"I'll be moving back to Ponyville when Grand does, I don't want to live in this place for any longer." Missy said, "Anyway, I think we should get going, i'm incredibly hungry after what we've been through."

"Yeah, we're gonna have our hooves busy for a while now, what with the foal and everything." Fire said.

"I agree with you wholeheartedly. Food has started to become an issue for my stomach here, and you know that i'm moving back as well right? There is an apartment kind of back in the center of town that I live in, and I plan to come back and continue life there."

He readied himself to follow Missy and Grand, trying to get used to the new crutch that was put on him.

"Also." Celestia continued. "We've had reports of Changeling activity recently and we'd like you to inform your group that they should stay on alert, now that Equestria is rebuilding from the plague, we are more vulnerable than ever. We couldn't survive a direct attack right now." Celestia nodded to Steel.

Grand smiled and felt her mane. "would you mind if I take a shower? Ive been dieing to cleanse myself after all of this. I can wait for you to go first if you would like, its is your house after all" she said, feeling excited to sleep in a real bed again. "I cant believe I ever took these things for granted"

" ok I'll let them know" steel said as be got to the door " hey have you had any murders that envolved a pentagram on the body and possiably a letter" steel asked hoping he hadn't missed any letters if he had than he would have to work even harder to catch demonblood

"Thank you a ton for this, it's an honor to stay with you for the time being." He replied back, resting himself on the couch that was there. It was such a nice feeling to lie back down again on some soft cushion, instead of having to ball up with his armor on.

His armor..

Oh no, he had forgotten it back inside the train! (( Just say that the tribals had brought it with them back to it and left it there ))

 

In an instant, Zeta was back on his hooves again, cringing at the slight pain from his ribs but started to slowly limp back. "Sorry guys, I have to go grab my armor and bring it back. Missy, you still have my boots and such right?"

Missy walked off, she then came to Starburst's room, then fell to the floor and started crying.

Just as Grand was about to enter the bathroom she heard Missy begin to cry. She immediately turned around and saw that she was in Starbursts room. "perhaps we should keep this door closed until further notice, unless you would rather not" she said in a soothing tone, putting her hoof on missys shoulder

"I think we should, the sooner I can get out of here and back to Ponyville, the sooner I can move on." Missy left the room and shut the door. "Thank you Grand, you've been a big support for me, I need to eat something, it's been 3 or 4 days since i ate anything, i'll see you later." Missy said before walking away to the kitchen.

Missy walked off, she then came to Starburst's room, then fell to the floor and started crying.

Zeta had walked off before hearing Missy start to cry, so he continued off to the train which was still at the station.

 

In the back was his beloved and worn down triple steel plated armor, both helmet and body protection. He went over and did his best to lay it on top of him, but made sure that it was good enough so it wouldn't hurt while walking. Then he put on the helmet and slowly got off the train, looking like the brute he used to be.

Back at the house, he dropped both parts off next to the legging down in the living room, hearing someone bawl somewhere else but decided that it was best not to disturb whoever it was and laid back down.

His voice was meant to be heard by the one who did cry.

"Another memory has come back up, and so it has made the pony sad. The only one who I could think of is Missy, and her loss was a tragic one to all of us."

Steel walked the path to the devils pub and turned down the ally he undid te old rusty chains and walked in, then he noticed joshs katana "I wonder who his next of kin is" steel said and then set to work fixing Sharpining and polishing it "tomorrow I'll ask the firehorn about joshs falloff and give this to them so they know there son died a hero"

Grand smiled before walking back into the bathroom. She turned on the tap and felt the water. by some miracle, Canterlot had already gotten warm water working again. She took off her leg andplaced it by the shower before hopping in. She washed her mane and tail several times, as well as scrubbing herself from head to toe.

Missy started thinking about Twilight, how much she meant to her and how much she missed her over the years they'd been apart.

Then she began to think about the night when she met Twilight.

 

It was a very rainy night, Missy was shivering and her coat and mane were wet, she could no longer feel her wings and the ground was becoming slippery, so she decided to take shelter under a tree, suddenly, a lavender alicorn appeared from a door-way. Missy looked up at Twilight with a sad expression.

"Come on, don't just sit there in the rain." Twilight said, Missy walked inside, still shivering.

Once Grand was finished watching every inch of herself, she strapped her leg back on and dried herself off. She didnt realize how hungry she was, so she decided to grab something to eat before heading to bed. She walked into the kitchen to see Missy in a bit of a trance, so she left her to it. Grand grabbed a few vegetables, chopping some up for both her and Missy. She placed Missys bowl in front of her quietly before sneaking back into the kitchen to chow down on hers

The storm was getting worse, the wind was howling against the outside of the tree.

Twilight had given Missy a towel and dried her off a bit.

"Can you speak?" Twilight asked.

"Yes." Missy replied.

"Well, where are your parents, why were you outside?" Twilight asked.

"They left me in Manehatten, so I left there, I got cold so I sat under this tree." Missy said sadly.
"Well, good thing i found you when I did, otherwise.....well, let's not think of that." Twilight said, Missy nodded, earning a laugh from Twilight.
"Well, i'll have to inform the princess about this, then we should put out a search for your parents, you can stay here until then okay?" Twilight contuned, Missy nodding again.

When steel finished the katana he put it away and grabbed some oats and ate when he finished he walked to the section that had all of moonbeams stuff he took out a picture if her and became to cry "I'm sorry moonbeam I failed you" steel said as he thought of the day after they meet

Zeta heard the sound of vegetables chopping away and stood up to watch as Grand was cutting some up for both her and Missy. He rubbed his eyes a little and limped towards them, going up to her while she was eating.

"Hey Grand.. Remember when I said a while back, that I liked some steamed spinach? Well now that we're back here, I was wondering if there was any you could make."

"Ah, here we go" she said, turning on the oven and adding a few spices to the spinach before putting it on a plate for him. "Thank you for this Grand, and I figured you would miss cooking here rather then on an open fire or something like that. Still though, it came in handy for keeping us alive throughout the journey and without it I wouldn't know what we'd do."

As soon as I'm settled, I want to assist with the rebuilding. It will give me something to do"

I'm so used to treating wounds and cooking makeshift meals, it feels strange that I no longer have to do it anymore." She said thoughtfully, chewing on a ripe carrot. "I still want to help. As soon as I'm settled, I want to assist with the rebuilding. It will give me something to do"

"I agree. Once my wounds heal up, i'm going to do my best to help rebuild all of the cities instead of just Ponyville. Heck if you want to, you could come with me and help out as well."

Zeta gave a little pause in between to take a slow breath. "But you don't have to, since you're a lady and all."

Grand smiled. " if my sister is alive, which I've been informed she is, I plan on staying in ponyville for awhile, at least until she's fully healed. I can't get to ponyville for a few days unless by foot. I really don't want to walk anymore long distances, my poor hooves need a break" she said with a smile

"Ponyville by foot, huh? Actually.." He thought for a moment, trying to find a good answer to her problem. In a moment though, it had come when he heard a knock on the door.

Zeta slowly stood up, putting his fork down from the spinach and walked over to answer it. When he opened to see who it was, he was shocked.

In front of him was a blue pony, who had a little grey filly next to her. It wasn't Paint or anyone too special, but it was his first real friend: Moon Wave.

"Er, um.. I'm sorry to bother you, but is this the-" But she was cut off by him going up to hug her.

"Yes, this is Zeta.."

Grand looked at the two and smiled. "Might I ask who your friend is zeta?" She said,putting her bowl down and walking over to the door. "It's nice to meet a friend if Zetas, I'm Grand Finale, but you can call me grand" she said with a smile. She hoped she wasn't interrupting anything

Ink walked slowly in the quiet streets of the quarantine city. Alone he was, yet a few Canterlot guards were present within ten miles away. Ink was at the Stardust District, the part of the city that sustained the most damage and losses during the first moments of the outbreak. The streets were still in ruins but luckily there weren't any trotters anymore, only debris which weren't able to be cleaned up were still left lying around. Then suddenly, Ink stopped cold in his tracks, it seemed that he was overlooking a house; his house - childhood house to be exact. Ever since that mental challenge that he had received at the Shrine, he was determined to face his fears and also... let go of the past, he continued walking down the street towards his house.
