Can somepony draw the final draft of my OC?

I'm garbage at drawing, and I'm even worse with MS Paint, so when I scanned (for the first time) this image, in turned with no color, and the outlines barely visible, so I had to do what I could with MS Paint. If somepony could draw the final draft of my OC, New Moon, from this:

 

 

 

 

I know, even the rough draft isn't finished, but I was in a rush and was impatient. The hood and cape are supposed to be dark gray, the spiked boots light gray, and the gem on his chest is supposed to be a black, crystal gem symbolizing a new moon. If the generous artist can make the boots reach a little higher, that'd be appreciated as well.

P.S Edits to the armor and suggestions for improvements to the color scheme (not sure I like this, I want something darker...but not sure what) are wanted as well.

Thank you. As I said before, just generally anything you personally feel would better the armor in appearance. When I say this, I am mainly talking about color, as I feel the armor's color is too light.

 

Overall, just try to make the pony seem more like an MLP:FiM stallion.

I actually based his appearance off of Meta Knight from the Nintendo series Kirby (with the black face, colored eyes concept). His armor is rather unique, I'd say. I initially tried to based it off of Nightmare Moon's, but I didn't want it to be a direct copy-and-paste, and it also didn't work well with the hood. The armor's there somewhat because of Twilight's princess outfit. He is supposed to be a rival to her, and a challenging enemy (at first, he becomes a protagonist at the end and in future fics), so it feels natural for him to gain armor as well (even though she doesn't wear it all the time)

That's okay though. Every idea is already taken. My OC is too much like the Doctor, no matter how hard I tried to make him different. It's not my fault the doctor is everything I like.

If I was here before Drahgoon, I would have drawn it. Besides, he should be more experienced at drawing ponies than I do.

 

And yes, I drew the pony that's in my signature/avatar. She's my ponysona, Azura.

I don't see why he wouldn't want you to try just because Drahgoon is going to. I only didn't because I'm not that great at it anyway. I drew Time Warp in my Avatar and signature too. He's a little colt in the sig.

It's because I don't want to him to choose between two different pictures and I've already got a pile of requests on my thread anyway.

Finally finished. I don't know how much you'll like it. Never designed armor for a pony before, so go easy on me. I hope you still like it though. Also didn't know if he was entirely black or not, so went with the former.

The only complaints I'd have is that he looks somewhat bulky, and his boots are too light in gray (my fault (also, the spikes could point down)). However, don't mind those details. I love it!

Great! Glad you like it. Yeah, I drew the armor in on top of the body so he looks bulkier. I really just guessed on the boots, so I'm glad you're happy with them.
