I'm sure just about every game has some element of religion in it, usually used as a plot device like the unitologists in Dead Space. Although, I do remember playing Dragon Quest 9 I think it was and there's quite a bit of religious elements to it. I was more referring to "elements" beyond mere window dressing. For something of an off beat example of more what I'm referring to, Super Mario Galaxy isn't just "Mario in space" it actually gives us something akin to the mystical cosmology of Mario's world and two of the plot elements are the threat of armageddon and the act of divine creation. I think it's fairer to say that Journey is less strictly religious as much as it is an exploration of Joseph Campbell's narrative theory. (Ever hear of the Hero with a Thousand Faces?) In fact, the game's title might even be hinting at the creator's intention. Campbell's outlining of the mythic archetype? It's called "the Hero's Journey."
