Royal remained calm, and a little somber when she said she was attracted to him.

"You shouldn't be. I'm an old colt, i've put several people to the gun, i've drank my liver away, i've defied every law i know, and some i don't. I'm an ass, overconfident, i don't know the meaning of self-restraint. What exactly about that says coltfriend?"

 Neon looked up at Royal and smiled "You aren't to old... and sure, seems like you have been a bad colt through the years and maybe you might be annoying sometimes but..." Neon said then got closer to Royal "Maybe i like that in a colt" Neon said smiling then sighed "Look, if you aren't attracted to me...i get that, but you can't blame us not being together on you being to old and you can't accuse me of just wanting a higher pay.."

"It was an insult, honey. it was supposed to scare you away." He looked up at luscious. "I suppose i should leave that to luscious."

He poured a glass of hard liquor for himself, taking a drink.

"It'd be rude for me not to say you were attractive. But in case you don't remember, we have some big problems right now. And i know from experience that every new person to think about is another complication." He said, taking another swig. "Maybe one day i will rule the whole world, and you can be my smart-ass queen." He smiled again. "But to take a country, you first have to take a city."

Neon mimicked Royal then rolled her eyes "Well it didn't scare me away!" She looked over to Luscious "And your silent pal over there doesn't scare me either" Neon sat down on Royal's desk and listened to him "So i'm taking that as a 'yes you are attractive'" She laughed

Royal chuckled. "You got part of it. Would you like me to repeat the rest of it?" He smiled at luscious again.

"And you should be afraid, i'm sure he would be perfectly happy with making you mute as well. I bet he'd like someone to join him in awkward silence, though i think he is already accustomed to it.

"Oh he would would he?" Neon looked over at Luscious "Don't you know its not nice to hit a mare?" She said making a fake frown then laughed. Neon laid down on the table then looked over at Royal "I know, how bout we go on a private mission together" Neon winked at Royal

 If Royal was aroused by the mare laying on his desk, he gave no indication. "You know i had those cards in specific positions." He joked.

"If you mess those up your putting them back." He grinned at her.

"I'd join you on a mission, but i'm afraid i don't like watching mares hit on creepy old cops."

"Sorry"  Neon smiled "So what were you doing with the cards? Playing solitaire?" She laughed "If you want i can play a game with you" Neon winked. She rolled her eyes "Ugh, don't remind me of him" She laughed "How bout instead of me seducing a creepy cop, i seduce you?"

 "Somehow i think you've gotten past that stage." He laughed. "I think you're more at the stage of me actually doing something about it."

Royal admitted he at least had to admire her perseverance, but this mare was certainly a persistent one. He hadn't expected her to be so forward or brave, and he found himself pleasantly surprised.

He could tell luscious was getting annoyed by their conversation , and he thought to wrap it up, but he wasn't sure how.

Neon laughed "I guess i have haven't eye?" She said looking into his eyes "Well if you wanna do something about it go ahead" She winked then remembered Luscious, she wondered how he felt about all this, she was acting like he wasn't even in the room. Neon sat up and looked at Royal "We could talk somewhere else if you want"

"You seem intent on getting into my pants." He said cheekily. "I'm afraid luscious goes with me where i go. And im afraid you wouldn't find his gaze all that stimulating." He smiled again. "You sure you aren't going for that promotion? I think with your advances youd get any promotion you want."

Neon laughed "Well i don't blame you...considering the way i'm acting but you know, maybe i just want a nice coltfriend to talk with..." Neon laughed "Okay fine, i don't want a coltfriend to just talk to...but just talking isn't to bad, you make it fun" She got up off the desk "Well i mean  if you really wanna give me a promotion i would be fine with that" She said joking then looked at Luscious and sighed "Alright, guess i'll go...but first" She said grinning then kissed Royal

Royal smiled as she left. "Murderers, liars, and now im being hit on by one of my gang members." He looked over at luscious.

"Because what i really needed was another input." He took a card from his deck, throwing it on the table.

He sighed, sitting down. "Well, that was fun." He said, looking at luscious. "I don't suppose you'd like to get drunk with me for once?"

But Steel wasn't sleeping, he saw Neon coming through the door laughing.

*Did she get a raise or is she always like that?*

Steel looks around the room to see pretty much everyone sleeping.

*I guess the Spades are the sleepiest gang in Las Pegasus... and we're going to be under attack... great. Well let's just say I ain't helping nopony out. I barely even know these guys, so I won't be so sorry...* Steel thought to himself and sighed.

"Huh? Um, why is everpony asleep?" Anarchy was feeling tired himself, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to get caught sleeping on his first day. Also, he was anxious to get more informed about his mission with Steel. "Hey, when do you think Royal's gonna tell us somethin?" he whispered to Steel.

As the conversation dragged on, Luscious grew more and more annoyed by the incessant advances. Very quickly growing tired of it he began to idly tap his hoof on the floor. He met eyes with Royal Flush as he spoke of silencing her as well. His gaze lit up a bit, a fairly disturbingly out of place grin finding its way to his muzzle as the image runs through his head. Se soon is shooed from the room, so Luscious stops his tapping and shakes his head gently. He looked back to the boss as he spoke once again. 'You know I don't drink' He wanted to say, instead he just smirked and shook off the question.

I wake up from the sound of Neon's laughing "oh come on I just fell asleep!" I crossed my arms and frowned "meh, I guess sleep is over rated *shrug* so Neon did Royal say much 'bout da' shooting?" I make a curious face, she had been in there a while I sprint closer And say like a child "tell me tell me tell me tell me tell me :D" I then stand down, knowing the fact everybody is sleeping so I just eagerly wait for an answer.

I sit down and reply "Eh no problem, I think it actually helped" I feel ridiculous for some reason "um, so about da'...shooting? What was it?" I asked "and, why did ya' laugh about it???" I was wondering why a shooting would be so funny. I raise an eyebrow. Now I wanted to know even more desperately.

Midnight stretched out right after waking up not even realizing there were other ponies around him.

"Again that dream." He whispered to himself, maybe a bit too loudly.

"Are we really going to be under attack?" He asked. Midnight had this weird ability in which he could hear everything around him when asleep as well as being half-conscience inside of his dreams.

"And there's also been a shooting from what I can tell, just leave the details I just want to know the important stuff."

"yea helped, i think you where right actually, I shouldn't kill. Dese' ponies just for something that doesn't even madder much anymore and if if you didn't laugh about the shooting...what WHERE you laughin' at?" I was confused, I start to think something is going on that I don't know about "well at least you don't think a group trying to kill us is funny heh" I wanted to know. I actually began to grow impatient, I felt like I needed to know...
