Melbourne frowned. "so the alicorn has a lover....good. I can use that." Melbourne quickly changed his facial expression to a smile when he saw Daff.

"Oh but of course. Meeting new friends is such a joy one rarely gets time to enjoy... However before we head off, are you sure you're feeling well now?"

Seeing the unrest was over, rocket let out a sigh of relief, he then smiled at the thought of his friend finding somepony here,

(Good for him) rocket thought to himself, he then started towards the shop, because he wanted to talk to his friend, but his conscience stopped him, he decided to try to find mor later, and let Him enjoy his time with the mare. For some reason the thought of that brought back memories to rocket. Memories of arguments and regrets. Rocket blast decided to go on another run, he had to keep out running his past.

Desertrose blushed and trotted after Mor. Once they got into the store Desert made a bee line to the fish aisle. She looked around in awe at all the fish toys and supplies. "Woah! Mor look at all of this! I can't wait to get something for Merp!" She continued down te aisle towards the fish food. She grabbed it and trotted back out of the aisle and up to the register. There was a slightly annoyed looking unicorn at the register. "Hello ma'am" He said to Desert grabbing the fish food from her with his magic. He swiped the bar code and printed a receipt for her. "Ok, ma'am your total today is three bits." Desertrose took three bits out of her saddle bag. "U-Um, here you go." She said quietly. The cashier pony took the bits from her, put them in the cash register, and handed her the bag with her fish food in it. "Have a nice day."he said. Desertrose put the fish food into her saddle bag and headed out of the store. She turned back to Mor. "So, um, where do you want to explore first?"

 

Daffodil smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I'm 2o releived 2he forgave me, to be hone2t I wa2n't expecting her to." Daffodil grinned sheepishly and rubbed the back of her head with her hoof. "I wa2 actually expecting her to get up2et and get Mortimer to bla2t me or 2omething." She giggled nervously. She turned and looked down the street. "Huh, I don't 2ee the new pony anymore." She turned back to Mel. "Do you want to go look for him or explore?" She asked.

"Yeah, why not? Not only is the city calm this day but the sun is shining and that little breeze in the air makes this day perfect!" he said excited.

He then lifted Desertrose onto his back and began gliding into the sky, just above the city.

"Hey, where do you want to go, darling?"

Melbourne inspected the surroundings, indeed it appeared that the unknown pony had disappeared.

 

"Haha don't worry if Mortimer had of tried anything I can garentee that no harm would have come to you. Now, I suggest we go explore the town. I'm sure we'll stumble upon the new pony."

Desertrose squeaked and buried her face into Mor's soft pelt. After they stopped gaining altitude Desert cautiously opened her eyes and looked around. She was amazed, it was so beautiful from up here. She heard Mor ask her where she wanted to go. She looked around, she honestly didn't see to much that was interesting in the city. She did however see a beautiful turquoise blue lake a little ways into the forest. "Hey Mor, how about we go explore that pretty lake?" she asked excitedly.

Mortimer and Desertrose flew down quick into the lake, it was precious, the wild-life was abundant, unlike the city who only had around 20 inhabitants.

"What do you think 'bout this place? This place is nice." He said  looking around.

Desertrose smiled and her eyes grew wide. "Wow, its so beautiful, I-I cant even." She smiled with a content look in her eyes and walked over to an elegent willow tree and lay beneath it. She sighed and cuddled into the thick moss. "Hey Mor! Come lay over here! The moss is really super soft!" She called out to him.

as rocket was running he somehow managed to get lost in the forest. "ugg!" he screamed, why do I always get lost" he decided to start flying home, then he heard something in the bushes, and his wings locked up. Rockets eyes were as large as wheels. "h-hello?" he shouted. then he saw it, it was a huge snake like creature with one 5 eyes, all looked at rocket hungrily. rocket took off in the opposite direction. "HELP he screamed and shouted, hoping somepony would hear him.

As Mortimer was about to lay besides Desertrose, a cry of help was heard all over the forest. "Oh for Celestia's sake!" he yelled angry, he wanted to spend time with Desertrose. "I'll be back in a few minutes, mkay?".

He then ran into the forest and saw Rocket being attacked by a strange snake. He quickly turned the snake into a mouse that quickly ran out of sight.

"Please, be careful next time ok?" he said as he flew back to where Desertrose was.

He laid besides her and grabbed her hoof while gazing into the sky.

Rocket ran back to the town, he knew he had angered his friend and he was sorry, he slowly walked back into his house. he decided he had enough fun for the day, he just wanted to nap. before his nap he decided to eat his favorite meal of cheese and bread. then he went upstairs, turned of the light, and fell asleep

Ashwing had left the other before the chat war to work as he got in the other two greeted him ¨so your the new one, eh?¨ ¨Shadow dont be like that he skipped last day remember? ¨im sorry miss perfect. Oh btw im ShadowBlaze and the angry girl over there is Rawby¨ ¨HEY THATS NOt TRUE YOU LIAR!¨ she yelled at the other girl named shadowblaze ¨errr, well i guess the blimp was slow anyways so what is the weather today?¨ ¨well we have half rainy mood today so just get the freaking clouds over the city.¨ She said in a cheery mood to the team she was leading 'great another bossy one...' he thought as they flied out to get the clouds, after 40 minutes the cloud was up and they started the chain to make em rain a bit sour rain. (so ill be doing terra ShadowBlaze (no, real oc but its a char i came up so just hang with me.. im just too lazy ashwing and Rainby YEs its a girl :l DUN Ask)

Desertrose blushed. She hadn't ever held whooves with somepony before, it was quite comforting. She smiled and gazed up at the sky through the leaves of the willow. She was so comfortable and happy she didn't want this moment to end. Suddenly Desert noticed a pegasi group putting rain in the sky. She sighed. Of course they decide to do rain today she thought to herself. She gently nudged Mor and pointed to the pegasi. "Mor, they're making it rain, do you think we should go-" She started before being interupted by a HUGE clap of thunder. Since thunder and lightening were Desert's greatest fears, she panicked and bolted away into the extremely thick undergrowth of the forest.

As Desertrose ran through the thick forest, his temper had alread reached it's boiling point.

"This can't be happening!" he yelled in a fit of rage.

He casted a huge thunderbolt into the sky, he didn't care if anypont got hurt, they ruined his day.

He flew into the forest and found Desertrosr, who was shaking in fear and she was very wet. He took off his cape and covered her with it.

He then lifted her onto his back, with the cape above her to avoid getting more wet and flew into Mortimer's house.

He laid her on the sofa and brought her a cup of coffee.

Desertrose shivered and cuddled into the towel Mor had brought her. She was ashamed, she had been so terrified she had lost her reasoning. She could feel the anger radiating off of him. She hung her head and closed her eyes. What if she had gotten herself lost? Or hurt? What if Mor got hurt while going after her? She felt so guilty. She looked into his eyes gratefully when he brought the coffee. "Th-thanks." She said happily taking a sip. "I-I am really sorry I ran off, I just, I just have always been so terified of thunder, and it got me by surprise, I didn't mean to make you mad." She kissed his cheek. "Thanks for saving me." She said quietly.

"That's ok" he said, scratching his forehead and trying to take the anger out of him.

Mortimer sat besides her and gave her a kiss back.

"You know... It's hard to tell you this, it's been decades since i tell somepony this, but... I love you." Mortimer started to feel very nervous, he hoped she felt the same. He stared into her beautiful eyes, hoping the answer would clear his mind.

Rocket had awoken to the loud crash of thunder, he knew exactly where it had came from too. He decided to do something nice for the alicorn that just saved him. He packed up so mild cider, bread, and cheese in a basket and wrote a note

 

Dear mor,

Thank you for saving me today, I'm sorry if I interfered with anything, I brought this for you as both a thank you gift and a token of my apology

Rocket took the basket and the note to mor's house and set it on the door step, then he went back home to get out of the rain.

Before continuing his conversation with Desertrose he heard someone knocked at the door.

He rushed to it and to his surprise there wasn't anypony. Just a basket wifh food and cider.

He took the basket inside and read the letter, he smiled, it was from his friend Rocket. He grabbed a piece of paper and wrote:

 

Dear Rocket,

Thank you for your presents, i hope you are ok. I want to send you this amulet as a sign of grattitude, it blocks any harmful spell casted at you.

Yout pal,

Mortimer.

 

He casted a spell and teleported the card to Rocket's door.

He then sat down besides Desertrose and smiled at her. "Look what my friend got us!".

(OOC ok I hope this part isn't too confusing, I have wanted to add this for a while and I think I can, jet blast is rockets deceased brother. When jet shows up he is a figment of rockets imagination, if you want me to explain I will)

 

Rocket made it home and found a letter and amulet on the ground, he smiled as he read the note, then he walked inside. He was hungry and making a snack, he had a glass full of hard cider when he heard a voice

"So this is you new home"

Rocket immediately froze up, he new that voice from anywhere all he could muster out was "no"

"What still trying to forget about me, ground lover?" Rockets brother, jet questioned

"You're not real....you're not real" rocket said to himself crazily

"Yes I am, rocket. Why are you acting crazy?" Jet questioned

"I'm not!", rocket said, snapping back to reality quickly, "youre dead, youre dead"

Jet smiled and said "oh celestia, somepony that crazy cant be from our family"

Rocket snapped and lost his head

"YOURE NOT REAL!!! YOU'RE NOT REAL!!!AHHHHHHH!!!!" Rocket screamed as loud as he could. He started throwing everything at his brother. Then his brother disappeared. Rocket looked at the mess and sat in a corner and rocked back and fourth, with tears in his eyes he repeated over and over again "you're not real, you're not real"

Desertrose felt warm joy spread through her heart when Mor told her he loved her. She was about to tell him she loved him to when somepony knocked at the door. She waited patiently for him to come back. When he did, he brought in a gift from his friend. Desertrose smiled. "I want to meet this friend of your's sometime." She said smiling. "Oh, and by the way..." She tackle hugged Mor so they were both on the floor and she was on top. "I love you to!" She giggled and kissed him.

Mortimer felt love flowing through inside him, he felt good, so he continued kissing her. After a while, both got up, and sat down again, Mortimer blushed and giggled nervously, she was such a perfect mare, kind, nice and cute!

He opened the cider, teleported to cups and told Desetrose "Want some, honey?".

Desertrose blushed and got back into her chair, what had come over her?! She just tackled him and- her thoughts were inturupted by Mor asking her if she wanted any cider. "Oh! I would love some cider!" She said smilling. He called me honey!  I can't believe it! She was so happy. She picked up the cup of cider and took a sip. She couldn't make eye contact with him now without blushing like crazy. "S-So, after we have a drink, and this stupid rain clears up, do you maybe want to go explore some more?"

 

Daffodil shrugged, apparently Mel had no preference over where they went first. She was about to suggest they go to one of the other buildings along this road when she noticed Ashwing and some other pegasi gathering storm clouds. Ah, thats where he ran of to! She thiught to herself. She had been wondering where he was. She flew up to him and was about to offer her help when somepony accidently made their cloud rain. Daffodil covered her ears and closed her eyes. She opened them just in time to see Ashwing get hit by a dark purple bolt of magic. Daffodil screamed and flew down after him, just barely catching him before he hit the ground. She looked him over. Other than some burns, he seemed ok, execpt his unconciousness of course. Daffodil sighed in relief. Using all of her strength she picked him up onto her back and walked back to her house. She opened the door and put Ashwing down on the couch gently. She collapsed on the floor exhausted.

"Of course darling, i'd love to!" he said smiling, he then put his hoof on her chin and lifted her head, then kissed her. When he leaned back he looked at her with glimmer in his eyes. "Hey, don't fear, i don't care if you get nervous, you are my first love in a lot of years".

Melbourne had been lost in thought. "What if I, no that'll only be a temporary fix..." Melbourne looked up. It appeared that even while daydreaming his body had automatically followed Daf.

"What on...oh beg my pardon must have gotten lost in my own thoughts. Wait what happened to Ashwing?

Melbourne moved closer, as he had been standing at the door to Daf's house.

"Oh my what a lovely house. Now Ashwing, oh. Magic wounds, looks like some kind of fire or lightening perhaps."

Melbourne nudged Daf.

"Get some antiseptics, can't let the wound fester."

Ashwing woke up from his uncounciusness (bad spellin ) really tired ¨wha-what happend¨ he blasted into flyin from an electric shock as he saw daff on the ground exhausted and the pony that he didnt really know, Shadowblaze and Rainby had been done for the day after the 'shock' but something seemed to worry Shadowblazes mind as she said ¨hey what happend to ashwing and who was that strange mare?¨ ¨like i would know smarty pants¨ Rainby angrily responded ¨well im going home see ya¨ she said as she flied out the door to her sky home. (well its still rainin and will do until night so Sleep over lol?)
