I can't tell if you want to mock Rarity (since there is an artwork of Rainbow Dash with the same ponytail out there) or what, but I admit that it looks pretty cute.

Of course I think she's cute, I've said that a million times. I love how she looks with a ponytail, it's so pretty

D'awwww..... This is just further proof that Rarity looks so damn sexy in any mane style. That's why Rarity is best. . Now, I must make another mane style!

Say, that's not bad. It's so spot on with the image you linked, I just wonder if you traced it. XD I think the ponytail should be a little higher, perhaps turn her head a little so it's easier to tell. Also, the tail looks off. Tails are an extension of the spine, so the angle looks a little weird on your art. Well, at least it's not hard to tell which pony it's supposed to be. The ear has a nice shape, but I think the eyes should have been a little more oval shaped. But the placement of the eyes is good, although her nose looks a little too sharp. I've found getting the FiM style of nose is difficult though.
