Wick darted forward, hitting the Black Star Flare in perfect stride and shattering those crystals. The black plasma wave rang out through the halls as though all of the magic in Equestria had been channeled into a signal shot. The walls cracked, and he didn't give a shit who was hurt as a result. "It wasn't her duty, you stupid trash. It was mine. She was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Did you have fun preaching that useless crap to your worthless niece and student from behind the wall? You never even gave me a damned thank you! I don't need to intimidate you. I am just better than you, Celestia. You're a damn failure."

Celestia wasn't in the mood for reasoning, she just wanted blood.

"I'm a failure?!? I can banish little foals like you if i please, i can also kill anyone i please, because i'm the ruler of this land and you will bow before me!" Celestia becoming ever angrier at Wick. "You can try and kill me, but you'll never succeed!" Celestia formed a smirk and started laughing very maniacally. She brought a bookcase down on Wick's head.

 

Missy was hiding from what was happening, she decided to take some initiative and fly to Ponyville to tell Twilight in person what was unfolding at the castle.

Wick punched the book case with his hoof and started to laugh. "Yes, you're a failure. He's already won. You've descended into madness. Equestria will fall now, and Bomar will return to pick up the pieces." He laughed. "If I kill you now or not, it won't matter. It won't matter if you kill me either. I can already see it in that pathetic gaze of yours. You want my blood, which means harmony has ended."

Ignis growled as he kept pacing around outside. Something was off and his magic was sensing dark powers but it was hard to pinpoint. Ignis ran inside looking around the feeling was coming from the library. Ignis darted inside,he'd have to thank Twi for the books on detecting hidden magic.

 

"Princess step away from them I'm sensing dark magic coming from within them." Ignis growled his horn cloaked in its Orange aura his kunai floating around him ready to strike. He didn't want to hurt either of them but he knew he'd have to stall hem to give the princesses time to break the spells.

"Harmony, huh?" Celestia asked sarcastically. "You think i care...about harmony? I spout that drivel to others so that they can keep the balance in order, i don't care about the rest", Celestia charged up a spell and shot it at Wick.

 

Missy was flying as fast as she possibly could, a rumble behind her caught her attention, Canterlot castle was crumbling.

 

"What are you doing? Harmony is amazing, it keeps us safe from chaos." Celestia tried to reason with herself.

"This ridiculous dream you have of peace, it never lasts so why try to create it in the first place."
"I'm taking control now! You can't stop me." Celestia told herself.

 

"Wick, stop what you are doing! You don't want to continue with this. I get that you want revenge but Bomar is trying to manipulate you and it's working, you aren't this, snap out of this spell." Celestia charged up a spell, it was a time spell, but not one that froze him, it was one to reverse everything that happened to him prior to him being manipulated.

"I Know I sound like I'm jut trying to stall but at the time we were two powerful beings that loved each other. He was the on that showed me the evil and it enveloped me. I came to my senses and I banished him for....breaking my heart. I know where he is and If you want him you're going to do as I say." Bomar thought. "How am I supposed to believe you?" Lunas horn glowed and she summoned a red Crystal. "I kept it." It was the shard that had been cut off of Sombras Horn at the Crystal Empire.

 

'whats the point now? I miss the days where I could just happily rule without no worry. Maybe its time to give up! .......No. I'll try again in another few years. Huh? Whats this? Its the......Shard. MY....horn. Wait a sec.....'

 

The King of the Crystals just recieved the Shard from his horn. He had no Idea that Luna would keep this. 'Maybe I should give up.' Sombra thought. Would Luna forgive him.

Discord appeared next to Celestia and observed at what was going on. @,

"Well hello there Tia, having a bit of fun? I would love to join you, but sadly i don't have the time to engage in senseless battle. I've been taking my time to look around the place, see the world in a different way, literally!"​ he said as a kaleidoscope appeared over one of his eyes. "Also, do you know where i might be able to find a pair of aviator sunglasses? I hear they're in right now"

Wick lowered his stance as Celestia charged her spell. Betrayal.... betrayal... Bomar's seed still crept through is consciousness. He smeared his last cloud in front of him and was ready to strike back with lightning when Laizzy's voice finally broke through. Don't do it, idiot! Wick's hoof halted just before striking the cloud and he shook his head wildly. "Stupid stallion...." he cried, his mind tearing itself apart as the clinging hope within him fought back. "They left both of you to die!" He shook his head again. "And they took me in!"

Ignis looked at Wick, his mind obviously fighting against the dark influence that was placed on him. Ignis sheathed his kunai and walked a little closer Luna putting less distance between them should something happen. "Wick remember what I told you. Don't let yourself be controlled by somepony else. We all care about you, and if the rest of my knights were here they would say the same thing as well." Ignis stood tall and proud, he had no shame for Wick only admiration for him and it was easily seen.

((Erm, Bomar's in the Crystal Empire....that's legitamently Cadence...))

Cadence unleashed a fury spell. Celestia's hair dropped dead again.

"Ugly!" Cadence shrieked in hysterics. "Now we all see you for who you really are!"

Her voice was all squeaky as she was a foal, so everypony burst out in cruel laughter.

"What is wrong with you all!?" Wick screamed, looking up at Ignis and the princesses. "I told you to run!" He trembled as a cockier tone cracked from his lungs. "Why would I go back to that pathetic runt of a self, you buckhole!?" He slammed his hoof into the floor and shuddered. "I was the bar-none flier in Equestria before you left us to rot outside your precious..." Tears rolled down Wick's muzzle as he wailed. "I let her die! Me! Not them! Now get the buck out of my forsaken mind!" He crumpled up and slammed his head into the floor. "Luna let me stay..." He recited the last sentence several times before falling silent.

"Cadence, shut up!" Celestia yelled, once again fixing her mane. Celestia decided it would be better to leave Wick alone to his own thoughts.
"I must not let that side of me take over again! That hasn't happened since i imprisoned my own sister in the moon." Celestia said to herself once she was in her own room.

Bomar, in the Crystal Empire, began to experience Wick's emotions. The demon curled around his heart began to burn.

"What is this....feeling?" he asked himself aloud. A slip of love slid from Wick to the Dark Crystal and into the beams. "I've felt it before...where?"

The demon burst. Bomar's former looks came back to him. His old memories came back. His recent memories burned, too. They weren't his. They were the demon's. The Crystal Heart returned to normal. Peace was once again projected.

Cadence, who's eyes had almost begun to flame, returned to her normal self.

"What..where?" she asked as if she had just awoken.

Bomar, curious at to where exactly he was, poked the Heart. He got sucked in and shot directly to the Canterlot Castle.

"What...Luna?" he asked, blustered.

Discord was left a bit confused. "What just happened?" he asked nopony. Slightly annoyed that Celestia ignored his previous question. "Hm, maybe i could ask around a bit more. Eventually somepony will direct me to aviator glasses" he said and then disappeared with a snap of his fingers to various places to ask his question.

Celestia heard the sound of teleporting so she went back to the library to check what was going on. She saw Bomar.

"Prince Bomar, what are you doing back here?" Celestia asked, charging an offensive spell just in case.

"My father would never try to marry you' Bomar had seen through cadences senses. All of a sudden Bomars horn glowed. Somepony was sending him a message.

 

'Son. If you can hear me I can hear you. I know whats going on and it is true. At one point in my life we were unconditionally in love. I'm sorry to tell you. I hope it won't change things between us.' It was a telepathic message.

 

"We Can give you a Home, We can change things." Luna was begging. "Just give it a chance. Please." Bomar as dealing with a massive internal conflict. "My father. I need to find him. If you know where he is find him. Get whoever you can and leave. I'm losing control of my evil."  Bomar lifted up the kings gown he was wearing to show an amulet. One that Luna knew too well. "Its taking Over!" Bomar let go of Luna. She dashed off to the hallway. "IGNIS!" She yelled while chasing through the corridors. 

 

"Ignis We need to go now! Get inthe Carriage." Ignis knew this was very important. they quickly galloped to the entrance of the castle where a carriage was waiting for them. "We need to get some of the others." The carriage took off.

 

"Hello!" Bomar went into Shinings room. "Nice seeing you." Shining turned around in shock. He shouldn't have looked into bomars eyes.

 

(Now Shining Is affected. Lunas on her way to get the others.)

Cadence faded in. She swooned gracefully, but stopped and caught herself.

"What's. Going. On?" she mustered. "I had this horrid dream! Celestia....Luna....urgh...Shining. Armor...must save.."

she passed out again.

After going to every edge of Canterlot and asking for where he could get aviator glasses, the answer struck him... "These ponies are Canterlotians! They have no idea what the hay aviators glasses are! 'Don't be lazy and do physical labor' they said, 'Get to know the ponies' they said. These ponies are boring! And I don't feel like teleporting anymore" he thought out loud in the middle of the street. He snapped his fingers and a pair of aviator glasses appeared on his face. "Better" he said with a smile and started to walk back to the castle.

Ignis tapped his hoof on the floor of the carriage. He wanted some answers from his princess and he wasn't going to take no for an answer. "Princess how do you know this Bomar fellow? The way you act around him you two must've been very close." Ignis stared at Luna, any info that she could give him would help greatly. He didn't like seeing Luna like this, it made him feel like he wasn't doing his duty.

"It's hard to explain" Luna was sensitive about it but it was obvious Ignis wanted answers. "Sombra and I were.....lovers. We were young and reckless and both of us weren't evil or anything. As he was corrupted I became corrupted too. Then eventually I snapped and I was sent to the moon. When I came back Sombra was nowhere to be found." Luna sighed. "What about Bomar?" "Well he's.........my son......"

Cadence suddenly came to.

"I like CHEESE!" she yelled. She felt like she'd been drinking..."CHEESE AND TACOOOOOS!!!"

((Crystal Empire's been messed with. So has Cadence's brain!))

Cadence trotted out onto the balcony.

"Helloooooooo, Discord! I'd like to order a *hiccup* cotton candy rain cloud and *hiccup* a pair of those seeeeeeeeexy glasses you got there!" she shouted down. She took to the air upside-down.

"Finally!" Discord said. "Somepony who actually speaks sense!"

Shining wandered into the library. He was exhausted, confused, and undoubtedly conflicted. The stallion propped himself up against the door way and groaned. He had been weakened by his nearly continuous use of high order spells, and the seed of betrayal that lurked within him was causing problems as well. "Is everyone..." he stopped and just waved his hoof at the obvious nature of his question. The shield knew something was wrong with himself, but he didn't know what to do. He was barely strong enough to walk. 

 

Meanwhile, Wick was still hunched over, the crippling pain of loss driving his wings back to his torso. Order seemed at least somewhat restored; although he dared not move for fear of what would happen. He felt alone because he was. Admittedly, he had told them too, but he was hoping at least one pony would have stayed behind to be a source of comfort.

Ignis looked at Luna with the utmost respect. "I see. Well that does complicate things a bit." Ignis placed a hoof on her shoulder in reassurance. "Don't worry Luna. I'll help you and your son reunite the proper way. For now though I have something I must do while we're heading to our destination." Ignis took a deep breath and focused his magic. In their haste to leave they had to leave Wick behind. Luckily Ignis had left a magic orb behind in the room with Wick, it took form as Ignis himself although just a copy but it was almost as real as himself.

 

Ignis walked closer to Wick but made sure to keep his distance, this was dangerous magic. Any damage he would take while using this spell would transfer to the caster. "Wick I'm here for you my friend. You're never alone Wick, like I said you're not a burden. You're our friend and a comrade in arms. If you can't do this for yourself then stand and fight for Laizzy's memory."

"The Only proper way were going to re-unite is to get Tia. Since both of us banished her both of us will be needed to bring him back. We can still communicate with him though. Outside of Canterlot." Luna had been prepared for this. "In fact. We're going outside of Equestria." Luna smiled. "Have you ever been to Dream Valley?"

"Stop wasting your magic on me, Ignis," Wick quipped. He was still huddled up on the floor. "I could have killed them. It was only the hard reality of those memories that saved them from me doing something dangerous. It will just take time to process it all." The stallion was trembling as his mind worked to remove the seed of betrayal. He felt sick from it - as if somepony had impaled him. "You should focus on protecting Luna." He tensed up as a pang of loneliness shot through his chest. "Dammit...." he mumbled, immediately choking up.
