"oh I dont know much about swords but since there like large knives i guess I can take care if it and no thanks I ate at my place" steel said as he pulled out the sword "I think firehorn it one of you Gus should have it I didn't know him like you guys did but be careful with it it's as sharp as my daggers so it can split a hair"

Stephan smiled at the ponies and shook their hooves. "Nice to meet you. I'm Blasted Nova, but you can just call me Stephan" He said in a happy tone. "So, you're good friends of my pal Zeta, huh? How have you been doing over the course of the outbreak? You must be worn out." He had a touch of concern in his voice.

"Worn out, more or less." Moon replied, shaking Stephan's hoof. "Anyway, it's nice to meet you! My name's Moon Wave, and this here is my daughter Sirius."

 

The little filly giggled and jumped around him, occasionally going under his legs. "Nice to, meet you big stallion!"

Besides, I don't wanna take up too much space in your house." He said. "Anyways, I have one last piece of business to take care of before the celebration." He said, looking at Steel.

"Indeed it is, and it's nice to see you brought Zeta back home safely. I wish I could of met him before he left with you guys to go to wherever, but I was never informed that he came here."

She smiled a bit, lowering her body down for Siri to climb on. From there, the unicorn waved to Stephan. "Look at me! I'm riding on my momma!"

Meanwhile in the back, Zeta turned over to Steel who was interested in the changeling activity. "Alright, i'll keep an eye out. Though right now I cant fight, so instead i'll alert everypony instead."

Stephan waved and laughed. "Aren't you just adorable." He said in a happy voice to Sirius. "But, yeah, sorry. It was kind of caught on the spot." Stephan said to Moon. "But Zeta has become one of my dearest friends now. Also, I heard that other ponies are coming back from the dead and returning to normal. I just hope I can find my friend Light Streak when I head out in a couple of hours."

"You remind me of my son, he was very interested in magic, he was very good at it too.....but...." Missy decided it best to make everypony leave until tomorrow. "Alright, i'm going to bed, I think it best that anypony not staying here should go." Missy walked away to her bedroom.
"Sorry, guys, but you know she's been through a lot, should just give her time to recover." Fire said, before walking to the bedroom too.

Grand waved goodbye to the visitors before heading to the room she slept in once before. She took off her leg and snuck under the covers. She smiled as she snuggled into the sheets. Compared to the cave floor she had grown accustomed to, sleeping here was a slice of heaven

"Actually, Fire, Steel still sort of has to tidy up his living space, so I'll probably have to bunk here for a couple of days, if that's okay with you." Stephan yawned and went upstairs. He'd start his quest for Steel's marefriend tomorrow.

 Stephan mistakenly entered Grand's room. He was a little bit startled by her sight. "Oh, um, sorry, Grand. I thought this was my room..."

Grand looked at him sleepily. "Oh, it's no problem. I thought you were staying at steels?" She asked, sitting up, pulling the blankets tightly to her. "If course, if you're staying here, your umm, your welcome to sleep here" she said quietly, blushing the tiniest bit. @that us, if you've nowhere else to sleep"

Stephan blushed and explained. "Well, Steel has a little bit of tidying up to do at his place, plus I have to go out of Canterlot one more time before the party. He told me not to tell you or anypony here the reason as to why." He told her. "But, yeah, if I could stay here for a bit, that'd be great."

Grand smiled lightly as she patted the other side of the bed. "I suppose whatever steel has going on can wait until tomorrow. For now let's just enjoy sleeping somewhere that isn't a dark, musty cave" she said with a small laugh before pulling the blanket back up as she snuggled into the blankets

Stephan laughed. "You said it." Stephan walked to the other side of the bed next to Grand and pulled the covers up over him. It felt quite nice to be sleeping in an actual bed for once. The caves will leave Stephan's back sore for weeks. He got himself comfortable under the blankets and looked up to the ceiling for a little while.

In the meantime, all three ponies decided to settle down in the living room. They managed to fit all three on the couch, Zeta being on the bottom, Sirius being next to him, and Moon on the top part of it. Of course, she wasn't on him but was right above like she would fall, but even so Moon could stabilize herself and sleep all night there.

"So Zeta, how was the trip? I heard you broke your left hoof and ribs just before you got back home."

"The trip sucked. We had to sleep in all kinds of weather, but to be honest it wasn't really all that boring. I made some new friends, fell in love with another, and had a little rivalry going on with that."

"Oh, so you fell in love? But what about-"

"Don't worry, I made sure she was in safer hooves then me."

Grand fell asleep quickly under the covers, snuggling right in. She felt incredibly happy to be back home, safe and sound. She curled herself into a little ball, sleeping peacefully. She would occasionally mumble a bit, or move around, but she was peaceful nonetheless

Stephan turned over to Grand, who was sound asleep, and he smiled. He was happy to know that she was safe and sound now. He gave her a light kiss on her cheek and fell asleep very quickly. He dreamed of going back to his everyday life of adventure and relaxation. He also dreamed of finding his best friend, Light, again.

Step walked back home "I guess I should get the third floor ready for Stephan" steel said as he began to walk up the stairs oncrnon the third floor he pilotage sheets of the bed and washed them after he made the bed he moved all the junk to the other end of the budling since It was pretty much just an open floor Stephan wouldnt even see it

Zeta was lightly rustling through sleepy Siri's hair before he watched Missy sit across from the three. He looked over at her for a bit, and took a little while to reply. "We're just talking about what happened along the way of saving the world. I kind of told Moon about Grand, and she was fairly interested in that topic."

"I must say though, I was expecting you and Grand to be together, what changed between then and now?" Missy asked. "Because it seemed like you were really in love with her or something." Missy looked at the little filly, hopefully she was going to have a filly of her own and not a colt this time.

"I know, but from past experiences and realizing something, it was best to let Stephan handle it. If you have ever been in my hooves, I was never meant to have any special somepony but since I know it now, it's alright."

Moon stepped in at that point, gazing down at the wall since her eyes showed she was blind. "Tch, well at least you changed your personality. I don't know how you did it, since I was never able to."

Zeta just let out a grunt and shook his head.

 

Meanwhile Moon sighed and did the opposite of Zeta, nodding hers instead. "I had gotten pregnant two days before the outbreak had started, and there was no stopping it after it happened. I really wish I could of known about this, but even so my husband and I have done our best to let her have a better life."

"Just be glad you didn't have an alicorn child, like i'm going to be having." Missy said. "They suck out all of your magic, they also, make you more ill than usual because of the development of both wings and horn, it's a very stressful time, i'm sure you're aware of that, what with having this little cutie." Pointing to Siri.

Moon giggled a little, letting out a smile as well. "I'll just put it as, Siri is half of why i'm blind now. The other half was because the doctor was an idiot in figuring out why the hell she wasn't coming out properly, which nearly killed me. But aside from that, I do know what you mean with the feeling sick and all that."
