but all she said out loud was... "Gotcha Doctor!"

 

She stepped in beside him, peeking out the door of the Tardis and being very careful not to touch him as she thought...

 

"maybe i can sneak out into the Everfree behind a bush and...."

 

((OOC we may need to recruit more OC's and players  I dunno. I suppose we could just talk for the background ponies as we question them. Pinkie is SOOOOO fun to write for. Poor Pinkie, the Doctor may need to reassure her that he has to do more than just accidently touch somepony. LOL.)))

The Doctor took a few steps out to check the scenery and surrounding area. He checked carefully to make sure that the TARDIS had landed them in exactly where he had intended it to land. To his utmost surprised, it had!

 

Well isn't that just something new! We're are back! The weather, humidity, and temperature, all seem to be exactly how it was before we left in the first place!  For once the TARDIS landed it just where I wanted to land it!

 

The Doctor was ecstatic. He could hardly believe it. If it wasn't for Pinkie's odd and sudden hesitation around him, he would've given her a hug. Coming to think of it, he did wonder why she was immediately acting strange...then he took a lucky and rather obvious guess.

 

"Your not seriously afraid of my touch telepathy are you?" The Doctor laughed a bit. "This the second time one of my companions have been hesitant around me because of my telepathy! Oh this is funny! Look, I have to close my eyes and concentrate while I touch you to read your mind... The Doctor couldn't help but laugh once more. It simply seemed so hilarious to him. 

 

The Doctor smiled, "You are so funny Pinkie Pie.."

 

 

 

"Pinkie, do you know where Zecora's house is?"

 

"You mean, that strange house just a mile down from here?" The Doctor asked. He had seen a strange African-themed on his run back here, but never really thought about who lived there.

 

"If you want, I can take you down there. It's the least I can do."

Twilight had been suspicious the second Applejack was gone. Then she saw the way the trees were acting, and she could only draw one possible conclusion: Discord was back. Her worst fears were confirmed when ponies started disapperaing. She told the rest of the girls to stay back and guard each of their Elements and Ponyville as she tried to figure out what was going on.

 

She took quite a bit of objects with her, including many books on mythology, her Element of Harmony, herbs and other medical supplies, a trusty map of Equestria, and a cloak in case she got cold.

 

That was yesterday.

 

Today, Twilight and Zecora were talking at Zecora's cottage. They were discussing what had happened, why Applejack was missing, not to mention all of the other ponies that were missing too. Zecora took a sip of her tea.

 

"I cannot help you best," Zecora told Twilight. "But I can help you with your quest."

 

Zecora gestured to her many potions and gave Twilight a few healing potions. "You may stay until you need to go. I wish you luck in defeating your foe."

 

Twilight nodded. "I agree. Don't worry Zecora, the first thing i'll do is find my friends and save them. Especially Applejack, and perhaps Pinkie since I haven't seen her lately, but she is probably off somewhere in Ponyville. I'll stay for a bit though, that walk through the Everfree was tough!"

"Nah. I will walk. Ya did say its not that far." She said, walking to zecora's calmly and orderly.
When she arrives, she knocks on zecora's door, Unknowing that twilight was there.
"Its me! Ricky! Someone 'Cursed me' With two poison joke effects! And i CANT STAND IT!!"

Twilight's ears perked up at the noise coming outside of the cottage. Twilight used her magic to open the door and smiled. "Um, hello there miss. I heard something about poison joke. Er, um, I don't notice any effect of poison joke on you, so are you sure that you have gotton poison joke on you? You could of stumbled into the Lumiora Lavast, a plant that is a lookalike of poison joke, but it is harmless." Twilight's ears flopped after she realised she was rambling. "Oh, I forgot to introduce myself! I'm Twilight Sparkle, the student of Celestia and the Element of Magic."

 

Zecora stretched her neck. "Is that you?" Zecora asked. "Gender-swapping joke is one in a few."

 

Twilight tilted her head in confusion. "Gender swapping jo- wait a moment! Are you saying this mare is a stallion?!"

 

Zecora nodded.

 

Twilight levitated Ricky inside the cottage. "We need to get you fixed up now! Okay, so a bubble bath could work..." Twilight started looking for the ingrediants for a bubble bath. "Speaking of which, have you seen my friends Applejack and Pinkie Pie? Both of them are missing, the former for a while, and Sweet Apple Acres is in so much chaos, I think Discord's back. Just a hunch."

"And plus, Discord merged TWO, not just one.. BUT TWO poison joke effects to me. When i fly, my stomach ATTACKS me! And i'm a mare!" She said.

You really need to meet my friends Twilight and Rarity, especially Twilight! Though Rarity could certainly help you choose a better looking tie than that... and that scarf earlier... Total fashion disaster if you ask me. But it did remind me a bit of my other friend Rainbow Dash. She's a pegasus. Oh it must be so cool being a Gallopfrayan! I wish I could read minds some times. Do  you gallop a lot? Is that why you're a gallopfrayan?"

 

Then Pinkie decided to let him get a word in edgewise.

 

 

 

The Doctor smiled, "You are so funny Pinkie Pie.."

 

Pinkie's stomach leapt with excitement. Her thoughts working over time.

 

"The Doctor thinks I'm funny! Oh this is GREAT, This is the best. A gallopfrayan thinks I'm funny! So it's not just limited to ponies...I can entertain non ponies as well! So I wonder what my Pinkie score is now...Hmmm I lost count.. probably Pinkie 100 and Doctor 0!."

 

"You really think I'm funny?" She said to the Doctor with a huge smile on her face. "I can be even funnier.. check this out." She quickly pulled some items out of... her seemingly very large pockets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"Pinkie, do you know where Zecora's house is?"

 

Zecora's house? Of course I do! I've been there lots of times.

 

"It's just down the path, past the rabbit hole, you'll see a butterfly on a flower, hopefully it's still there, then you turn left, Find a cobble stone path, ignore it, it's not the way, Take the other dirt track instead, you know... the one all stallion's minds is tend to take. Then when you get to the end there is a fork in the road. Pull it out, it might come in hand when you want to eat a particularly sticky scroll. Then continue on down the path til you see a tree... yes I know there are lots of tree's in the forest, but this tree is different because it's extra large. Canter around it three times. That doesn't really get you closer to Zecora's house but it's so fun to do cuz you can practice trying to catch up with yourself! After that if you're not too dizzy continue on down the path. Go left then right then left then left then right then left then right then left then right again and you will see a funny little house with lots of weird stuff outside it...That's Zecora's house"

 

Pinkie grinned ear to ear then turned to see if Ricky had understood her instructions... but ... he/she was already gone! Pinkie turned to the Doctor.

 

"Where do you suppose she went?" She said very seriously, adjusting her mustache and sunglasses as she did. "She might get lost in there... we'd better follow."

More importantly, did you know I just felt a certain somepony appearing in the Everfree Forest?", Discord asked, turning around to face Derpy. "I'm actually very sorry for the chaos I'm gonna cause in your head, but it's not a usual type of chaos. I can't control it. Although you can... If you wanted. Just a quick tip? Remember the ties", said Discord, turning around again to appreciate his own reflection.

 

"I wonder how long it will take for them to reach the Crystal Empire. After all, it's not like they will take a train or something. And they won't land the TARDIS here. I'm currently causing time disturbances so that the damn thing can't land here", Discord though to himself. "Ah, the Crystal Caves have always been a favorite of mine..."

Twilight frowned. "I knew it! And he probably took Applejack or Pinkie Pie to lure us into them. Thankfully, I asked the rest of the Elements to guard Ponyville, but knowing Rainbow Dash, she probably won't stay there long. Each of us has our respective Element...except Honesty, which I put in Rarity's care."

 

Twilight finished up the bubble bath. "Okay, i'm done! I had to do it by memory, so it's not so precise. Since two effects were put on you, i'm not sure it will fully work, but it will at least soothe the effects and turn you back into a stallion. The gut pains will probably still be there, but with some herbs, i'm sure I could solve it. Anyway, I was planning on going to the Crystal Empire to get my brother and sister's help, and to make sure the Crystal Heart is okay. If Discord gets his claws on the heart..." Twilight shivered. "Oh! Speaking of which, have you seen Applejack? She's...uh...gone. Pinkie is gone too, but i'm not so worried about her."

The Doctor could barely keep up with Pinkie Pie's rapid talking, but he manage to listen to all the main points of her questions and comments. He heard her mention some of her friends again, Twilight and Rarity. He was at the this point much more interested in meeting this Twilight. She seemed to have a very brilliant mind from what Pinkie Pie was saying. And then he heard mentioning Rainbow Dash again...who seemed to match his scarf oddly.

 

My scarf! Oh how I could forget! The Doctor remembered, he decided he'll come back for it some time later.

 

"If talking like a unicorn is a compliment, then thank you! And excuse me...did you asked if I was a....gallop-fray-an?" The Doctor couldn't help but burst in laughter again. He thought it was ridiculous to laugh in a time like this, but he couldn't help it. With that Pink Pony around, laughter seemed to unavoidable.

 

"Oh Pinkie Pie, how could I not think your funny! Your right, you really are a element of laughter!"

Derpy scowed at Discord. 

 

"Don't you DARE hurt the Doctor any more than you have... Why can't you just leave us all alone? I know what your game is... you think I'm so stupid I'll just put my hoof in my mouth and make a fool out of myself. Well I'm not as derpy as you think I am Mr Discord!" she said, stepping forward to face him angrily and, in the process, tripping over her own hooves and landing in an uncoordinated pile..

 

*Thud!* She was surrounded by a spray of feathers and fur. 

 

"Heh heh... Oops..." she said, scrambling back to her hooves. "This changes nothing" She said shaking her hoof at Discord.

 

 

 

"I'm actually very sorry for the chaos I'm gonna cause in your head, but it's not a usual type of chaos. I can't control it. Although you can... If you wanted. Just a quick tip? Remember the ties",

 

 

"Do you seriously expect me to believe that you'd be sorry about anything?" Derpy said, dusting herself down as nonchalantly as she could. Ties, ties ties She was thinking. Ties to what? Is he talking about soul ties? Or cross ties? or... is he going to tie me up like Discorded Whooves did? She shuddered at that thought.

 

While Discord was busy admiring himself, Derpy walked quietly over to Applejack. 'It's a wonder he doesn't break the crystals just like they were a mirror... she whispered. "7 years bad luck on him could only be a good thing...Bad luck for him would be good luck for everypony else."   Derpy had a rare light bulb moment.

 

 "Oh what a great idea! The crystals are magic after all and *could* be just like mirrors... it might just work. Even if it doesn't. It would sure be funny to see *him* trip over instead of me for once. Now how to get him to actually break it... Hmmmm." Derpy sat in quiet contemplation for a moment. She was the queen of causing accidents, what would be the most likely thing he'd trip over... Derpy glanced about the area. Ah ha! A rubbish bin. She quietly pulled something out of it.

 

Very carefully Derpy  placed a banana peel behind Discords right hoof.

 

---------------------Scene change-----------------

 

 

 

"Oh stop it Pinkie Pie! Your killing me!" The Doctor laughed more. "Oh your not really killing me, it's an expression." The Doctor added, knowing that Pinkie has a tendency to look at things very literally.

 

 

 

Pinkie knew that laughter could be very contagious the more the Doctor laughed, the more she started to titter... then giggle, the laugh and before she knew it she was rolling on the ground with the Doctor, laughing til tears came out of her eyes...

 

"Killing you is an expression?" She said between laughs "That's the funniest thing I've EVER heard..." She said holding her sides as she laughed uncontrollably " Killing somepony with laughter! What a.... tee hee tee hee. What a FUNNY way to die! Hee hee hee hee." Pinkie rolled onto her side taking on a mock serious tone. "Just imagine it... You'd get to the after life and Saint Pony would ask you..." Pinkie put on a pretend holy voice "... 'So.. how did you die?' and you'd say.... 'I died laughing!"

 

Pinkie fell into another fit of laughter rolling on her back and kicking her hooves in the air. Usually it was her making somepony else laugh. She wasn't use to another pony making HER laugh.

 

"Doctor... You're the funniest pony I've EVER met ... besides me... I did meet several me's once but you're the funniest non- me I've ever met!" her eyes twinkled at him. "I've never met a pony like you before..." She said softly as she gazed at him.

 

'Wait a minute...' she thought. 'How did Fluttershy's cutie mark get inside my stomach. Oh stop it Pinkie.... he's going back to his own time and space... don't even *think* about it!'

 

She gave the Doctor, what she hoped was a warm platonic smile.

The Doctor was amazed. When first meeting her, he never would of imagined getting along with a crazy pony like Pinkie, never in a million years. It turns out that....in a very unique sort of way, the Doctor was just as insane and irrational as her!

 

He continued laughing with her for another wonderful minute.

 

He then smiled and turned towards her, now noticing her twinkling gaze. She's been giving him that...special look twice already. 

 

"I'm the funniest pony you've meet? Wow, that actually means a lot to me... I-I've never met another pony, and probably will never meet another pony like you ever..." The Doctor replied wholeheartedly. She seemed to become more adorable to him by the minute. The Doctor immediately remembered the whole point of coming here, so he stood up and help Pinkie on her hooves as well.  

 

"Ricky has been gone for awhile....so I'd say we better check up on him. Allons-y Pinkie Pie!" The Doctor exclaimed, motioning the way.

 

Just as the Doctor and Pinkie were about to run down the path to Zecoras, everything except them, Dissy, and the TARDIS vanished. The Doctor was shocked, and for the few seconds, all he could see was white. Eventually the white faded and they soon found themselves inside in what appeared to be a dark cave full of crystals.

 

 

"Oh dear......this is not good.

"Oh what? How come? I've been disturbing the time field around here, there's no possible way that the blue thing could've landed here!", said an angry Discord, getting away from Derpy. "Luckily they're in the entrance of the cave. Oh ho ho! That's gonna be interesting!", he said with an entertained look in his eyes.

"Dang it how could I have been so silly" Derpy thought to herself. "Poor Applejack..." She trotted over to the little mouthless mare being careful not to step on her. Crouching down to her level she said "Don't worry Applejack, even if you did have a mouth, I wouldn't eat that muffin if it was the last muffin in all of Equestria"

 

Derpy looked sadly and helplessly at her surroundings

"blue thing?" She thought "The doctors here? " She wasn't too sure if it was going to be a good thing or a bad thing.

 

'I sure hope he doesn't hit me again....it hurts worse inside than it does on the outside..."

 

Derpy remained crouched beside Applejack, feeling fearful.

The Doctor was bemused by the sudden twist of plans. One moment, they had finally arrived back where they were in the Everfree forest, the next moment, they suddenly appear here! The Doctor didn't even know what or where the "crystal caverns" were exactly. He slammed the ground with his hoofs in immense stress and disappointment.

 

"This is impossible! I had the coordinates on the navigation console of the TARDIS set to arriving exactly at the Everfree forest! And how did we get here? We weren't even inside the TARDIS." The Doctor then noticed that his faithful blue box had come with them. "And the TARDIS is here too?"

 

The Doctor managed to get a grip of himself and took a brief moment to think. He did not want to freak out like last time. He began feeling this strange unsettling feeling of worry and discomfort. It was the same feeling he felt when...Discord had entered the TARDIS.

 

I know that feeling. Pinkie's right. Discord's near and this must be another one of his tricks!

 

"Don't worry Pinkie, we'll get out of here." The Doctor tried to keep the worried pony at ease. 

 

"I know you here Discord! I'm getting really tired of your tricks and games, so I mean it when I say, show yourself!!!" The Doctor yelled angrily.

A few minutes, Couple hours of explaining to twilight, and a chat with zecora later...
"Thanks fer fixing me up!" He said to the both of them.
He hears a tiny buzzing noise, Like the sound of an eggtimer.
"Wha? Do you hear that? It sounds like a timer... Nevermind." Ricky made a confused face.

'How weird! I normally dont get a buzzing noise...'

The sudden cheery outburst and compliment had surprised but made the Doctor feel much more happier around her. He was beginning to see that it was surprisingly easy for him to get along with Pinkie Pie. Perhaps it was because they had similar personalities but in a vastly different sort of spectrum.

 

He however, had only a split second to take in that compliment before....

 

 

 

 

 

The hug was what really caught the Doctor by surprise, and it caused his scarf to slip off, much to the Doctor's dismay. He was hardly worried about it at the moment though. Once again, he was blushing, but he tried his best to hide it. This is silly...she's a pony! I'm not naturally a pony. She's always been a pony...a very adorable...sweet...huggable....nice pon-...ah stop it feelings! The Doctor thought to himself humorously.

 

 

 

 

 

"Um, well thanks! I have never really sang that much in....well my life." The Doctor replied, thinking back on his past. "And I see you have listened carefully...well to answer that question, I'll be honest with you. I read your mind....just for this one time! I was concerned...so I wanted to see what was bothering you so much."

 

The Doctor then decided to gently break the hug, before he decided to do something that would be even ten times more embarassing than singing for her. He gave another reassuring smile before leading her to the navigation console control room to meet up with the rest of his friends.

"Well it seems we're finally here! It's been such a long ride! A long...and very interesting ride." The Doctor trailed off slightly. "But we managed to fix up and put the TARDIS back into great condition! Now we're back! Back in Equestria! To stop Discord and bring...well peace back to this land. We can do it!" 

 

"So now, allons-y! By the way, that means, 'let's go' in French."

Dissy smiled as they reached their location"Looks like we are here.."He smiled and stepped out of the TARDIS as he saw Discord Applejack and Derpy in the Distance.Dissy smiled and said to the doctor"There they are! Lets go kick Discords Ass!"

And upon arrival, Discord immediately knew where we were and teleported us to the crystal caverns. Which ironically and to his failure, is exactly where he is hiding as well. "I know I don't know a lot about traveling through time and space" Pinkie said thoughtfully "but MAYBE this wasn't the TARDIS's doing at all! maybe it's the elements of harmony at work. I still have mine on... and if there is chaos around... the elements of harmony will do everything they can to try to set it right. My Pinkie sense is tingling all over!" She told him... although it could just be she was tingling since she was standing SOOO CLOSE to the Doctor.

 

"Oh don't be silly Pinkie" she told herself. "It's your pinkie sense and nothing more."

 

 

 

"Don't worry Pinkie, we'll get out of here." The Doctor tried to keep the worried pony at ease.    "I know you here Discord! I'm getting really tired of your tricks and games, so I mean it when I say, show yourself!!!" The Doctor yelled angrily. 

 

 

 

"Oooh he sounds so forceful and authoritative." Pinkie thought to herself.

((Sorry,had school)) Dissy smiled as they reached their location"Looks like we are here.."He smiled and stepped out of the TARDIS as he saw Discord Applejack and Derpy in the Distance.Dissy smiled and said to the doctor"There they are! Lets go kick Discords Ass!"

 

 

"That might be a little hard to do" Pinkie told Dissy. "For one, he can randomly move the location of his ass at will... and for two... we have no idea where he is! Don't look at the crystals.. .they will confuse you and give you vision that aren't even there. Just focus straight ahead and don't lose sight of each other"

"but MAYBE this wasn't the TARDIS's doing at all! maybe it's the elements of harmony at work. I still have mine on... and if there is chaos around... the elements of harmony will do everything they can to try to set it right. My Pinkie sense is tingling all over!"

 

"Interesting. Well I hope you keep element of harmony in great protection, because I know, without a slight doubt that Discord will try and take it away." The Doctor said sternly and still on complete look out for Discord.

 

The Doctor was really beginning to get tired. After not having any sleep since the day he first arrived here in Equestria, he was now struggling to remain in full wake. He wanted to get sleep as soon as this was resolved. The sooner the better he thought.

 

He then heard Pinkie Pie mention pinkie sense, which he found to be another very funny pony terminology. He simply smiled at her, trying to hold back a giggle as she seemed to be feeling very tingling at the moment. Now that the Doctor thought about...he was feeling odd around her too....again.

 

Stop it emotions! This is the worst possible time!

"Language Pinkie Pie!" The Doctor scolded and somewhat laughed at the same time.

 

"Just be on your best look out guys! He could be anywhere and nowhere...which I still don't understand how that works.."

"Well... Well.... He said it first!!!" Pinkie pointed to Dissy accusingly. "Besides... what's so bad about me saying he move his Donkey around at will? he also turns cute little bunnies into monsters and  makes it rain chocolate. I don't see why everypony is so surprised at that!" 

 

"He's laughing again" Pinkie thought to herself happily. Taking the Doctors advice, Pinkie removed the element of harmony from around her neck and placed it into her back pocket.

Derpy felt miserable and sitting beside the uneaten banana muffin wasn't helping. It was soooo tempting to take just a teeny little bite of.

 

"I wish the Doctor were here...' She sad quietly to the miniature Applejack. "He could be close by and I don't know if he's still discorded or not... but I still want to see him so bad! If I could only get through to him he could beat Discord... I have to try. Oh but I don't want him to walk into a trap either... I just don't know what to do!"

 

"DOCTOR!!!!!" she shouted as loud as she could "DON'T COME FIND US IT'S A TRAP!"

"I heard Ditzy doctor.It was very faint,but i heard it! she says that they are in a Trap.But we have to save them guys! Please?"
