Missy woke up to the familiar sound of everypony chatting away, she decided to get up, sh wanted to explore deeper into the cave. She used her horn as a lantern and started delving into the cavernous cave.
Fire Horn watched the group of ponies, it was comforting to have friends.

"you can ask me and I won't hold back but it's up to you to be sure you want to know my past and my thoughts"steel said breaking his silence "and i wouldn't jace killed you unless you threatened the group I may be cold but I'm not heartless" stel added as he pulled his daggers and began to sharpen them bu he put them up when he saw Missy start to go deeper in the cave he flew over to her " mind if I join you" steel asked

"Well to be honest.. How did you manage with three legs?" Zeta asked, still laying there since he didn't want to move. "Since you said you were alone for eight years and all.."

He coughed again, this time not as bad since he started to feel a bit better as time passed by.

" I had the mechanical leg Stephan's brother made me. Whenever it broke I would take it to a particularly grumpy repair shop owner, who would fix it up, usually grumbling the whole time, and give it back to me after. I actually didn't spend much time without it besides sleeping and bathing, which would explain why I'm having such difficulty now" she said, looking at the leg.

One thing that Ink Drop never understood, why was there a blizzard in Bruchellia, "Climate change... no, no... highly unlikely." he stood near the mouth of the cave overseeing the blizzard blowing waves of cold freezing air, which made him shiver, "Okay, bad idea, standing near the entrance was really a bad idea... brr!" the vapor of his breath was getting thicker hence whiter that before, "Gaining altitude, all gets colder, and... Bruchellia never had blizzards by this time of the year, except..." he looked towards the group, but he saw only the ponies -- plus one human -- trying to help out Zeta, nothing quite unusual yet he said it in the last, "Windigos..."

"Ooh?! What am I saying, heh." Noticing that he was blabbing about nonsense he returned to the logical, "not windigos, can't be, windigos should be near a source of magic or a conflict." he said to himself trying to determine the impossible, "and that is not here!" he yelled out to the cave ceiling crazily.

He noticed that Zeta has already awaken, he neared him and said, "By Luna's crown..." he chuckled, "you are one tough stallion, how are you holding up?"

"Which reminds me, he's suffering from a shock and you're gonna need to stabilize his internal condition first." he searched his stachel without looking at it, "Okay take thi- ooh!" Ink Drop was surprised that his herb bottle had been partially frozen caused by him rinsing his herb previously, "it's... ginger, yeah... ginger, mix it up with... do you have any Fennel Seeds, Grand?"

He looked back at her leg once again and gave a little sigh, seeing that it was a small nub now. "It's alright for now, since you have us to carry you when you need any help. Honestly I wish I could make you another leg right now, but my skills lack any way to make them."

Zeta then smirked at what Ink spoke, replying back to it. "I'd prefer Celestia, but either one works just fine.. Also, i'm feeling better *cough* right now thanks to the marvelous Grand."

"Why yes, Steel, i do mind, don't forget that you almost stabbed me in the head with a knife and you encouraged me to commit suicide by slitting my own throat, so i think it best if you stay far away from me at all times." Missy yelled before continuing into the cavern

Grand thought for a moment. "Hmmm, fennel seeds. I can check!" She said digging through her bag. In the bottom was just barely a handful of them. " here you are, sorry this all that I grabbed" she said, sitting back down next to zeta. "You should be up and at em in no time, I'm sure of it"

Hearth stood up and looked around. "Ah've got some fennel seeds in some supply jugs somewhere." He said walking around and finding them. He dumped out the contents of one and poked through it. "Poppy seeds, être root, violet pastings. Aha, fennel seeds." He said dumping them on the floor of the cave, looking at Ink Drop expectantly.

Stephan walked back and sat next to the fire that Fire Horn produced. He put his hands over the fire and began to get warm. "Guess they don't call you Fire Horn for nothing." Stephan snickered. "Hopefully everypony will be up and at 'em shortly. Camping out in this cave is beginning to get old."

"I just hope that this argument between Steel and Missy doesn't escalate, i mean we've already got a blizzard and 2 injured ponies, we don't need any more issues, when night falls, we have to get moving to avoid running into the Hajoons again." Fire Horn said. "Hey, can you accompany Missy, i think she's going exploring."

His head moved around at what everyone was doing currently now, then hearing Grand speak of his name he turned his head back and looked up at her. "Thanks you guys, for helping me out. Like I said I went searching for some more shelter but I guess I chose the wrong time to do it.."

From there Zeta smiled at the thought that she helped him out, and giggled a bit. "You can give some charm as well, wouldn't you agree?"

"Well... the more the better." He said with a smile that finally he found another pony besides Grand that knew his way around herbs. ((no offense Grand))

While he spoke, he heard that Missy was having some... 'issue' a conflict inside of her, that could ultimately be the answer to all of this since he was still curious whether it was the Windigos or simply a climate change that effected the region. He caught up with Missy down deeper in to the cave and asked, "Missy... is it?" he tried to be subtle as he could and not triggering any more conflict inside of her, "I never actually talked to you. Speaking of which, Missy... that's a good name -- beautiful name." he admired her name since he is an author -- more precisely 'was' an author -- it was always a habit of him to search for such great names for characters inside his book, then he realized that name and couldn't help but to ask, "Wait... if I may that is..." fearing the most that if he asked this one question it would well... "Who is Star Swirl the Bearded, to you that is? IF I might ask" he held his two front hooves together.

"If it'll secure her safety, I'll go with her." Stephan began venturing deeper and deeper into the cave. He ran until he saw a glow in the shape of a horn in the distance. He ran to the glow and stopped next to Missy. "Going on an adventure without me? You must be joking." Stephan said with a smirk and a cocky tone.

"Perhaps hearth could help me with herbs then, he seems much more knowledgable than me" she said, admiring his knowledge if medicinal plants

"Star Swirl the Bearded, why he's an ancestor of mine and my father was Star Streak the Wise...wait... i know you, Ink Drop, i've read all of your books, i'm just fascinated by your work." Missy said, Stephan came running up. "I was but you never told me his name was Ink Drop, this changes a lot of things."

Missy is a book nerd, like Twilight.

 Stephan then noticed Ink Drop. "I've never really read any of your books, Ink. I've always been busy with my everyday things to worry about books. Light Streak read your novels, though, and he seemed to like them."

"Well, I guess I could say you have been one to look and act in nice ways, but that's in my opinion really. I betcha if you asked Stephan he would say the same thing."

He gave another small laugh at that, awaiting this new medicine that was coming to him shortly.

At some point it must have stuck" she said laughing. She thought she might as well get started on dinner, no pony has eaten in a while. " do you have any ideas for food?"

"Ah really don't know that much, it's just a survival thing. T' be honest, I learned it by cooking. Growin' up on a farm, ya learn some neat tricks." He said humbly. He looks out to the snow and sits near it. He felt the cold air on his face and his mane flowed in the wind. "But sometimes what ya know just ain't enough." He turned around at the mention of food.

 

"Now theirs somethin' ah do know." He said trotting to another jug and uncapping it, showing off a plethora of food.

Ink Drop gave a gulp of surprise, he was eminent on jumping around but he could hold himself, "Well, with the book, my book thing... that's really kind of you." he said quickly and took one long deep breath, "But this is just. Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant... ohhh, simply FANTASTIC. A direct descendant of 'the' greatest unicorn that had ever lived." his deduction was very much sharp that he could knew a connection between Missy and Star Swirl the Bearded, "Created a hundred scrolls of magic for other unicorns to read and learn, words and philosophy that he made are beyond!" he continued admiring, "Am I scaring you?" Ink Drop then shifted back to his plain old self, "simple deduction and elementary, you have his gleaming eyes, not that I have seen him, only his pictures." he looked at Missy's eyes closely and he gave one large grin of excitement in the end

"Well I wouldn't be surprised that only some ponies to read, it's a luxury to have that sort of thing as a hobby. Reading, the same like art, the only way you could get out of home without actually leaving your house.^[1]" walking along side Stephan and Missy as he explained.

He smiled back to her, liking what she said a decent bit. "Well honestly, I don't think it's stuck but more like, easy to get others attention. Also, steamed spinach would be nice for some dinner..~"

Saying that, he imagined it which caused him to drool a little on the floor. Then the drool froze quite quickly and nearly stuck to him before he noticed and quickly stopped.

"Ehh.. Whoops."

"Well, i don't usually get much admiration about it." Missy said. "I'm not sure what importance me being a descendant of Star Swirl the Bearded has to you anyways.
