So, update time. I've recently retried again with a quick session. I also noticed a bit static in my buds, might have to replace them soon. Anyway, progressive relaxation is superb. Though I'll admit I find myself always difficult to follow along with the voice. Always wanting to make mental imagery which then wanders off, but anyway.

Transformation still needs work, tingling sensations are felt but not exactly at their full potential. Need to do another full session.

So another question if there's an answer: Is mental imagery okay? Or should just remain my focus solely on the voice?

On another note, I'm gonna go grab my oversized foam-filled beanbag out of storage today, and I'm gonna try the files while laying on that. It's practically a cloud anyway, so, if all goes well, I'm gonna friggin' go to Cloudsdale.

If you can, I think it would be pretty cool! It took so much work getting mine up to my apartment (it's like 50 pounds, no joke, and the stairwells and doorways were a nightmare).

If you are trying to find the files on the Hypnoponies website, you have to become a member there, validate your account by email, and then wait for a moderator to verify your acount and grant you full access to the forum. Once all that happens, you can view and download all the files.

 

If you're looking for one of the more popular ones, you can find them on YouTube or by searching a few pages back on this thread. A couple were posted here earlier.

Just back with another entry. Relaxation (or my perception of it) still is successful. My headphones are still managing to stay in quality. Alright: Tingling sensations in transform descriptions continue, though sadly nothing major really happening. Soon I'll be getting the files personally. Focusing mainly on Twilight Sparkle.
