I tried a session last night and there is a big blank period I can't remember. I'd like to think during that time I was in the Dash state, which has only ever happened once before. I'm really starting to get far with this, I'm excited.

Hey guys exciting news! I didnt think much of it at first but I have noticed I havr become more self centered.I noticed because I was thinking how I should greet myself at school if I was asked to share something about me. And immediately I thought "Im awesome" normally I dont say that unless im joking. But I was dead serious. I have only listen to the file once while awake. And 6 loops awhilr asleep. Howevet no physical effects yet.
