request An Avatar Request for my OC

Hello. I was wondering if it was possible for any good artist to make me an avatar with my OC character, Sterling Crimson. All I want is just a few basic things:

 

1. Don't make him too wild; he's someone friendly and eccentric, but also somewhat shy.

2. Add a cutie mark for him; it's got a medical needle and a musical eighth note.

3. I'd like a concert hall background where Sterling plays on the piano.

Note: Due to the nature of this request, I cannot guarantee that the image will be fully colored. If anything though, I will guarantee that your mark will be colored at least. 

 

P.S. You mention in your characters Bio that his cutie mark is a music note and needle. Now, when you say needle, you mean syringe correct? Or something else? If it's not a syringe, could you provide a reference pic so I can get some clarity?
