Say that another team of heroes became the Elements of Harmony

Who would wield which Element, and why?  For me, I'm including two teams, including Team Prime of Transformers Prime, and Shepard and his/her crew of the Normandy from the Mass Effect series.

 

Team Prime:

• Optimus Prime = Element of Magic, because he's the leader (obviously), like Twilight Sparkle.
• Ratchet = Element of Kindness, because he's an expert healer, like kinda, sorta Fluttershy.
• Arcee = Element of Loyalty, because she's the tough tomboy like Rainbow Dash.
• Either Wheeljack or Bulkhead = Element of Honesty, because they're the muscles like Applejack.
• Either Bumblebee or Smokescreen = Element of Laughter, because the former's a scout and the latter is a rookie, and the both of them would probably make good comedy-relieves as a result.
• Ultra Magnus = Element of Generosity; because he's the second-in-command, and Rarity seems like the second-in-command type...?

The Normandy Crew:

• Commander Shepard = Magic, again obviously because he/she's the leader like Twilight Sparkle.
• Either Garrus, Ashley/Kaidan, or Javik = Loyalty, because they're complete hardasses like Rainbow Dash (except probably Kaidan; he's just a generic space-marine, whom I made the Element of Loyalty because I had nowhere else to put him).
• Liara = Generosity, because she's part of a beautiful, all-female race, and Rarity believes in beauty.
• Tali'Zorah = Kindness, because she wants quarians and geth to be kind to each other, like Fluttershy would if she were part of the Mass Effect universe.
• Either Urdnot Wrex or James Vega = Honesty, because they're muscular like Applejack.
• Either Jeff "Joker" Moreau or EDI = Laughter, because they're humorous like Pinkie Pie.

Personally, I'm doing Portal/Portal 2...because why not.

 

Team Aperture:

• Chell - Magic, since she's the leader and has control of the dual-portal device.
• Wheatley - Kindness, since he seems to be the nicest character other than Caroline. He is usually willing to help people/robots...from time to time, of course.
• GlaDOS - Honesty, simply because she usually passes off things as the truth, even when it isn't true.
• Turrets - Laughter, mostly because of their high pitched voice and how innocent they seem to be; despite attempting to kill Chell.
• Atlas - Loyalty, since he's mostly quite loyal to GlaDOS and P-body. 
• P-Body - ​Generosity, since he seems to be willing to assist Atlas at any turn.

Team Sonic:

• Sonic - Loyalty, since he's willing to help and for his fast speed.
• Tails - Magic, for his knack of machinery.
• Knuckles - Generosity, since he usually gives out help if the person deserves it.
• Amy - Laughter, since she is usually happy.
• Shadow - Honesty, since he usually knows what is going on and is usually straight-forward with his words.
• Cream - Kindness, since she is a sweet character.

Team Soul Eater:

• Maka - Magic, for being the most powerful and the main character.
• Death The Kid - Honesty, since he is usually direct with his words.
• Soul Eater - Loyalty, since he usually stands by his friends' sides.
• Blackstar - Laughter, since he is usually laughing and boasting about himself.
• Tsubacki - Kindness, since she is usually kind.
• Crona - Generosity, since once you get to know him, he can be rather giving as a way of thanks.

Team Death Note:

• Light - Magic, since he wields the Death Note.
• L - Loyalty, since once befriended, he will usually stay by your side and possibly trust you.
• Misa - Kindness, since to the public, she seems rather kind and nice.
• Mello - Generosity, since once trusted, like Matt, he will be willing to give if you're worthy enough.
• Near - Honesty, since he knows what is going on usually, and will speak the truth when needed.
• Ryuk - Laughter, since he is usually messing around with apples.

• Joker - Laughter. You know why.

Mami: Kindness - Stays true to her heroic, bring great honor to famiry self, simply because she is like that. She takes Madoka and Sayaka under her wing~

Sayaka: Honesty - If this bitch has something to say, she'll say it. :w She thinks some dark things and she certainly verbalises them.

Kyouko: Laughter - She does what she wants, when she wants. She has fun however she wants all the time, and she c00' lyk dat.

Kyubey: Generosity - >trying to save the entire universe by creating a few magical girls If that's not generous, I don't know what is~

Honesty: Skips. He always tells them how to do whatever I guess.

Kindness: Mordicai, he alway helps his friends

Very good idea. In my fanfic, the G1 Decepticons as ponies invade Equestria by tricking the mane 6 to become mean as the Decepticons become bad role models to them in order to corrupt the Elements of Harmony and absorb the mane 6s power of friendship.

Laughter: Akihisa Yoshii - He's a goofball, a class-A idiot, but knows how to cheer people up.

Kindness: Mizuki Himeji - Soft spoken and very intelligent, doesn't judge by someone's test scores and she even looks like Fluttershy.

Honesty: Hideyoshi Kinoshita - Although he's a trap he looks like a girl, he doesn't hide his masculinity and is humble about himself.

Loyalty: Minami Shimada - Flat-chested tsundere. Don't ask why. But she is patient enough with Akihisa to not go for other boys.

Generosity: Kouta Tsuchiya - A massive perv but with good intentions. Like Rarity he comes across as having a major flaw in their character but gets more likable as the series progresses.

Magic: Yuji Sakamoto - The driving force behind Class F.

Here's another set of likely candidates for the Elements of Harmony, and they are the Avengers.  They include:

 

Captain America:  Magic, because he's the leader of the team, like Twilight Sparkle is to the Mane Six.

 

Iron Man:  Generosity, because he's a billionaire playboy, like Rarity after becoming a Canterlot pony.

 

Thor:  Honesty, because he's the muscle like Applejack.

 

Hulk:  Loyalty, because he's the other muscle like Rainbow Dash.

 

Hawkeye:  Laughter, because he started out as a super-villain and is unpredictable as a result, like Pinkie Pie.

 

Black Widow:  Kindness, because she's the only female of the group, and therefore the most sensitive, like Fluttershy.

Bob: The Element of Magic because he is the Leader and has Glitch, which is pretty much Magic.

 

AndrAIa: The Element of Kindness, this is do the fact of how understanding and caring she is towards Matrix.

 

Mouse: The Element of Generosity, while originally serving as an antagonist, and as a gun for hire, she switched sides to help the   Mainframers without being forced or requiring compensation.

 

Dot: The Element of Honesty, down to Earth, and always willing to help those in need.

 

Matrix: The Element of Loyalty, trapped and travelling in games, he never abandoned Bob or Mainframe no matter the space between him and them. 

 

Hexadecimal: The Element of Laughter, "I adore children! But, I could never eat a whole one..." need I say more.

Element of Kindness: Goacham Gauck. I don't know, I couldn't think of any other world leaders.

Element of Loyalty: Queen of England. How long has she been queen? Quite a while.

Element of Honesty: What, in the goverment? Ha.
