Well, most would argue having the ability to fly is way cooler than the magic of the unicorns... Unless you count the spell that gives you wings. Plus, you have the ability to manipulate things with magic rather than having to resort to hooves or mouths.

The unicorn/pegasus debate will always go on. BUT. We are united in the fact that the earth ponies are clueless in that they still work and toil to feed us-despite whatever happened on Hearth Warming eve. Nothing really changed for the earth ponies, we just don't need to push them around when they get all uppity anymore.
