Favorite villain from the show, or villains in general?...

I'm gonna roll with general. Definitely Benny from Fallout: New Vegas. He's the bad guy you hate to love, not to mention he is a suave sonofagun.

Well, I guess in general it would be The Riddler from the Batman franchise, for the simple fact that he's clever and he liked to test people, unlike most villians who are just smart. The Riddler, is clever, that's better than smart in a villian for me. Also Batman is very nostalgic in my mind

my favorite nemesis from gaming would be Vaas from Far Cry 3, and how most of the things he says are symbols of whats to come as he faced the same thing

My favorite villain would be Lord Ghirahim from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

 

I like Ghirahim because he has a sense of "regality" about him, while at the same time being somewhat silly. He is a master of swordplay, and an excellent foe. Hell, he put up a much better fight than Demise... (And he's totally gay, which makes him a very funny villain.)
