So, Glaceon's birthday is this Sunday, so I decided to make her a gift. And, well... here it is. Please tell me what you think, as I would like some constructive criticism on this one

I'm not exactly an artist myself, but y'know, looks good to me. Rather than criticize constructively, I think I'll just admire the work. :3

what program did you use ( if you dint mind me asking ) to be nit picky some of the outline lines are a bit bumpy around the eyes and the bottom the hooves but other than that its really good man it actually quite adorable

I basically made the vector on an app called "Adobe Ideas". I use it on my iPad and it really is easy to use, but at times the lines can get, as you're saying, bumpy. If you're talking about the effect, then I did it on Paint.NET

i use photo shop cs5 and i can usually get the lines quite smooth ( got if of a friend but its an easy find on the net gh*TORRNETS*ghgmgn *cough couch * )

So this literally got the direct reaction of "D'Awwwww" from me as soon as I saw it. 

This is incredibly cute and as far as i'm concerned incredibly well done. I've never really been very good at digital work, so I don't know what there is to consider, so I wont attempt to give criticism, but I will stick to my guns and say as far as i'm concerned this is well done

Looks pretty nice. I especially like the mane color being the same as Vinyl Scratch's.

Ah, yeah. Even though I didn't vector that image. I actually kinda vectored a vector of the image you're showing
