 
Think of it as a "reverse request", instead of me starting a thread and accepting a bunch of requests, I come to you asking for permission to draw your OC! (Then again, if you do receive a PM from me, chances are I've already drawn it :3) Of course, if you don't want me to, then I won't! No hard feelings involved

 

And this is why this thread can exist in "Fan Art" and not in "Creative Resources", because no requesting is involved, and there's no pressure on me.

Of course I won't be revealing who I'm working on because then it wouldn't be a surprise anymore!

Remarks: I came across Concord on one of the art request threads in Creative Resources and was intrigued by this all-white pony. He's really white, as in #FFFFFF (255,255,255) kind of white! so white in fact that getting his eyes right was really challenging! Also I only realized he was an alicorn halfway through, so I took the opportunity to do the long sexy alicorn legs

This looks very nice indeed!   I love how well you picked the colours, only the eyes look a little weird.

Remarks: I have not had much experience drawing pegasi to be honest, so when I came across Silver Storm (? I think that's his OC's name), I immediately wanted to try my hand at it, especially since I have not experimented with poses such as riding clouds/lying on clouds before.

Remarks: Was looking for a simple OC to draw and came across Winterbass Originally intended to experiment with a different pose but that didn't turn out too well This is definitely an OC that I'll come back to one day to try again.

Haha, the reference picture I had to go with had so little detail in it I had to improvise, but at the same time I didn't want to change it too much, so I just went with putting a streak through her tail Well I originally envisioned her doing something more interesting like jumping over something or doing something, so that's why when I screwed it up I just fell back on this pose. But I'm glad that you like it though! It's a very fulfilling experience

 

*watches the request threads in creative resources in wait for a pony to kidnap and draw*    there really are a lot of talented artists around!

He looks really good! For not being naturally gifted in art you have quite a heck of a lot of talent .

I guess the trumpet is a bit bumpy looking, but i like how it looks overall the trumpet has this kinda shiny look to it .

 

And the rest of It I don't really have any complaints for, so great job! It looks wonderful! Keep up the good work bro!
