Fear spotted the man, his mouth was still covered in blood from when he ripped a security gaurds throat out, this was another stranger that didnt seem to pose a threat, but if he tried anything Fear knew that he could just make the man go insane, so he slowly walked twowrds the stranger

Damon chuckled. "Now aren't you a strange fellow! I'm guessing you're going to want that straight jacket off now aren't ya?" He asked with a grin. "Can you speak stranger? It's not nice to walk creepily at someone without introducing yourself." He said "Or is that blood from biting your own tongue off?" He added with a chuckle as he waited for an answer.

Fear kept walking "i do speak, and yes i would like this thing off" he said in his creepy tone of voice "i was a serial killed the police named "Fear" due to my mental powers, but enough about me, why would you want to help a little phyco like me?"he asked curiously

"Nice name." He commented. "I never said I was going to help you, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to." He explained."That all depends on weather you pose me a threat in the future if I do release you." He said, then shrugged. "But what the hell, you seem like the person who would massacre a suit shop for a tie and pair gloves too." He said as he threw his Kukri up into the air like a baton, then caught it and sliced the straps off the straight jacket, freeing him. He just hoped that he didn't make the wrong decision. "This favor is on the house." He said.

Fear did sort of an evil laugh as he discarded the straight jacket "thanks, now i must ask, who are you?" he asked, the stranger was on his nice list, he freed him so he saw no point in being weary of him, his suspicion replaced with curiosity now, he stretched his arms out and rubbed them, it felt very good to be free

"Damon Virtras, demon extraordinaire." He said with a chuckle as he sat down in a chair. So far he didn't think that this was a regrettable decision, he just hoped that this person didn't side with the rebels, but he didn't seem like one they would have on their team to he relaxed himself.

Wesley watched the scene from afar and then picked up a piece of bent metal that had broken off a beam and was now sharp and pointed. He stepped towards the two and, without an warning, used it to prick them both on the arm and let a tiny bit of blood roll out. When this was done he placed some on the ends of his fingers and traced two runes, both identical.

After a few moments the runes disappeared and he frowned. "Weak blood; sign of a coward," he said nonchalantly. "I thought you had strong auras, but appearances do lie, just like you," he said, and tilted his head towards Damon. "I'd keep a close eye on your base."

Fear was out raged at getting called a coward "A COWARD!?!" He growled in a manor that would be appropriate in a death metal song, his anger triggered his psychic powers causing grotesque images to appear, the walls appeared to bend and stretch, parts of the ceiling and the walls began to bleed

 

(His powers are affected by the person he uses them on, depending the person determines what they see)

Tartaros roared in agony, losing control of his ground tendrils which made them recede into the ground. He failed about angrily, until finally the first signs of his otherworldly abilities began to shine, literally. His crimson areas began to glow an eerie red, and the light spread around him quickly. He managed to stabilize himself, although he was still in pain.

"SHUT UP!" Tartaros roared. "Why don't we raise the bar a little? Tartarus Rend!"

A shimmering, twisting energy spread out from his aura, pulling and tearing at the space around them to rip the wall. Tartaros focused the energy towards Butajiri, causing tendrils of the red, eerie energy to stem forth and surround the demon. The gravity around them heightened, attempting to trap Butajiri and crush him if they could. The red glowed brighter as it grew stronger, then trying to incinerate Tartarus's foe....

With a roar, Tartaros drew closer to the demon and slashed at. him with both tendrils and claws, all glowing with the same energy.

Butajiri shifted back to human form so thatthe he would have enough strength to resist the increased gravity. He jumped out of the way. When he stopped, a lock of hair fell from his bangs. "You bastard!" He yelled. "Do you know how long I 'll have to wait for that to grow back?" The spectral cage disappeared. "We're getting nowhere with this."

 

"Jus' grab onta' me." Frey said. "I can fly us out."

"Exactly," said Wesley calmly. "You're only proving yourself to be more so, hiding behind your powers knowing they're the only thing that anyone would care about. That they're the only things special about you." His tone got more mocking. "And even they aren't special-look at your cheap horror show tricks. What is this, Carrie? I'm terrified."

 

Illium nodded. "Seems like you are all used to this," she said formally.

Fear just snapped and went into a furious charge, his insanity took over and began charging and yelling at him, he then tackled wesley and started strangling and slamming his head into the floor, his face appeared ti darken, his eyes blackened and blood flowed out of them, a black liquid spewed out of his mouth

Wesley laughed until tears came out of his, as the slamming didn't seem to affect him.

"You're so easy to enrage!" he said, still splitting his sides. "What a weakling, no self control..."

 

As soon as the black stuff came out of Fear's mouth Wesley made a face. "How classy. You're vomiting on me."

 

He carved a symbol on Fear's face and a bright light flashed, enough to surprise Fear so he broke out of his grasp.

 

"Yes, you are weaker than I thought...in no way fit for a team of my caliber," he said with a snort, and glanced at Damon. "Hello."

"Hello..." Damon said back, still sitting in his chair. "Now you're an interesting one, but you're also quite repulsive to me... Which base are you threatening that I need to keep a close eye on?" He asked with a tone on irritation. "Someone needs to lend you a dictionary for coward. Calling someone a coward and then watching them run in without a second thought isn't what cowards usually do." He joked.

Fear was astonished when wesley  broke free,  he looked around and found him, he charged him again, the fact that he kept blowing him off  and that his attacks seemed to do nothing to him was just angering him more, every other person hes ever encountered would be freaked out and drove mad, he tackled wesley

"Sasha and Anna get like this all the time. One gets used to it."

*King said calmly.*

"As for Lester, I just met the guy today, but he seems like a nice enough guy."

"Its cool, I can teleport us there!"

*Lester shouted back to Frey. He did the same teleport trick as he had used to get them there and then, Sasha, Lester, and Frey were on the roof of Sasha's apartment building.*

"You're right...that's what blatant idiots do." Fear tackled him again and this time Wesley sighed. "That was old the first time. You can stop now."

 

He looked at Damon. "Coming from the one who murdered a clothing store full of innocents, that's not entirely fair. I call someone a coward and I'm repulsive? You're the one who needs a dictionary."

He then held up his hands. "I mean no ill will, but a certain girl doesn't like hypocrites..."

 

Illium nodded again. "So are those two close? Sasha and Lester? They must have known each other for a while."

"I wanted a tie and pair of gloves, that's my excuse." He said with a shrug. "You called us both something we probably aren't for no other reason than pricking someones blood without permission, and threatened one of my bases, while acting as much of a judgmental douchebag as possible." He said. "Pretty repulsive to me, that is." He chuckled as he got up.

Fear roared then got off him and stormed off, to look for a sharp object to stab him with, he was extreamly angry, he got freed, only to be mocked by some one who seemingly took no damage and who was just laughing at him, Fears broken mind could only feel anger

"Someone steals coffee and you fight them; you want a tie and gloves so you murder a bunch of men, women, and children. Congratulations on making absolutely no sense," said Wesley dryly. "I'm quite in the position to judge you right now. Oh, I'm not entirely clean, but I've never stooped so far as to kill a pregnant woman. That's low, and that's cowardly-killing the innocent who cannot fight. Where's the challenge? And again, I offered you a warning, not issued a threat."

Fear eventually found a sharp metal pipe, he noticed that the fire had reached the floor they were on and got an idea, he stuck the sharp end into the fire and let it heat up, he then turned around and charged wesly holding the pipe out as if it was a spear

"Well, aren't you the fun police. I can add grade A stalker to my list of reasons why you're repulsive too!" He said with a laugh. "I never said I was a shining citizen, but you came in here like the hall monitor issuing warnings while i was trying to have a nice conversation." He explained

Wesley chuckled. "I haven't stepped foot out of this hospital in eight years...I just have reliable sources. So you want 'Allison' to join you? She's almost as cruel as you, if not much less stupid and much more tactile...but she'll probably hate you for screwing your deal over before you even started."

 

Suddenly he saw Fear rushing him, and he only had time to lift his arm. The pipe went deep and Wesley frowned as his skin blistered from heat.

"Oooow..."

Frey started to look around at the surrounding area. "Bad news first." He said. "Maven doesnt joke about when it comes to his honor. He said hes gonna kill us and hes gonna keep trying, you can be sure of that. He wont give up until hes dead, and Im sure you know how hard that comes. Man by the name of Damon showed him where to find your apartment. Livin there wont be simple. Best be lying somewheres else, I say."

"Here we go with the judging again, it's really getting old now." He said as he sighed. "If she doesn't like me for killing some poshy people in a suit shop so be it, she feeds off of people on a weekly basis. I told her to join whoever she wants, that's not my problem if she joins someone else, that is until we may or may not get into a fight."

Fear pushed the pipe in deeper and twisted it a bit then let go and walked away feeling satisfied, he had caused an injury to wesley, the  random act of violence had calmed him down, the illusions dissapeared, he looked over at the fire slowly approaching them at the other end of the hallway "i suggest you move, unless you like having melodramatic conversations while burning alive" he started walking, "ive been in here for over 10 years, its going to be fun getting out again"
