Pony Party

I need ideas for a Pony themed birthday party. Games, food, decorations, whatever. I've got some ideas, but I have a feeling I will get more here.

Cutie mark face painting? I don't know that's the first thing that came to my mind when I heard MLP themed party :3 Do all kinds of different ones...

If whoever you are doing this for really likes the show, make sure you include cutie marks in everything. 

 

 

• Balloons that match Pinkies color scheme for her cutie mark. 
• A few diaries with Twilight's mark. 
• Many different apple treats with a few having some of the apple family cutie marks on it. 
• Fluttershy should have little stuffed animals along with a ribbon attached to each of them, her cutie mark on them.
• Get some neat pillows that look like clouds, with Dash's mark on them.
• Rarity's should be, of course, a dress with her cutie mark somewhere on it.  Or some type of clothing.

 

That would make anyone's pony party perfect right there.  Along with some snacks and toys, of course.

Party cannon? x3 That would be hell expensive lol.

 

How about real life food from mlp, like apple cider for beverages, cupcakes and cakes from sugarcube corner or Derpy's muffins?

Already on top of that My bf's sister does face painting, and I gave her pics of the mane 6 cutie marks. She said they would be easy enough, so I am also gonna ask her to do a few others. 

 

I was thinking of doing a candy/sweets table, and several apple desserts, checking pintrest for apple ideas. I wonder where I can get apple cider in June.

Ok first thing that comes to mind:

Gotta have pin the tail on the pony

Bobbing for apples

Costume/ themed dress ( a little tough to pull of but worth it)

Some sweet ponystep music mayhaps ominpony or djpon3

 

Thats all i can think of right now

 

Oh and canterlot style invitations with a message from princess celestia inviting your guests to your party. Gotta have some of those!!!!

From your posts I'm guessing it's a birthday party for a small child so I recommend some mlp themed treats like mlp cupcakes with cutiemarks, could try to make donutopia but that might be too time-consuming but you can still make other treats from the show that humans eat most of them will be apple based though so I recommend also making some non apple treats for those who don't like apples.

You can also have some pony related games (pin the tail on the pony and whatnot) and decorations (pony balloons, banners and so on) and if you want you can have some music but I recommend to have some music from the show rather than fan-made music if you want mlp music but you should just make sure the music is happy.
