Silver appeared on the roof in an light blue flash. "Twilight, we've got the other two!" He was almost surprised to see the two female griffons looked nearly identical, save for their eyes, and Tina was wearing a bright red sash around her neck. "I'm sorry, but our friends inside aren't too fond of surprise attacks by cowards. So we'll be stopping you now." Silver's horn started flashing.

 

Trina blinked at the sudden appearance of ponies, but she sighed in annoyance once she realized they had been overheard. "You get my point now, Tina? They wouldn't have seen this pounding coming if you were quiet."

 

"Oh, whatever!" Tina had leapt onto all fours and her claws scraped the roof tiles with high pitched screeches. "I'm more than a match for these chumps! Let's get 'em!" Tina leapt into the air, preparing to charge.

 

(Rooftop 3 vs. 3 brawl! Can't begin without the banter, though. XD)

Borris stood on all fours, flexing his powerful forelegs as he spoke in a deep gruff voice, "You gonna regret saying that pony-boy" he began to take a battle stance, snarling as he did. Static merely snorted, his face going from sarcastic to downright deadly, "Fee fi fo fum... you may be big but you sho is dumb". He then took his stance as well as the two larger beings began to circle one another...

Power Ten looked out through the window of Sugarcube corner and noticed the three mean-looking griffons in a standoff with his friends. Ten knew a few things about fighting from his years of wandering through the wilderness... and bars full of drunk ponies, but he knew that he was no match for a griffon. But his friends were in danger, and he had to do something. "What if..." Power Ten glanced over at a metal tube that the Cakes use to flatten out large amounts of dough. He moved over and began working on the tube, completely focused on inventing.

*Apollo sighed and looked up into the sky, then he suddenly froze in terror.*

"Uhh, guys.......... we have a bit of an issue. My mom found us."

Twilight faced Trina with a confident look on her face.

"You actually think you can beat me? I know magic better than anypony here! I've also seen a griffon named Gilda who came here once, but I'm sure she is miles better than you!"

Trina replied right back to her. "Well, I know stealth, so I don't think a pony like you can spot me with some fancy magic! So lets do this!"

"Oh, man... This'll definitely turn things our way." Power Ten admired his makeshift cracker launcher. A metal tube with compressed air canisters at the back. He kicked the front door of the bakery open and strode outside. Pointing to the biggest griffon he saw, he shouted, "HEY! YOU! GRIFFON! I'M GIVING YOU 5 SECONDS TO START RUNNING!" Ten brandished the tube at Borris, an evil grin etched onto his face.

 

"What is that crazy colt up to?" Derpy asked of nopony in particular

Tina blasted straight for Silver, who dodged in a side step. He responded with firing his magic up to toss a couple of tiles her way and into her still turned back. "Ow! Hey, that stings, you pest!" She responded by flapping her wings once powerfully to back up and tackle Silver.

 

Silverwisp was knocked back a few feet, but remained on his hooves. He smirked. "I'm just getting started!" Next, his Cutie Mark glowed, and he summoned a powerful wind overhead and into Tina during her second charge, the air pushing her back in the buffeting winds.

Borris paid no mind to Ten as he charged head on at Static, who did the same, both met in the middle, each throwing one hit after another, "Face it pipsqueak, you got nothin on me!" grunted Borris, he then drew back and hit Static square in the jaw, sending him flying back. Borris started to advance on him, but stopped when he noticed Static was chuckling and getting back up. "Whats so funny?" he asked Static, "Oh... the part where you said I had nothing on you" was all he replied, he flapped his wings and hovered, his cutiemark began to glow and large sparks of electricity began to crackle from his forelegs, he put his forehooves next to eachother and a ball of electricity began to form, he then aimed at Borris, and flung it, the ball of electricity hitting the griffon in the chest, blasting him back abd causing him to convulse uncontrollably...

*Apollo flew up to the rooftop battle and shouted at the group*

"Guys! My mom found us!!!!!!"

Power Ten ignored apollo as he fired his cracker launcher, the explosive struck home square on the wing of the now convulsing griffon. A violent, yet colorful exploive force threw Borris a good twenty feet, igniting his wing in bright flames. "Whoops" chuckled Ten "Are you ok, Static?" he dropped his now useless launcher and ran over to him.

Static looked to Ten, the electricity still coursing along his forearms, "You didnt have to do that you know?" he told him sternly, finding it slightly annoying that he struck the griffon while he was already down...

"What?!" Silver was stunned by what Apollo said just long enough for Tina to tackle him into the ground. As she prepared a follow up attack, Silver muttered a curse and unleashed another blast of wind with a flick of his head. The wind spiraled around Tina, capturing her, and encased her in a mini twister. "HEEY!!! WHAT THE HAY IS THIS!?? I CAN HARDLY BREATHE LIKE THIS!!"

 

Meanwhile, Trina's fighting style was different than her sister's or Borris. Instead of speedily charging like her sister or focusing on power shots, she focused on quick swipes of her claws, tripping whips from her tail, and quick kicks. Lukcily, Twilight was able to dodge and defend herself. Trina was however noticing how her teammates were fairing. "What kinda freaky weather magic do those two have.... One isn't even a unicorn!"

 

(Twilightrubix, feel free to use Trina as you wish for your battle posts. She's the serious type that likes fast attacks--at least that's my take on her personality)

Static was never one to let a battle drag on, flying higher, his cutiemark glowed brighter, as did his eyes, huge lightning bolts exploded from his hoof tips, he looked down on the griffons, "THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE!!! LEAVE NOW!!!" he commanded, the lightning crashing all around him...

From what Static was doing, Silverwisp got an idea. His cutie mark glowing the brightest its glowed yet, he summoned extremely powerful hurricane gusts, that gave the lighting storm Static was producing a stormier atmosphere. Strangely enough, the winds didn't move or push any of the ponies, just the Griffons.

 

"WHAT IS THIS?!? WHAT'S HAPPENING?!?!" Tina screamed over the storm, now throughly freaked.

 

Trina herself knew when she was in an ugly situations, and for them, this had gone beyond that. "ITS THE INSANITY THAT IS THIS CRAZY TOWN!! LET'S PULL OUT! BORRIS, WE'RE OUT OF HERE!!" while she was distracted, she took a magic blast to the side of the face courtesy of Twilight that temporarily dazed her.

Power Ten sat back on the roof, glad that the fighting was finally finished. "What the f*ck is it with you two?"

As the griffons retreated, the lightning emanating from Static ebbed away until it stopped, his eyes stopped glowing as did his cutiemark. He gazed at Silver, "We need to talk" was all he said, then flew off of the building and waited.

Silver tilted his head in confusion, but seeing everything was okay with the griffon's gone and everypony okay---and Pinkie sticking her head out of a window and shouting, "What the HAY was that?!" he decided he could relax.

 

Silver got a lurking feeling about what Static wanted to talk about and he warped down next to him. But ... I can't be... "What's wrong?" he asked.

His suspicions confirmed, Silverwisp's face was a mixture of anxious apprehension. "Not.... really. No, it wasn't... honestly, I've never known what this power is..." with what he was going to say next he thought he could practically predict the answer to it, "...Why? Do you know what it was?"
