I ate all the fudge I got for Christmas. I got two whole boxes of home made fudge: one from my Grandma and one from my girlfriend. its ALL gone. I only shared with a few little kids, but I saved the lion's share for me.

 

and now its all gone.

 

OK, my fellow Bronies. Please go out and buy some really expensive fudge-the good stuff...and overnight it to me. do that and I'll bro-hoof you 10 times.

 

Believe me, I tried with Granny-she laughed at me and said wait a year.

My girlfriend laughed and said, "No soup for you!"

I don't get this "I'm sad" trend going on. If you're actually sad, that would be a better thing to post. No offense, but I think this is sort of a slap to the face to people who are actually depressed.

No one is sad when they have fudge. Give some fudge to a kid: they are happy. It's a universal truth in life.

I disagree. This thread is, in the end, a little joke, which I'm sure you know from the part I bolded. But from your logic, we're basically not allowed ever to post/say anywhere that we're sad just cause some depressed person could come along and somehow take offense to it? This isn't some sort of thread that is mocking depressed people; besides, the people on this forum, especially who are actually depressed, should know better than to dislike this thread just cause he's stating a simple fact that stated he's sad.

 

I could say a simple phrase that everyone says: I'm hungry. And yes, I'm sure that everyone has said that.

 

Couldn't that be a "slap in the face" to those who aren't as fortunate as others when it comes to getting food? I mean, almost everything we say could be interpreted as offensive through your logic.

 

According to Comrade-Dimitri-Hammer, nicknames are important in Russia. But just cause he doesn't like it when people call him nicknames, doesn't mean that we can't call each other nicknames.
