Star Scribe is, as his name and cutie mark suggests, an author who usually implements space into his stories.
He doesn't smile often, mostly because he does not like his smile. He also thinks it would take too much energy to smile constantly. That is also the reason why he doesn't lift his eyelids any higher than what you see in the picture.
Even though he looks either bored or depressed, he is usually content with himself, even though many aspects of his life bother him.
At a young age, he was told that he was going to be the tallest one of his family, and he is. He is also the tallest one in his class.
Speaking of which, he isn't too fond of his family or classmates. He gets very annoyed when they do things that prove they don't know as much about the world as he does. He likes to be with his father the most, though.
Others always ask him if he is somewhat related to Princess Luna when they see his mane. He knows that in this dimension, he isn't. In another dimension, though, he probably is.
He will always believe in the Multiverse theory, and the theory stating that a couple billions of dimensions are created with just one simple flux of the brain. It is things like this that make him really, really happy.
He is very picky when it comes to a love interest. There is only one other that he thinks he could love, but he says it is only because he is very sympathetic of that one.
His most favorite story that he has thought of would be the one where a character that has been designed to represent him goes through very pestering events in his lifetime, but continues on because he knows that there is always a chance for literally anything to happen. And, due to that belief, he gets what he was hoping for.
He also uses that character in that story as an imaginary friend who he can love via imagination.

The extent of my interest is in things that don't exist.

Or, at least, things that aren't in the basic man's senses
