If you wouldn't mind sharing your stories I wouldn't mind taking a look at your stories you've already written so far. Just to see how they are I'm not the best at grammar but I can at least try.

I would suggest getting a proofreader. That would solve most of your problems. You could start a G-docs with your fanfic and share it with him. Once he ran over it and corrected it, you could post it to FanFiction.

This sounds like the best idea short-term. You provide the ideas and the structure for the story, and someone will help you with grammar, spelling, etc. I don't know how many years you've been reading and writing in English, but chances are that it will become at least a little easier with time.

Communities can be harsh if there are errors, but don't let that deter you.

You might want to try an online grammar guide.

http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/

You might want to start there, although it's the product of a google search. Ideally, you need a worksheet or something to practice grammar on. It's continuous repetition that makes good grammar come naturally.

Most of the time, to get a proofreader, all you have to do is ask.  Granted, most proofreaders don't want to re-write your entire story for you.  If you work has solid structure, they can help patch up the grammar and spelling.

Generally, all you have to do is ask and proofreaders come running. Some proofreaders will tolerate even a moderate amount of grammatical mistakes, but if they have to highlight every other word in every sentence they will get frustrated very quickly.

So, first step should be a grammar guide and learn at least the basics (proper punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure come to mind). Then, once you yourself have cleaned up your story, send it to a proofreader and let them help you fix the rest.
