writing Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (poem)

This is a creepy little poem I wrote about my favorite anime. I'm going to post another poem today too. I hope you like this one, even if you haven't seen the show.

 

"Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni"

 

A splatter,
A laugh,
Wind whipping through my hair,
The cicadas soft chirping,
Filling the air.
Oh, torturous night!
Oh, I run and I flee,
But, Oyashiro-sama
Is following me.
Oh, pain unending;
Perpetual killing spree,
Stuck here in June of
Nineteen eighty-three.

But we will defeat fate!
Oh, I know we’ll be free!
We’ll do it together
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni.

Oh my lord, I love Higurashi. So much gore~ <3 But I love your poem as well! I feel it really grasps the concept of Higurashi no Naku koro Ni. =D

Well I haven't seen this anime (in fact I haven't watched anime in a while) but I can definitely feel a murderous vibe coming from this poem. I like it.
