movies/tv Question for any Marvel/DC fans

If any of you have seen either Spider-Man 1, or The Dark Knight, you'll know that both the Green Goblin and Batman seem to have complex/tough armor. However, which armor do you think is better overall (durability, agility, etc.)? This is Batman's second armor in The Dark Knight trilogy.
 

Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman) gives a good definition of Batman's (new, at the time) armor in The Dark Knight, but we haven't gotten a description of the Goblin's, so unfortunately we'll have to base this off appearance.
