As long as the current writing team is working on it, we should be fine quality-wise. I doubt they'll runt out of good episode ideas anytime soon, especially with Alicorn twilight.

Things could go downhill

But

From what I have seen so far there are no signs of deterioration of quality of the show so far. Usually we see small increases in deterioration before the show becomes bad in quality.

So for now where good

 

As long as they give the show as much love and attention as they have right now then we'll be good.

 I seriously thought you were talking about Joe Biden, and it appears I'm not alone in this. Its great though that the company made the show a top priority. I also have faith in everyone behind the series and think the magic will last for a long time.

Depends. If by making it a top priority they mean maintaining the quality of the show and bringing it to a timely end, great. If they mean releasing more toys I don't want and dragging out the show after the writers run out of ideas, that's not so great. Time will tell, but I suspect MLP is not the same kind of top priority to us as it is to the VP of Hasbro.

We've had three seasons of pure bliss, and with a fourth one on the way, I think it's a safe assumption that it will still be amazing because we have the same awesome writing team. Is it possible there will come a day when Friendship loses its magic? It is very possible, but let's not worry about it and just enjoy the good stuff while we've got it.

 

This is perfectly said in everyway in 100% agreement. We will all just have too wait and see for the upcoming seasons and to be honest I am not worried either.

As long as it doesn't turn out like Spongebob is right now. It will have a top priority in sales of toys, and going on for more seasons to come. It might surpass Spongebob now, but not the old Spongebob that we all know and love.

Pretty much, I know it will have enough magic to last as many seasons as it chooses to last for.

I don't think we have to worry there, Spongebob went down hill because the creators wanted to end it(the movie was meant to be a grand finale), but Nick wouldn't let the show end.
