Shawn froze as well, gulping nervously. "It's okay, Caitlyn. They'll have to do a patdown, but just stay calm, okay?"

 

What the hell?? Why'd they stop Fluttershy? Shawn flashed her a smile to reassure her, but it dropped a little as he heard the announcement:

 

"United Airlines Flight 1407 from Glasgow to Racine, Wisconsin, United States will begin boarding in thirty minutes. Please make sure you have all belongings,and--

 

Shit! Fine time for a patdown, assholes! Just hurry it the hell up!

Colette couldn't believe her eyes. She followed the girl with her eyes as she bounced around her in an impossible fashion, mouth agape in utter shock. Sure enough, this was another Pony! "…Pinkie Pie??" Colette said as Pinkie stopped bouncing. "I'm Colette Irving, and yeah I found Rainbow Dash, but--she took off to find Fluttershy, who's God-knows-where…" She grumbled. "But it's good that you're here! The others will be heading here shortly. Why don't you come inside, and pardon huge mess. A certain Pegasus decided to throw a party!" Colette said with a smile, though her voice was laced with sarcasm. "Johnny--- uhhh… I, uh… I gotta get, and all," she added as the turned to the boy. " I gotta get cleaning, so I'll see you around??"

"Um...yeah...um...Are you sure you okay? You haven't...been taking any...medications lately have you?" he asked, somewhat concerned. Fluttershy? Rainbow Dash? Pinkie Pie? What kind of names were those? Did she think these were those supposed "ponies" she talked about earlier? Johnny was starting to question her sanity...and choice of friends.

Fluttershy closed her eyes tight and tried not to move. When she asked, she held her hands out and tried not to move, trying even harder not to shy away from the patdown. The officers conducting the patdown were both made almost as immensely uncomfortable as she was, and their reluctance at her obvious discomfort was equally obvious. But Fluttershy didn't notice any of that. She was trying too hard to pretend she was somewhere else. That she was a pony; it made her feel slightly better, but only slightly.

This time he stopped himself from "physically" comforting Rainbow by withdrawing his hand mid-air. Blushing at his akwardness he rubbed his own neck and continued not wanting to keep the akward silence. 

"There is a reason i asked for this. I remember from when i was a small kid two types of mythological creatures always enchanting my imagination and taking my breath away when others talked about them. Mermaids and Angels. Mermaids were half fish and half-human, usually women, beautifull beyond words, swimming across the blue of the ocean with grace. They were some types of them like the "Sirens" that were very deadly..." 

He looked into her eyes this time. 

"Then there is you... the human equivalent of the pegasus... the angel. Throughout time the angel was a symbol of purity, goodness and grace. Often they were considered emmisaries of a god and i do not consider it a coincidence that a Pegasus like you is loyal to Princess Celestia someone who in my eyes nears the state of godhood." 

He took another breath. Every word he spoke was with passion and honesty in heart, he just prayed that he wasn't seeming weird in her eyes. 

"To me you're like a miracle. The incarnation of beauty and grace, but being who you are, you don't lack in "coolness" either." 

He "stepped back" a little, figuratively of course since he was sitting and his cheeks showed an un-mistakeable blush. 

"Forgive me... i'm so cheesily romantic sometimes."

Rainbow Dash sat in silence. Not her usual preferred state, but...this wasn't her usual situation either.

When his hand had dropped off, she'd been a little disappointed--not to have a comforting hand on her shoulder right now. She missed all the touches of being a pony, especially before she was--famous. After all, the minute he restrained himself mayb meant he wasn't a creeper, so, barring that...she just wanted someone to make her feel better.

 

Then he called himself romantic and blushed. And now she was uncertain again.

Rainbow Dash didn't catch most of what he said. She didn't know what 'angels' were or even what a 'god' was, but there was little mistaking the tone of his voice.

Suppose this was his way of trying to make her feel better.

 

She glanced out the window again, trying to pretend she was flying instead of sitting in this poor fascimile. She was in this seat with him for eight hours. Don't do anything stupid, don't do anything stupid. But Rainbow didn't know how to do anything stupid, she didn't even know what to do.

At length, she muttered, "S'cool."

 

Maybe she should talk about him? Maybe that was what she was supposed to do. "I feel sorry for you humans," she monologued, turning her gaze from the window. "I mean...seriously, dude. What's it like not having Princesses?" She broke for a second. "I've been so lost ever since I got here. But if I was just in Canterlot, the Princessess would have helped me. They would have told me what to do by now. Here, there's...no one to help me." She stared at the window, drifting into what seemed to her a non-sequitar. "They sky's all empty."

Pinkie grinned at Colette. "I'll help you clean up!" she said. "I'm good at cleaning. You said that Rainbow's gone to find Fluttershy? Let me guess... Rainbow's gone to find Fluttershy, but Fluttershy has already left to come here and nopony knows that yet so when Rainbow gets to where Fluttershy is she'll find that out and it'll be all crazy!" She finally stopped for breath.

Rainbow really sounded like she was an angel with torn wings. He remembered only one other case where he had heard of such a thing:Aerie the Avariel Elf from a game he played back in the past. Granted it was another fictional story he imagined it would be similar, and if that was true he had to act. Nonetheless he was certain Rainbow needed some way of re-assurance that everything would be alright. Moving to a more comforting position he spoke "If you need a hug... or a shoulder to cry on i am here. I will listen, and i promise... that i will never go away, and i will never say "no" if you ask for help."

David felt what she was singing. The rhyme of the music flowed inside them as they dance it was as if their hearts were in sync. He can only stare at her at beautiful eyes as they moved slowly around. Her voice was like an angel David looks at the corner of his eye to see Robert was watching them. After the song was over they both turn to the people inside the restaurant they’d receive a round of applauds. David and she took a bow before returning to their table. David kisses her before sitting down, Robert passes by to their table “wonder performance you two” he said smiling “well she does impress, say David were you find her, her voice was magnificent” David looks at chrysalis and then to Robert “she sort of fell into my life” his with a chuckle “well I’ll call you to tell you what days she works” “alright then” “you two have fun now your dinner is on me and also don’t announce your name or why your singing the song next time ” he said looking at chrysalis “why thank you sir” Robert then leaves. David turns to chrysalis with a joyful smile “congratulation you just now got a job also I wanted to ask where did learn to sing like that? Your voice was truly amazing” ((again if you need to control him that’s okay Also sorry for this post not my best work))

Things've been just crazy these past few days,” Colette said as she opened the door, “I-I'll see you around!” she added as she opened the door wide to allow Pinkie Pie inside. She then waved to Johnny and went inside and closed the door, frowning as she turned and got a good look at the huge mess Rainbow dash left behind, feeling herself get angry again. “Is this how Rainbow treats you guys??” Colette said as she headed to the kitchen for the garbage bags.

 

"I'm good at cleaning. You said that Rainbow's gone to find Fluttershy? Let me guess... Rainbow's gone to find Fluttershy, but Fluttershy has already left to come here and nopony knows that yet so when Rainbow gets to where Fluttershy is she'll find that out and it'll be all crazy!"

 

“What??” Colette asked as she poked her head out from the kitchen, eyes wide. “What makes you say that??”

The security personnel finished the patdown, then asked for Fluttershy to sit as they worked on the X-Ray. Shawn shifted around impatiently as they did so, smiling to Fluttershy in reassurance, only to frown at the security staff as they took their time... After what seemed like an age, they allowed Fluttershy through, as there was no real reason to hold her...

 

“Friggin' finally! We gotta go, Fl—Caitlyn!” Shawn said as he took her by the hand and ran to their gate, barely making it. Within moments, the two were seated, Shawn throwing his head back into the headrest. "Sorry about, Cait. The security around here can be a little paranoid."

"Ok Rarity I will see you later and you will be tasting the Cider too." Charles saying as he went out of the door and to his car. As he get in then put his seat belt on and then drove off. Then stopping at the store buy about 4 Non-Achoal Cider and 4 Achoal Cider as he bought them, then put it in his car and then drove off to the hotel.

As he arrive at the Hotel in Downtown San Diego, he enter into the Mayarott, then went to his room as he began to pack everything up, then his suit case with clothing as he got them ready and then he calling his NSA buddies to get his stuff. THen he grab his laptop computer, his suit case since he put his gun in the box. THen he went down to the check out desk and began to check out.

"Also I having some of my NSA Buddies come and get my stuff so can you let them in the room." Charles saying.

"Ok I will do that and since you levying today. It $70 Dollars for one night." Desk clerk saying. As Charles pay for the room and then he heading out. As he went to his car, open his trunk and putting his Laptop computer and suitcase. Then he went into his driverside of the car, put his seatbelt on and then drove off to the San Diego Airport. SInce he put the cider in his suitcase and going to take it out once they on the plane.

"It's o--" Fluttershy stuck her tongue out. "Err, I understand. When Canterlot was in trouble once, the Princesses had to have a force field put around the whole--" she stopped herself, putting a hand to her mouth. "Oh! Well, you already know all about that, don't you?"

She patted the seats around her. This airplane was surpassing her best expectations about flying. The seats were very comfortable compared to seating in a chariot, and, "This feels much safer than flying on my own."

 

(OOC: Have Colette alert the bronies about whatever she's gonna' alert them about already! I wanna' have it ready when Rainbow lands)

Now that was cheesiness coming through loud and clear that Rainbow could hear. But she, again, was in a plane for eight hours, and besides, a little soft-heartedness might be what she needed after all this humanity. "S'c--uh..." 

She still didn't know how to respond. It felt inadequate to just call it 'cool' and she would have been waaay too embarrassed to try to respond in kind...so she just nodded.

@@Dawn Stripes, He expected that there wouldn't be an adequate response and after a moment he understood. Rainbow was conflicted. "Appearing... and being cool are two different things. Sometimes i get the thought that you don't open up so much Rainbow... like that time you couldn't accept you were liking books. Those feelings suffocated you and pushed you to do bad things... you need to learn to "let go", to relax. You don't have to prove to me you are "cool", mostly because i already believe you are, the first person you need to be "cool" with... is yourself." This time he did not hesitate when he layed his hand on her shoulder. "And admitting the problem is the first step towards its' solution." he says giving her a heart-warming smile.

Rainbow's voice cracked solid through as the San Andreas fault. "I totally know how to relax!" she whined quietly. "I'm sleeping all the time when Applejack tells me to get up. It's not like I don't know how to relax!" She shifted in her seat, drawing her arms tighter. "I'm totally. I'm the coolest person I know! Wh--what are you talkin' about? Twilight wouldn't even hesitate to tell ya' I got an ego big enough to fit all six of us." She cast her gaze out the window.

They take drugs in order to daydream, they "force" good feelings into them, to reach the sky even when they can't. You said "The Sky is Empty" remember? To me that translates... to loneliness. Do you know why so many people like the show you are in?" he says trying to get her curiosity.

"Its not just that you an awesome person/pony, or that the show is cool  and stuff. Its because some people feel lonely, they joined the brony community to feel accepted, to feel commradery and all that." he then proceeds to respond her other question.

"You also asked me how we can live without Princesses. Our Princesses are not like yours, our rulers are not the wise, almost-immortal, powerfull protectors Celestia and Luna are. Our rulers are... human, humans chosen by us voting usually every 4 years. In some countries Kings, Princesses exist solely for "decoration" purposes. Some countries are indeed unlucky to have a tyrant ruling them. Needless to say that many humans don't trust their rulers one bit these days." Dennis was wondering if he was a bit over-protective. But then again he was concerned, concerned if she would be the same after all of this.

"There are beautiful things in this world, but i do not want you to be affected by the bad side of it. I want you to remain the same awesome, beautiful, loving, friendly pony you have been always... That's why if you ever need to express your feelings, if you are stressed or anything, i will be here because that's what friends do."

She moved closer to him and wrapped her arms around his neck "Captain of my heart... my king." She carressed his hair slowly. She noticed they still had some wine so she brought the glasses towards them. "Let us make a toast. To new begginings... and to true love!"

"Heh...uh, where'd you get off being my friend so fast, huh? How long've you known me? Like two hours?" Rainbow felt herself getting a little bit sweaty and flustered.

Who was this man, anyway, telling her she was so much, and promising to always be here? Where the heck did he get the idea he could say that? Sure, Rainbow made promises she couldn't always keep before, but she felt bad afterwards.

She had no response for this, and since she couldn't make an excuse about training and fly away, she used the only escape from conversation that she could think of: she leaned back, closed her eyes and worked on trying to go to sleep.

He curses himself and his over-caring, over-open, over-protective nature. "Whats wrong with me?" He thinks and looks away. There is a small weight upon his chest, probably because of the akwardness he caused, or perhaps he was the one lying to himself. Maybe he was the one in need of help.

The airline seats were, in fact, when reclined, far more comfortable than Colette's couch. Rainbow was having one of the best dreams she'd had in a long time. She was dreaming about flying.

However, she was more used to sleeping on branches and genuine clouds than in tiny seats. One of the reasons she'd always preferred to crash on couches was that she tended to sprawl in her sleep. That wasn't something she had been thinking about when recently awake, however. Rainbow wound up with a faint smile in her face, one leg jammed under the window-side corner of the seat in front of her, one arms over the back of her own seat and the other arm flung out over Dennis, nearly in his lap.

"Yep, I've watched that episode multiple times!" Shawn chirped. "I have all three seasons on my harddrive, as well as the movie, so if you want, we can watch them if you want to... I have a couple other movies, but I don't know of you'd wanna see 'em... I also have Minecraft if you wanna try that~..."

 

It wasn't long until the plane was in the air, pressing everyone back into their seats a little as it did so. "Here we go! Eight hours of pure fun! Hope you don't get too bored!"

"If there only some way of giving Rainbow her wings back-- nevrmind, that would only make her more insane!" Colette had cleaned the rest of of the house with Pinkie Pie, feeling a bit bad for having her clean, but at the same time, Colette was greatful for the help.

 

Once the house was cleaned, Colette let Pinkie Pie into her room, turning on her laptop. She was about to show Pinkie a few of her favorite sites when something caught her eye-- a sticky note right under the keyboard. Grabbing it, Colette smiled. "Hey, Pinkie, how would you like to be a guest star on Rainbow's Skype show??"

 

Within minutes, and having Pinkie hide, Colette had the channel up and running, Colette waves to Rainbow's audience:

 

"Hello, all you Bronies and Pegasisters! I know what you're thinking! 'Who the hell is red haired loser??' and 'Where's Rainbow Dash??' Well, first, I'm 'Cole', the human that found Rainbow Dash during one of those freaky storms, and second, Rainbow Dash upped and took off to find Fluttershy, who's God-knows-where right now-- BUT! We have a special guest here on the show-- Say hello, Pinkie! Tell the audience what you told me!"

Fluttershy was transfixed by the sensation being pressed into her against the seat as the plane took off. It wasn't like spiraling into free-fall off a cloud, it was---gentle. Even the popping in her ears when they made it up very high was smooth.

 

She put her hands out to the window, face spread in delight as she looked down at the patchwork of farms, and then the endless expanse of glimmering ocean. "It's so pretty!" she said. "I wonder if this is what Rainbow Dash feels like when she flies!"

She settled back into her seat, much more relaxed and still giving occasional glimpses out the window. This cabin was so enclosed, she felt that if she ever needed to worry about her fear of heights, she could just pretend she was in a car, or even in a room that wasn't moving it all. "These planes are wonderful inventions!" she said to Shawn. "I wish we had them in Ponyville. You're right. This is eight hours of fun!"

Seemingly out of nowhere, Pinkie jumped out and bounced up to the screen. "Welcome, viewers!" she said, in a mystical tone of voice. "I am Madame Pinkie Pie, and I will answer any question you have for me!" She switched effortlessly to her normal tone of voice and bounced again. "Did you like that speech? Wasn't that sooo fantastical?" and giggled.
