Top bar moving

I find this annoying, so i make a suggestion.

 

The black bar at the top, providing information about Twitter, Facebook, your account and which has the "sign out" button, annoys me, it is not scrolling down with the screen. This might seem like a little detail and i might seem whiney to complain about something so tiny but i think that bar could use a lot of improvement like:

 

1. Scrolling down the screen.

2. A search bar.

3. The MLPforums logo.

I've searched but I can't find it atm, but I'm sure I've seen this being asked sometime. I don't remember what the answer was though.

 

If you want my input, I don't care much for a feature like that.

Eh, yeah it would mess with mobile I think. I don't really mind scrolling to the top, it's not a huge issue to me.

I feel like it would get in my way and if I am really laggy one day due to some weird issue it would not help.  Maybe instead have a "Go back to Top" button at the bottom of threads? That way it'd make life a little bit easier?
