"Woah!" Rainbow Dash didn't wait to hear more. Gingerly extricating herself from Twilight Sparkle's gentle social aura, she bounded down the front steps and skidded along the driveway until she was between Colette and the very tall, very stalliony, in a 'guy-with-a-beard-who-is-usually-only-talking-to-me-because-I'm-in-trouble-back-in-flight-camp' kind of way.

"Dude!" she interrupted, then had to do a double take for the production of coherence. "No one takes the hit for me. I'm the one who dunked the mister. You wanna' get mad at someone? Get mad at me. I'm used to it by this time o' night anyhow."
She glanced back towards the door, wondering, if she had been at C.Uni, what other conclusions a late-arriving parent might draw. "And yes, there's girls back there. It's not just some sausagefest up here." 
Hmm...maybe that hadn't helped any. "I mean...uh...there's no party! No...no partying at all." The last lame crusade for the sake of her human rescuer galloped lamely onto the flattened asphalt, shriveling as her petite human form shied from an apparently mounting fury.

"What...?" The man began, eyes boring into the rainbow haired stranger "What gave you the gumption to do do that?!" he boomed at Rainbow "Is there a brain in between those ears?!" He then straightened, inhaled, then spoke again quietly. "I don't care how it's done, but you're gonna cough up the money to replace the car. Now get out of here. I don't want to see you again for the rest of the night." It was a long day, and it ended on a sour note. The last thing he wanted come home to was Colette throwing a party, let alone get news that some girl drowned his daughter's car. He turned and stormed back to the front door, doing his best not to lose his cool when he took in the sight of just how many people were there. "The party's over. Take whatever you have and get out."

In the meantime he noticed Applejack in the room, now was the time to ask a few questions... so he aproached her "Miss Applejack? May i have a word with you? In private please..."

Charles then turn his laptop back on, then went to the net and search for Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft store. Then he found one in Racine, WI on 5509 Durand Ave. But store open on Sun 10a-6pm. M-F 9a-9p and Sat 9a-9p. Then he turn to Rarity.

 

"Well the Fabric Store open in the morning on those days." Charles saying as he turn of the net and put his laptop away. While looking at this and decide talk to her dad about this situation until her dad cool down.

 

Charles see this then he need get his NSA thing right now since he still on there pay roll and he took out his NSA badge with him.

Rainbow Dash stayed on the drive for some minutse, exhaling and trying to make sure that she didn't get up. She wasn't mad, she wasn't going to get mad, this had absloutely nothing to do with foalhood insecurities. She had to not say anything, or she was going to get Colette--one of her friends--in serious trouble. And that was not acceptable for Rainbow Dash.

 

Eventually she found the strength to stand, though her face may have still been rather read, without doing anything crazy. Seeing some concerned looking teenagers and ponies in the house, being stormed at by Colette's dad, Rainbow Dash grimaced and started making what she hoped were discreet waves that said get out of there! Not a good place to spend the night anymore! She only managed to keep it up for a few before indignance got the better of her body, and her self control was reduced to sitting next to the mailbox under a drifting thundercloud that threatened to start hissing like a cat any moment..

However he felt a little bit... "safer" if he was outside of the house for a bit. During that same time Rainbow Dash got out... none of the words she and Colette had exchanged with Colette's father missed his ear. "Waiting for the storm to pass?" he asks her. It was probably not a good time to be left alone, especially at a moment where her guilt might lead her to doing something worse. "Colette's father is somewhat scary... but you did the right thing by admitting your fault there."

She wasn't the only one that had done mistakes in her life, and he felt like confessing his own sins "I remember the shit i've done when i was younger... I was addicted to computer gaming, and neglected much of my studies at school. I remember i was taking private English courses back when i was in Greece. The teacher had given me keys to study by myself in another room, instead of going there i took the time to go to a nearby "Internet Cafe" to play some computer games..." he facepalmed and shook his head left and right. "They came looking for me... i got a call from my mother, and the director of the place was furious. I was lucky not to get expelled for my foolishness... The next few days i couldn't bear looking anyone that knew of this incident, hell i was so ashamed i wrote about it while i was crying." He placed his hands behind his head and streched back. "Things get better in the end... Colette's dad won't stay mad at her forever. She's his daughter afterall... and he loves her, he just wants the best for her." he paused for a moment "You are not alone..."

She burbled, looking up, hoping she might feel the first raindrop on her face--kind of a Pegasus thing, like testing the shower water. She wouldn't be adjusting any clouds tonight, though. "I'm pretty used to this. I did...hoah, boy. The shit I got up to." Unlike Dennis, she didn't feel like making any unnecessary confessions.

Rarity looked anxious. She didn't like to think of everypony being turned out of the house. "Maybe we could get hotel rooms for the night, if Colette's father is mad?" she asked Charles. She cheered up at the thought of going round a fabric store in the morning tho. Her fingers twitched as she thought of finally being able to dressmake again.

"He's like Cranky Doodle Donkey!" Pinkie said in a hushed tone. She remembered her encounter with him well, and it still made her shiver, even tho everything had turned out alright in the end.

"Sir, while I know you're extremely angry, there's truly a reason why everyone's here. I'd like to come back in the morning and help your daughter explain it." The man, William, nodded. "Until then." Stephen nodded back and made his way out the door with Cicada. Shawn did the same, grabbing his bag and heading out as well. "You heard the guy, everyone. Time to go!"

Colette grabbed her father by the arm, stopping him from going any further. "Pinkie, Fluttershy-- Stay here. I need to talk to my dad. The rest of you--- I'll see you in the morning." Colette then led her father back onto the porch, pulling him into a corner so she could speak with him whilst the others -- hopefully, Fluttershy heard her and stayed put, and moreover, Rainbow Dash didn't decide to take off again. That was the last thing she wanted for her to do. She took a glance over to Rainbow as the rain came down in sheets. Good, she was still there! Dennis was speaking to her... Her attention was brought back to her father as he shouted at her. Colette took the heat that she rightfully deserved, before finally getting a chance to speak.

 

Though he was still angry, Colette had miraculously convinced him to allow the three "other girls" to stay, as had Shawn had said, there was a reason they were here, and she needed everyone here to help explain it. After a sidelong glance from her father, he went inside and went directly into his bedroom.

 

Colette had made her way over to Rainbow and Dennis, not caring about getting soaked in the rain. "Alright, dad's still mighty pissed off, but he'll let ya stay, Rainbow."

Then Charles Remember something and then looking at Rarity also others. "I do remember I bought a House in Racine durning one of my NSA Missions. It on Glendale Ave, Drexel Ave and Durand. So I can take you guys to my house. It big too and can fit 4-5 People in so we can sleep at my place for the night since. Then I will talk to her dad once he clam down tomorrow or next day if he clam down." Charles saying.

He looks at the camera and says "Ok viewers were going to take a ten minute break well be right back in a few moments" he walks toward the camera and presses the wrong button with out noticing. He looks at chrysalis "You look like you need break" he says as hewalks over to chrysalis. he looks at her with troubling eyes and holds her hand "Are you alright?" With a worried tone. Chrysalis pulls away from him and sits to the back of the wall. He sits next to her for a moment there was silence he looks at her and asks "What's wrong"((take away also sorry if this post looks like shit))

"I convinced my dad to let Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie stay, despite him being pissed as all hell! Just---Just come inside and stop being so damned difficult!" She said, taking Rainbow by the hand, pulling her up and dragging her inside before she could say or do anything more. "Dennis-- You can come inside and wait for the storm to pass-- Then I'll sneak you a ride home when my dad's asleep. You can come back in the morning."

 

She led Rainbow back to the house, smiling to Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy sheepishly. "I'm sorry for my dad coming off as stern and scary, but that's just how he is. He'll warm up to you guys, just give him time." She then went to the linen closet, pulling out three towels. "Just leave him alone for tonight." Colette said, "And don't run off again, Rainbow! I wanna speak to you alone when I get the chance!"

Rainbow Dash dried off obediently. "Don't worry, girl. I'm not going anywhere!" Not only had she promised Twilight, where else would she go? All she wanted in as many words was to be where her friends were--if they were going to stick out this danger zone because Colette thought it was best, then so would she. She certainly couldn't leave them alone in here--anymore than she could run if the rest were facing a fire-spewing dragon.

 

"How DID you convince him we could stay?" she asked while trying to fit an end of the towel into the squeaky part of her ear. "He sure didn't look like he wanted us around a few seconds ago. Not from where I was standing."

If anypony wants to tag along, we'll head to the airport and take a helicopter down there, since it's quite a drive from Racine. I'm sure you'll love it, Dash, being around all these fast, jet fighter-like cars and all."

Rainbow wasn't much in the mood to b a gracious guest--she had issues right now--but then, when didn't she? Element of Harmony and Gala training died hard, and she was still bound by her promise to Twilight to be on her very famous behavior.

"Sounds awesome," she said. "I didn't really get to meet you. You're the gut with the car fetish, right?" She squirmed wetly under the weight of a damp towel, the damp towel of her hair, and her own poor choices of words. "I'll totally take you up on that some time. Haven't had very much luck with cars so far, you know? But....I'll watch."

She turned to Colette. "He did say he had a house around. I mean...we could. Don't want you to feel like you have to stick through this just for us. But it's your family," she shrugged, "so you know the rules."

"If you are, you can just put your stuff down. I'll try and coax Fluttershy out here so you guys can catch up without my dad blowing up!"

 

Colette then made her way back to her room, knocking on the door before stepping in. "Fluttershy?? The shitstorm's passed! You can come on out now!"

"Sure am," Jack responded to Colette, "May not look like it at first. That being said, not a whole lot of people can pick me out in public, lest they're diehard racing fans." He then turned to Rainbow Dash.

"Well, that's one way to put it," he responds, laughing a bit at a "car fetish." "I only know about you from the show, and from what Twilight tells me. Obviously, you're quite the speed demon yourself. Figured it would only be fair to treat you to how we do racing around here. "Oh my gosh," she said, "I don't even know where to start!!! It's beyond me why we never did anything like this in Ponyville! Well, besides Rarity and Applejack. But where do we start?! Smores? Ghost stories? Pillow fight?! *squee*"

 Dennis followed the others back in. He was kind of confused, but relieved nonetheless that Colette's dad had somehow calmed down. He was however a little annoyed at how he was interrupted... he had some questions to ask, but maybe he didn't have to "pester" Rainbow to get an answer.

She hasn't noticed that the broadcast hasnt stopped. She has a mix of feelings inside her one of them being anxiety... for when the ponies actually notice her broadcast. She is also worried about their reaction to this, if this failed the whole situation could be blown to dust. What if they decided to take vengeance upon her? She would never forgive herself for not being there to protect her. "I am worried David... Cicada is amongst the ponies and in grave danger. What if she gets hurt? That's why i took the mission at Canterlot... i never wanted anyone to get in such a dangerous place, none should have to sacrifice themselves for me." Her breathing became faster as she took his hands and held them tight. "What if they decide not to believe me? This could very well be the last moments of my life... I am scared David... i might be ready to accept death, but i don't want to die." The familiar ryhmes of a song she had been hearing while preparing with David came to mind.

Rainbow sank a little. Chores didn't sound like much fun. Then again....she deserved it. So she forced herself not to complain. "I'm thinking of passing out for now, if I don't have to much out any Cumulobovine stables tonight," she yawned. "Where's that couch? Hey, Twi, move over just a scooch, I need a little slouch room...thanks."

Fluttershy hugged the comforter. A storm of poop! That sounded just....wretched.

"There was awful yelling going on out there," she murmured to Colette. "Is anyone hurt? Do they need help?"
