With her unknown roots, it was impossible to tell. Her parents could've at least left a note of something, telling her what the hay she would be like.

Draco's smile faltered slightly "I'm sorry if I upset you I was just joking. Well whenever you have time I guess want to go hangout. of course my offer is still open you two could come move in with me. If you don't have a place to stay Brazen you can stay with me," Draco said as he hugged her gentlely. "Well shall we go to the cafe' it's my treat you two," He sighed slightly"I'm sorry I always say something stupid don't I?"

"Aw, c'mere you." said Brazen, hugging Draco back. "I aint mad! Its an amazing coincidence that I found you here, and meeting an Alicor-" Brazen stopped herself quickly.

 

"I'm sorry Minath, I can see you don't care for attention." she said, smiling awkwardly. "I've already eaten today Draco, but I'd still love to accompany you two the restaurant. As much as it dents my pride to say it, I really don't want to be left alone in a city filled with these...snobs."

Draco chuckled and said "Sure I mean yeah they are snobs sheesh the reason I moved here is because Ponyville is too crzy for me I have grey freaking hairs look," Draco said as he pointed to afew grey hairs "Yep it's from stress," Draco sighed ""I need a vacation maybe a trip to the beach with you two loveky mares," Draco said with a smirk on his muzzle.

''Oh, hey other ponies who were sitting at the table and.. Alicorn?'' Splinter said while hovering over to Draco and the mares. ''What are you doing, bro? You're going to end up sounding like a total perv at one point or another. No offense, though. Name's Splinter. Splinter Wood. Yes, yes. It's very ironic.'' Splinter said while rolling his eyes. ''And what have we got here? An Alicorn? Ya know, alicorns remind me of the Veelas. Beautiful, filled with grace, and calm.''

Minath was glad Brazen picked up on her aversion for attention, she didn't know her well enough to be brash yet.

 

"Want to hear about Canterlot snobs? Meet some alicorns, they're the worst. 'Oh look, I have a horn and wings! I'm special!'" Minath said, imitating the Canterlot accent.

One minute I'm reading creepypasta on my laptop, the next I'm in the paper for having my mane a bit messy.'' Splinter said while rolling his eyes and pulling out his laptop. ''I just need a group to talk to. I've screwed up enough this morning. Might as well make some friends while I'm at it.'' Splinter said while beginning to type furiously.

Once again Brazen stared at the ground. "I know its wrong of me to judge, it's just I've had a really, really bad experience when it comes to them." Brazen bit her lip as the memories began to resurface again, but she was determined not to cry for a second time today. A single solitary tear fell. She hoped no one had seen it.

Minath blushed at Spliter. She had a idea what a veela was, but they had a tendency to throw fireballs. "I'm Minath." She said quietly hoping to go largely unnoticed. She should've brought her cloak, it makes it easier to go under the radar.

 

"Want to know snobs? Try living at the Castle and having to act pleasent to them." Minath made a face at this.

''Oh, that must be brutal.'' Splinter said while immediately felt sorry for the alicorn. ''Having to be polite with those gossiping, snobby, rich brats?! That must be the worst. Jolt felt ready enough to enter the castle. As he approached, one of the guards standing at the door asked for a pass. With a slight sense of smugness, Jolt showed the guard the pass he'd been given and entered into the castle.

 

[i can't believe it's that easy to foil the guards. I'll definitely be telling Minath that later.]

 

Jolt tried to stay silent but the sheer splendour of the of the palace was awe-inspiring.

 

[i best look like I'm doing some work. I think I'll tell Celestia I'm covering for someone. Its her house after all.]

Minath was confused by the conversation, so she looked to Brazen to see a sparkling teardrop fall.

Minath set her hoof on top of Brazen's in hope for it to be a comforting gesture. Minath wasn't good at empathy, but she could fake sympathy. She tried to give an understanding smile, but it more likely than not just looked wierd.

Minath frowned a retraced her hoof. She thought she had this whole emotion thing down.

 

Coughing awkardly, Minath started twiddling her goggles in her hooves, admiring the scrathings she put in them when she got them on her 12th birthday. She wiped a smudge of the lenses.

"Ah, to hell with this, you shouldn't have to worry about my stupid problems. Please, I have to learn to come to terms with what happened myself. And no, this isn't some sly attempt to get more sympathy either. Trust me, I'm not the type." said Brazen, gently brushing off Minath's hoof.

Minath knew one thing that everypony loved. Cats. More specifically, Mew.

 

"Are you intersted in seeing the castle? All of you?" Minath said. She hoped Celestia woldn't mind, but as long as they were with her Celestia shouldn't. And they would get to meet Mew!

''I knew it!'' Splinter whispered to himself while looking up from his laptop screen. ''Well, I would love to see the castle! Never get a good view of it back at my house because of how crowded it is.'' Splinter said while a grin appeared on his face. He snapped his laptop shut and put it in his saddlebag.

Jolt was just about to try and gain access to Celestia's hall until he saw a clock out of the corner of his eye.

 

[8:50pm!]

 

Jolt ran past several guards who attempted to give chase but returned to their positions whenever Jolt got out of their line of sight. He kept running until the exit came into view. Jolt stopped quickly and quietly. After showing the pass to the guards at the door, Jolt was out of the castle.

 

[i'll have to give back the hat. I best put the forgeries in my bags.]

 

Jolt slipped the copied signatures into his saddlebags and tried to catch his breath. His little sprint had taken an awful lot of energy and further injured his already damaged wing.

"I'm sure the princess won't mind as long as ya'll stay with me. If you guys wander out I'll be blamed, and I'll be in charge of your centencing. Being caught in the castle without a pass is about 2 years." Minath said. She'll more likel;y than not give them nore than that if they wander off. But they'll get to see Mew!

Splinter began to follow Minath Watcher. ''So, did you hear about Princess Sparkle?'' Splinter asked, trying to make conversation. ''Well, you probably have. Everypony has been talking about it lately.'' Splinter continued as bumping into a stallion. ''Erm, sorry, sir.'' Splinter said as the stallion passed.

Minath wrink;ed her nose, mutting things about 'stupid alicorns' under her brath. She started ranting "One does not simply become an alicorn, or even a princess. You have to be born into it. What about Starswirl? He wrote tons of magic. Did he become an alicorn? No. I believe Celestia made a mistake." Minath would never tell Celestia this, but she never liked Twilight.

"2 years? Well, I better not wander off then, heh heh." said Brazen nervously. "Ahug, wut?" she said looking down at her hoof. She had steped in a puddle of water, more of which was seeping out of the wall. "Hell, I can see why you lot called me in!"

 

Out of the corner of her eye she saw a figure she recognised walking towards the exit. [Jolt, I can't miss him!]

 

"Could you exuse me for a sec? Thats the fella I was meant to meet." said Brazen. She trotted off before she could get a reply. "I'll be two secs!"
