Fanfictions that could very well be episodes of the show.

You know, like certain Fics that would be able to fit as an episode of the show. Ones that go along about the same time, and involve thing that would be allowed in MLP FiM.

i was going to say cupcakes but then i thought, oh wait. MLP isnt that dark. There is one Fan-fic i know of, though the name escapes me, were Twilight was in a coma and her whole adventures in ponyville were just a fantasy. that would be the most twisted way to end the FiM series.

Oh man, this. The plot is hilarious, the characters as written are right in line with their personalities in the series, and it has a heartwarming ending. This has my vote.

 

As a spin-off sort of series, "The Unexpected Love Life of Dusk Shine" would be great for the older bronies.

 No , No supranos ending, that sucked the whole show sucked but that was awful, It was like the were pulling at strings. It's lazy writing and they shouldn't do it.

The Birds and the Bees might be a bit much for the target audience but it feels a lot like a MLP episode. 

 

A Father's Love would make a nice flashback

 

The Games We Play, so my sister could have a mental breakdown

 

I would by and large prefer it if the fic No Hard Feelings was canon. I kind of pretend it is anyway.

 

 

 

Oh! And if the Equestria Girls spin off was anything like the fic The Color of Dreams, but with less shippiness, I'd watch the crap out of it. Too bad it won't be

Before the Magic Duel episode, I was sort of hoping the dev team would make an adaptation on Getting Back On Your Hooves.

 

But then, with the large amount of story on they fanfic, they might've ended up having to use some amount of Adaptation Distilation.

 

And even then, it might take making a 4-part episode just to explain all the essential parts of the story.

 

though I might settle for a version of The Rebirth of Discord that actually takes place after Keep Calm And Flutter On, Which could involve Discord deliberately turning himself into an infant version of himself with his powers radically reduced and most of his memories erased, believing it would help make his reformation easier, especially if his being taken care of by Fluttershy in that form.

If the fan fiction Sunny Skies All Day Long became an actual episode, it would instantly become one of my favourites. That one had a fantastic concept, fantastic writing and would make for a fantastic episode.

 

For those of you who don't know what it's about, it's about Princess Celestia disguising herself as an everyday pony and going to Ponyville to check out what life is like as a normal member of society.

After Sleepless in Ponyville, one fanfiction that I could see work well would be "Scoot Along Loo" - http://browse.deviantart.com/art/Scoot-Along-Loo-293441348

 

It does a pretty good job at explaining why Scootaloo can'd fly on top of both establishing her family and goes deeper into Rainbow Dash's and Scootaloo's relationship. Plus, it's still got a couple of silly moments that could work in the show

I wholeheartedly agree with you. SSADL was a fantastic story to read and would fit perfectly as an episode of MLP. We would finally get the Celestia episode that we've been longing for and I could just imagine the scene when the mane six find out that they've been duped the entire time LOL.

Any story that ends with "and it was all a dream" sucks. Using a dream as an easy escape to end a story back where it started is very lazy and very boring to read/watch.
