That's cool. Like make it feel like the actual show. Another idea for a story would be a trip to Mannehatten and the Wing Seven meet this other group of mean, troublesome ponies and have to stop them in some sort of challenge.

I was thinking that maybe the first part of the story would be centred in Ponyville until the group gets completely together. Then they could start going off on adventure, to places such as Manehattan, the Rainbow Factory, the Everfree forest, Las Pegasus and other places. It really feels like the story is getting set up, so I think I will change the thread from the "planning" stage to the "searching" stage. I'm still open to ideas; they have all been very good so far, so keep them coming!

I'm happy for each user to decide how they arrive in Ponyville. They can also decide to already be living in Ponyville if they have participated in a role play before and want to be there when the others arrive.

Does anypony know how I can change the status of a thread? I don't know how to change it I'm afraid.

Ok Twinkle Bloom is in. She is a mare Pegasus. Sport and Twinkle Bloom have settled in Ponyville because Sport was recently drafted by the Ponyville Cardinals of the Equestrian Baseball League. How's that?

That sounds fine! I don't mind what each user chooses as their story to start off with. Their beginning to the story is their own decision as long as the group can meet up soon after!

Ok, since my pair actually lives in Hoofington, I'll have them staying at Sugarcube Corner for a nice weekend getaway....of course, meeting friends totally interrups this, in the best of ways! Having tons of fun already! You rock DJ!

Hmmm maybe this will help. Also, I was thinking, any non-flying ponies can get some gear from Quickjet, that way if we really do investigate the Rainbow Factory, everypony can fly there. Here's a map!

Although Hoofington (Or Hoofsten as it was before Boast Busters) Is probably near macintosh mt.s. Although its a thriving city, unlike though similar in culture to Appleloosa. Anyways, Yeah, I take details seriously.

OK everypony! I am really excited about this role play! It's looks like it's going to turn out great! I have decided that we may start the role play tomorrow and let the last user join in when they arrive! I am thinking of starting the role play tomorrow at 21:00 (9pm) GMT, so if everypony could be online at that time we could get the story rolling at a fast pace straight away. If I am not able to get the role play started tomorrow, it will begin on Saturday at 21:00 (9pm) GMT. I hope this suits everypony! Please post a message on this thread to confirm that you will be able to take part tomorrow! I would like everybody to be online at the same time when we start! Don't forget to follow the role play general rules and, most importantly, have fun!

I'm on Spring Break so yeah I'll be there. I think GMT is Greenwich Mean Time, like in London. I would just have to know the time in EST.

It is 00:00 (12AM) GMT at the moment, so 21:00 (9PM) GMT would be three hours ago. I'm not sure what time this would be in Arizona, I'm not very good with time zones either. I hope this helps!

Thanks Sonic! I hope everyone is ok with starting tomorrow and that the time suits! If you are not sure of the time, work out which time zone you are in and convert GMT into that time! I hope everypony is as excited about it as I am! This is my very first role play by the way, and I hope that you all have fun!

 

Yes, I am going to make this an OCC thread after we begin, so we can discuss meeting times to do large sections of the story, to talk about what will happen next and also to possibly introduce new users to the story later on!
