Just a placebo effect that's probably brought on by a trance-like state, I suppose.

Just got back from work and i'm stressed off my mind. Might do a fluttershy session later to ease the stress.

On a side note i also went to build a bear today and bought myself a fluttershy build a bear. :squee:

If your mind is open enough, probably one of the greatest experiences you can have in this world.

 

Interesting but a little scary as well. I know that i tried lucid dreaming before ( which failed) but this is a little too insane

 

Anyways back onto the topic of pony hypnosis: is there any interesting hypno stories today?

 

Ok then so my brother and mom are trying to mess with me ( in a fun/playful manner) when i blurted out in a fluttershy tone: "umm can you please stop messing around.....if that's alright with you guys"

Update: Unfortunately I woke up to find that my headphones fell off last night, I'm not sure when but I don't feel different. I guess I will do a few more sessions today to see if I can achieve my goal.

So i didn't get to do a fluttershy file last night because i was tired.....but i kept going in and out of the flutterstate last night. I pretty much just laid down on my bed and closed my eyes and about 20 min later i felt all of the pony changes (mental and physical) and had the feeling like i was levitating off of my bed using my wings.

Ok it's been already a week since i started to have the pony ears, wings, tail, and muzzle feeling outside the hypnosis and it still hasn't gone away.

Lucky....I'll try again tonight, I may duct tape my headphones to my head so they dont fall off....either that or I will simply find time to do the hypnosis during the day

I wouldn't use duct tape. That would be very painful to take off. I suggest scotch tape
