@@Hypn0ticD,@, If there's one thing Dennis hates it is breaking another human being's privacy or interrupting a conversation. He notices or more like "feels" Colette's eyes upon him. Some kind of sixth sense BS he thinks he has or whatever. Before Twilight can respond she turns to Colette and says "If you want to say something... say it right now... If you have any advice to offer give it today, not tommorow..." Despite what Colette might be expecting when he turns to her, and despite his own intention to be angry because he was interrupted, he find it best to go "tactically" about this. It sounds emotionless of him to think that way... but it is better than being angry... better to be scolded, to be cast down to the lowest bit of dissapointment and despair now than later. If it was wrong of him to love Rainbow Dash then he would accept this, if he was not for her... he would make his heart stone harden it and move on. "I am trying too hard am i not? That is it, isn't it?"

Narrowly dodging a bullet from Shawn, she continued, deciding to give it to him both barrels. "I know you're head over heels for Dash, but putting her on a pedistal and comparing her to Nike is- well- weird, and just makes you look like a fan boy instead of a potential boyfriend. What I think, is you should try to see Dash for who she really is- and not get murdered in the face!-" Colette half shouted as she shot at Shawn, but missed. "Slippery bastard! - in other words, tone it down a little, and maybe you'll get her to come around to ya."

Angie made a slight shriek of surprise when she was taken down. The brunette opened her mouth in a silent shout as she shook her controller, willing the game to respawn her faster.

 

Dennis was still saying something about how he admired Dash, though she barely payed much attention, instead focusing on seeking out one of her preferred weapons, the energy sword. That is, until he turned his attention to Colette. He seemed kinda irritated by the look she had given him. Colette responded, giving her advice. Angie nodded in agreement, at the same moment she jumped down from overhead, swinging an energy sword at the back of Colette's avatar upon finding her, "Trust me, being idolized by a guy is a major turn off, I'd imagine even for someone as egotistical as Dash. Just try acting more like a friend, instead of doing the kinds of things you've been doing."

Applejack seemed a little embarrassed about her confusion on the conflicting diets of her world, and the humans here. It was an honest mistake really, so she didn't really need to feel embarrassed about it. Logan probably would have made a similar mistake had he been in her position. Still, that little blush she got was incredibly cute. She had responded to his question about music. Her answer was somewhat vague, really. Still, "Something you can dance to, huh? That's always a nice thing, though I'm not really one you'd catch dancing without reason." Logan shrugs, activating his turn signal and slowing as they neared a store which he was sure would carry the necessary supplies. He spoke as he turned in, "Any specific genres? Or do you go with just about anything?"

"Uh...what do ya mean? I guess I kinda like most music. Music's pretty fun," she said, a little confused. As the car was parked, she opened the door and climbed out to join Logan as they bought some food for the picnic. "Ah really like some of that fiddle music they play durin' the fall."

"Hey, are you guys playing a shooter?" She tore off the sunglasses. "I kinda' wanted to try---what's with the awkward silence. Guys weren't talking about me, were you?"
She dug for earwax. "I'd say my ears were burning, but these little cauliflower things are too small to feel much anything."

"Let's see," she muttered to herself, "Once I finish the guest list, I need to work out the food. Cupcakes of course! And punch! Maybe I can ask Applejack and Fluttershy to help."

 

Rarity, now that Charles had bought her the dressmaking materials, was busily working on a suit for Charles. She hummed as she snapped her fingers and made the machine work, much in the way that she'd used her horn magic to work the one in Ponyville.

Colette jumped a little as Dash entered the room, jumping again as her Spartan was offed by Angie. "DAAAAAash~! Everyone was- just marvelling at the massive amounts of ass I was kicking in Halo!" "Up until you died!" Shawn interjected with a laugh. "But yes, you can join in next round, Dashie! Right… After… THIS! Surprise, Angie!" He said as he rounded a corner and rushed Angie's Spartan, armed with a gravity hammer. He felt bad for attacking Spartan Luna, it had to be done if he were to emerge victorious.

While she cared not to admit it, she was terrible at close quarters combat, so she kept her distance and hid until she came across one of her favorite weapons, a M45 Tactical Shotgun. Whoo~! Time to die, motherfucker!

 

Colette lay in wait for her victim, licking her lips as she got into position, getting more and more giddy as she heard him approach… Ooooo, this was gonna be good~!

 

"WHAT?!" Colette could only watch as her Spartan flew in the air, hitting the ground hard as Shawn laughed his head off. "And that's the game!" He chirped.

 

Colette let out a guttural noise as slapped a hand to her face. "How in the hell?! Oh, whatever! I'm gonna check on Fluttershy, I'll be back. Colette left the room, only to poke her head in a second later, eyeing Rainbow Dash, eyes narrowed. "Don't you open any of my other games, Brash!" Colette then pointed two fingers toward her eyes, then to Dash, repeating the gesture a few times before stepping out of the room, calling out for Fluttershy.

(Yeah, sorry about that. My oldest brother and sister in law got home from Ireland(jerks) and were visiting last night, and by the time we were done with going through the 1500 pictures I was dog tired)

 

Angie was feeling pretty confident she now had her energy sword, "Oh fuck me!!" That confidence didn't keep her from nearly jumping out of her skin when Shawn busted around the corner with a grav-hammer.

 

She jumped her avatar backwards, slightly panicked, and she went to toss a plasma grenade as she leapt, but had instead threw a fragmentation, which overshot anyway. As Angie landed, the brunette knew that she was finished.

 

The dropping bass-like sound testified the demise of her in game avatar. With a slightly irritated growl, Angie sank lower into her seat, "I swear I will get you for that.. Somehow."

 

She went about messing around with her design to kill time, changing it to resemble Celestia more than Luna for a bit, but inevitably changed it back to its old design while Shawn and Dennis spoke.

 

(@, going by the fact it was Sword Base, I believe it is Halo Reach. Unless they added Sword Base into a Halo 4 dlc. I don't usually do multiplayer on Halo, so I don't get the map packs.)

He climbed out, replying to Applejack as they walked inside and began browsing, heading straight for the produce aisle, "Fiddle, huh? You'd like my sister's music then. She been playing the violin since she was eight."

 

Logan formulates his next few words in his mind before continuing, "A genre is just something we use to separate types of music, other than how they sound. Going by what you said, about enjoying somewhat more lively, fiddling music, I'd say the genre would be more country or maybe folk or bluegrass. I'm not really a music a expert, personally."

Issue is, I don't even understand the topic much myself, and I'm afraid I won't ever be of much help to them if I don't understand what they're going through. Like, I guess, what's it like to be in love? Why do people fall in love? It's a subject I've only really touched on, and never experienced for myself, I'm afraid."
