Iron shrugged, indifferent.

 

"Sure, whatever. I'm game." She just wanted something to pass the time. She was bored out of her mind and not really sure how to fill her time. She figured a sparring match would be fun.

 

She got up and stretched, popping her joints after sitting down so long. She had a habit of forming miniatures so she formed herself without realizing she had done it. The miniature flickered and laid down on her back.

Sole grinned and stood up to stretch, but he was still exahusted and tired. Even though he liked her, he wouldnt pull any punches, its not like he was going to hurt her though. "Alright" he said slowly "you can go first, c'mon, show me watchya got!"

Iron made a sword out of her flames and held it in her hooves. But then she made a bow and arrow behind Sole and shot an arrow at his mane, catching it on fire. Call it a cheap shot, she called it strategy.

Iron made a sword out of her flames and held it in her hooves. But then she made a bow and arrow behind Sole and shot an arrow at his mane, catching it on fire. Call it a cheap shot, she called it strategy.

 

((Just because Sole is going to win doesn't mean I'll make it easy for him!))

"ow, that's hot!" Sole growled in annoyance, as his feathers caught fire. But he quickly turned into lightning and shot behind her "suprise!" He yelled, as he shocked her with a bolt of lightning. "I can't believe you caught my head on fire!" He grumbled, as lightning danced around him.

No need for hoof movements, just think it and it's there. The smoke rising from his tail was quite comical, especially the fact that he hadn't caught on that it's on fire yet.

Regal watched with amusement as the two went on fighting. 

"I should have made popcorn before they started" said Regal sadly. Still he studied them learning their moves. He could see that Iron didn't need to move her hooves to cast magic. Smiling he thought of how to counter her magic

Rambler couldn't help but smile wider as she cuddled up to him. "You know, I probably shouldn't be saying this, but you're really adorable when you're all vulnerable like this, you know? Yeah... yeah, I definitely shouldn't have said that, should I? Oh well, too late now.

sole grinned "yeah, I guess your right!" He said, until he smelled smoke. He turned to see his tail on fire and quickly put it out "alright, two can play at that game!" He said mischeviously, as he flitted in front of her and flicked her nose, sending electricity coursing through her. As he jumped back, he nearly fell over laughing as her mane was standing on end, stcking straight up. "Haha, you look like a porcupine!" He joked.

sole yelped in pain as the porcupine poked him. With a growl of frustration, he zapped it "ya'know what" he said, smiling evilly "your cute when your mad, let's see what happens when your pissed!" He said, as he turned into lightning and transported in front of her. With a grin he grabbed her horn and sent electricity through it like a lightning rod. Not enough to damage her or cause too much pain, but enough to sting. As he backed away, he laughed as the tip of her horn glowed white hot from the lightning.

She then conjured a fire porcupine sticking into Sole's a**.

 

((I'm really not sure which, but I think the world just became either significantly better, or significantly worse, for someone having written those words. I think that's a compliment.)) 

 

Rambler smiled and chuckled a little, glad to see she seemed to be in a somewhat better mood. "Well, usually I don't think 'cute' is the first word I'd use to describe you. I think I'd stick with either 'extremely sexy' or 'incredibly beautiful', which are both really two words, but I don't think one word could really do you justice. Not that you aren't 'cute', too, you most certainly are, but it just tends to get lost amidst the sea of all the things that I love about you. But it's definitely there."

Iron was fuming. She set out her mane fire, with her mane un-porcupined, Set Sole's wings, talons and back legs on fire. She turned up the heat on this flame, and it creeped up Sole's body like wildfire in a forest.

sole growled in pain as the fire burned him, but quickly went into lightning form and zipped ontop of a building. "Ya'know what iron, I was wrong. Your not cute when your angry" he said, as he grinned mischieviously "your downright adoreable!" He said mockingly, as he grinned and jumped above her "lightning dragon's roar!" He growled, as he unleashed the blast, careful to avoid seriously injuring her.

Iron made a sound in the back of her throat as The Lightning raced to her. She formed a Fire shield, but some of the charge still got through. When the roar was over she created a Fire Dome around Sole that was closing in on him. She sat down and constricted the Dome tighter and tighter

Rambler saying that of course made her blush even more, and she kissed him just under his chin. She nuzzled him back.

Regal smiled as he finished taking another note of Iron's power. He let out a yawn.

"I'm sleepy" he said as he yawned again. "Well I got all the info I need and wanted"

closing his window he turned and rested on his bed. I'm betting Iron will win that fight, but I'll see who won in the morning. Closing his eyes Regal fell asleep.

sole looked around at the dome prison and cursed "damn, I'm actually trapped." He muttered, as he looked up and got an idea "lightning dragon's roar!" He growled, as he blasted the top of the dome, destroying it. "Miss me?" He asked sarcastically, as he zipped in front of her and hit her with a lightning bolt.

Iron cursed. He wasn't supposed to do that. She yelped as she got hit with the lightning bolt. Iron Conjured up a manicore, not a miniature, and had it attack him. How he would fare up against this she had no clue. She made these flames special though, no single bolt of energy could break apart the flames, it would take many.

Rambler just kissed her back. At times like this, he felt there was nothing that needed to be said between them. They knew that they loved each other without having to put it into words.

How he would fare up against this she had no clue. She made these flames special though, no single bolt of energy could break apart the flames, it would take many.

sole as suprised when iron summoned the manticore, but he quickly overcame it as it swung a paw at him "oh shi-" he didn't get to finish as the hit connected, sending him flying. But he quickly recovered and readied a full power roar, before remembering they were in a populated area, so he stopped. "C'mon sole, think..." he snapped his fingers in realisation of what he should do. He threw dozens of balls of lightning around the beast and quicly made them converge on it "I hope this works..." he muttered.

Her nose started bleeding with the effort of using all this magic. Keeping the manticore up was really difficult.

Now it was half the size of it's original state, about the size of Sole himself. She would not look weak. Her manticore swatted Sole, sending him flying into a wall.

Now it was half the size of it's original state, about the size of Sole himself. She would not look weak. Her manticore swatted Sole, sending him flying into a wall.

sole stood up, shaking the dust off and spitting out some blood. "You don't need to act tough, I can tell your in pain." He said andamantly "fighting is no fun when you opponent isn't in any condition to fight!" He quickly zipped in front of the manticore "lightning dragon's roar!" He growled, as he aimed at its head and unleashed the attack.

sole sighed and walked up to her, almost collapsing "dammit, I used too much lightning. I'm almost drained." As he looked at iron, he was thinking of a way to wake her up. He didn't want to shock her, so now what? With a sigh, he gently shook her shoulder, telling her to wake up.
