Hey guys exciting news! I didnt think much of it at first but I have noticed I havr become more self centered.I noticed because I was thinking how I should greet myself at school if I was asked to share something about me. And immediately I thought "Im awesome" normally I dont say that unless im joking. But I was dead serious. I have only listen to the file once while awake. And 6 loops awhilr asleep. Howevet no physical effects yet.

I've also been experiencing a similar personality change. I've always been a very confident person, but I never felt a need to make it known to everyone before now

You will get used to it after a while. Not impossible but takes a bit of time to master.
